I came her Monday afternoon for the first and last time. Don't waste your time or money coming here. By Wednesday of the same week my left thumb nail was broken off at the edge. I got the dip powder on my natural nails and I am right handed. There is no reason other than poor quality service that my nail should break in 2 days. I called and asked if they would fix my nail and they said to come to the salon and after looking at it they would let me know if they could fix it. It's a 20-30 minute drive from my house so I will not be going back just so they can tell me they can fix it for x amount. I paid $50 plus tip which is more than I have ever paid for this service. I had been going to the same nail place for 7 years, since I moved to Houston back in 2010. Mid last year (2017) quality dropped and I looked for a new one. I found cloud nine, it's nice clean and they are supper friendly. Service is great and they offer a lot of different things. I I came back mid last year and I've kept coming since. Read Less

This was not a good experience. My son got his eyebrows waxed from this tatted up chic who must have vision problems. She took off half of one eyebrow! Then the same chic does my pedicure and she made me bleed several times. I have had many pedicures and no one has ever made me bleed. I went here 3 weeks ago for the first time and had an excellent experience. I initially thought the nails were kinda expensive.  41$ for just a basic gel manicure. But to be honest it was the best gel manicure I've had in town. Pow who did my nails was the bomb and I would go back to him any day. I gave this place a 3 because I went back tonight at 7:05 to get my nails redone and the owner said they were done for the night, but the sign said they didn't close until 8 pm. I just thought it was such poor customer service that they would turn away business almost an hour before their closing time. that's just ridiculous. I won't be back because of that reason. Never again. My nails are all different lengths. Tom cut all my nails off and didn't listen to what I wanted. He didn't clean the nail polish around my nails I had to ask another technician for help. No, never again.Because of my experience I will never to the "dip" nail again. Whatever that was it was expensive and horrible. They were thick, clunky uneven and the top coat chipped off and looked horrible. Just watching her doing it made me cringe because they looked like they were going to be ugly. I had to correct her many times... "It's uneven" "the color is too light on this nail" "this has a big ridge in it"... I don't know if there was a language barrier or she just didn't care. In the end she looked at my nails and said, "next time would be better just do acrylic and shellac. Nail dip take so long and doesn't come out good. You know for next time." I thought I was in the twilight zone. I paid and left but kept staring at my hideous nails. I returned 3 days later to have them removed, but it was insisted that the same nail tech correct my nails to my liking instead. Let me just say all she did was make them narrower and applied another top coat, hurriedly.Never again. That will be my last experience with Cloud 9. That will be my last experience with acrylic nails period. None of that was worth the hassle, id rather just carry my God given nail than play close to $60 for mess!I went to another nail salon to have my nails removed, and had color applied. Formerly Lexus Nails.... Came with my mom because her usual lady Taylor at B-B Nails is out of town. Overall, hated this experience.  Rushed job, dirty salon (bugs flying around and dirty champagne glasses on the counter), expensive (including 20% off the pedicure), poor service (technician painted the nails before cleaning my hands after buffing them so you can see the particles in the paint) and they were playing some hood movie.  I guess the 1 star could be for the guy checking customers in/out because he was friendly. Also, there is no extra seating for anyone not being serviced or waiting to be serviced. Read Less

Had to wait on services, my hot stones are cold while three people work on the paraffin wax machine. I had been sitting for 15 minutes before anyone asked me if it was okay to wait.
