I did not get any service done at this salon. My wife got her toes and nails did then she kept complaining about how uncomfortable it was during the service because she had 2 people working on her at the same time and how the pedicure lady skimmed the actual time of the pedicure on her. Changed my rating from 4 to 2 and that's a real shame because it's much of a reflection on the management than the employees. On my last visit, i took my daughter and 8-year-old granddaughter. It cost almost $200 for a child manicure and 2 adult mani-pedis. That alone is staggering, in my opinion. However, if i had been satisfied with the work, it would have been fine. But i wasn't totally satisfied when i walked out the door, and neither my daughter's nor my granddaughter's manicures lasted a week. I could say much more, but this is already too long. I have been going to the same salon for 12 years until she recently sold the shop. I went in and gave them one more shot and they did an awful job! This place was recommended to me by a friend because she knows my favorite part of a pedicure is the leg massage! I got the $36 pedicure and it was worth every. single. penny. The lady exfoliated my legs and massaged them. Then put lotion on and massaged them. Then put hot rocks on and massaged them. Then massaged my shoulders and neck. It was AMAZING. She also did great on painting my toes as well. This place is super clean and organized too!I am so spoiled with this place now and I don't know if I'll ever be able to get a regular pedicure again! This is the first time I step foot into any salons due to improper services from many salons but I can tell you that I will go to Ahn Vu(Tracy) again in a heart beat to do my nails. I went in late and they were nice enough to take me. It was 30 min before they closed and they asked me to pay before they finished so that they could close the register. That didn't bother me. I got a pedicure which I felt is a little pricey at $28. There were no TVs which was kinda nice just some relaxing music. The lady who did my pedicure was an older Asian lady and I felt so bad because she wanted to talk to me and be nice but it was kinda hard for me to understand her so she gave up. Other than that I think she had like super long nails or something because when she gave me the foot /leg massage it hurt and felt like she was digging her nails into my skin. I told her it hurt and she kinda softened up a bit but then went at it on my legs. To sum it up they are super nice people but I got an uncomfortable massage. Read Less

I had a $50 pedi with DANA and she is AMAZING and very helpful, as well as friendly.. My sister sat beside me and had a lady named SAM, she was very unfriendly and rude like.. Not impressed. The lady who did my pedicure, dug into my toe so bad that it is still very sore from 3 days ago. My heels are still rough and when she was massaging my shoulders/neck She started pounding so hard! The lady was pn her phone half of the time. Today was my first time and the reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is because as soon as I walked in, the lady at the front bombarded me to get powdered nails. I really wanted nail polish but she sat me down before I could even chose a color. Soooo of course I was stuck with getting powdered nails. My nail technician (Nancy) however was a sweet heart and a perfectionist. She made sure the shape of the nail was all perfect and the color was one I was happy with. Which I was. I loved the way she did my nails and when I go back I'm definitely going back to her. a tip for Cozy nails however is to stop rushing the customers and let them get what they want. I gave myself some birthday love at a new place for pedi. I lucked out here and give it 5 stars. I got a warm wrap for my neck, hot stone massage, & neck massage. Whoa! Small nail lounge and yes the prices are a bit higher but you get a good bit. I typically go to a nail lounge in Sugar Land and found this place. I came in as a walk in and after being on my feet all day, this was perfect. Can't wait to see when they get more shellac colors! Read Less

Visited Cozy Nail Lounge for the first time due to my nail salon flooding with Hurricane Harvey. It was recommended by several friends so I said why not give it a try. I had my nails done by Tracy and pedicure by Dana and the two did a fantastic job! I was a little hesitant at first because I am very picky and skeptical about the cleanliness of the tools. Kim welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I did make an appointment and was surprised that I didn't have to wait to be seated. I loved the whole orange slices in the spa during pedicure and the neck heated wrap with nice aromas. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been coming here ever since they opened with my best friend Nichole. We come every 2 weeks. Lynn does my toes, and Kim does my refill every time, and they are both phenomenal. I ventured off once and I just can't ever do it again. They are the best, and every person there has the best customer service. Just like any nail salon - it's hit or miss depending on who your nail technician is. The first time I went I had Amy and I LOVED my nails. Then I went back and asked for her but unfortunately she was on vacation. I wanted to think everyone was as great as she was but I was let down. My nails turned out lumpy , thick and uneven. I don't remember the woman's name but luckily I went back again a few weeks later and Amy had returned!! I personally love how Amy does my nails. They're thin (for acrylic) and perfectly shaped. They lasted over a month this last time! I waited a while this time.There had been a bit of a wait when I go but with my schedule I can't make appointments. So I don't mind the wait. Decided to dump my nail salon. Service was good, but I wanted a more of a spa experience if I'm dropping $80+ on nails. Also, they were slow as molasses. I made an appointment for 12:30 and they were ready for me. I was offered a cocktail and I chose the 36 dollar pedicure which includes the hot stone and shoulder massage. Loved it! I had been going to the same nail salon for almost three years, once a month I get a pedi and my nails filled and shellac, the only one who did a good job was the owner. She's hardly ever there anymore and everyone else acts like you're bothering them and my nails looked terrible. I've tried several other salons in the area and I hated my nails every time, which is why I stayed at the other salon for so long. I seriously dread going so I got on yelp to find a new one. Cozy has close to 5 stars and I'm SO happy I found them! It's very clean, the atmosphere is great and everyone looks and acts professional. I got a regular pedi, she was very courteous and got my nails filled at the same time and my nails are perfect!! decided to try this place out bc the good reviews but it really wasnt what people make it out to be. my acrylics are uneven and the nails on one hand are much longer than the ones on the other hand. when i got home i had to paint the sides of the nails bc the nail tech completely missed them. i also got my toes painted and they tried charging me for a pedicure when polish change is only $8. this place was way too expensive and the quality wasnt what people are saying it is. this place was my last try with nails but i'm never getting acrylics again bc i'm convinced no one i go to will ever do them right. also, the staff wasnt super friendly i felt uncomfortable. Best experience ever!! My mother and i was looking for a change and we definitely found the right place. When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and have a very short wait, The atmosphere is great! My mother and i both got overlay and pedicures...OMG this nail shop actually care about your water temp lol some nail techs don't care But these ladies do!plus they put fruit in your water <3 seriously oranges floating by your toes. I could go on and on about the great time my mother and i had BUT yall have to experience it for urself. In town visiting friends from college and decided  I treat myself. They had an assortment of drinks including wine and some other alcoholic drinks. They had SNS/Dipped Nails which I love and normally where I live. The pedicure was great and the shoulder rub was pretty fabulous to help my relaxation. The wait time is short and I like that you're able to just walk right in without having to make an appointment. The ladies have been friendly so far and did a great job on my nails! I've had the shellac and the powdered nails done and they've turned out great. I tried this place for the first time recently and decided to start basic with a pedicure before venturing out. I have been doing my own manis/pedis/gel nails for years due to the fact that I have had such undesirable experiences in salons. I often find the customer service factor missing and almost like it's a burden to provide a service. Well this is NOT so with cozy nails. I was impressed immediately with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. Two girls traded off in the middle of my pedicure and they were both AMAZING. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I've never had a shoulder massage while during a pedicure! I will be going back for another pedi and am now ready to have my nails professionally done again. My sister suggested this salon. I got a toe nail polish change and shellac nails. No mani or pedi. Not bad. The ambiance is serene. It's beautiful inside. Sundays are quiet. Love. I don't feel rushed. The lady who did my nails was soft spoken, kind and professional. Talked just the right amount. Lol.Nails: I got just the shellac. I'm not a priss, but I am observant of how my nails are polished. I like them cleaned after polishing - you know, the paint that gets on your skin or cuticle. I also like the WHOLE nail to be polished. I saw a couple of nails that has the slightest unpolished area only I could notice or anyone if I pointed it out. I noticed after I left. But this is for work so I really don't care. No big deal. Just me. Toes: I had just the polish. It's was good. I liked how the even painting was and she cleaned up any outside the lines on the skin polishing. :) Anyone who gets their nails polished KNOWS what I'm talking about. Overall: I would go back but be more observant next time. I think the Vietnamese culture (most Asian) like the feedback vs bad reviews. Like the service, like the facilities.
