I love this place! I have been a faithful customer for 4 years and I have always received great customer service. I am very picky about my nails and the staff there always makes sure I am happy. Popped in after a recommendation from a friend. I didn't want to fight traffic and drive in town to where I usually get my nails done but desperate times call for desperate measures. The set up was a little odd. The section where they just do nails was in the dark with led lamps to light their station. It then opens up to a well lit room with the massage chair stations. A plus for offering a drink and I liked how each foot tub was lined with a new liner between customers for hygiene purposes. Cinderella was more expensive than what I usually pay for a mani/pedi but Ann did a good job. I never felt rushed and my nails were fine when I left. Would I come back, maybe. Beautiful setting. Courtesy beginning with phone call. Arrived, technician escorted me to her chair. Picked out color from Hundreds! Dip Polish. $40. Then, saw her blue nails and changed my mind. No problem.  Would have given 5 stars, but the technician failed to listen. I requested no use of the electric filer. I repeated myself over and over. "Just a little.", "Last time." Cinderella Nails have great nail techs but my go to are Taylor and Trish. I love it if one person is not there the other can do my nails just as good. I normally go to this nail salon for their service and environment. Never had any problems...till yesterday. Yesterday, my nail tech pushed me so hard for dipped nails and I told her no I'd rather do acrylic. I speak Vietnamese and I overheard them saying there was clients at the door and they needed to hurry up. Which they proceeded to do and rushed my service. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She left my real nails showing underneath. I've never had this problem before. I also have lint in my pinky nail which is also disappointing to look at. For this mess up, I paid $70. Pedi $30 dollars. Full set (for them to just put powder over my nails with white tips just to show my natural nail beds showing) - $40????? I still left a tip just bc she did a service even though it was horrible........called the front desk and she didn't know what to do because this has never happened before.  ok sure. I literally got them done yesterday and for my natural nails to show underneath is such a bad job. Not recommending to anyone. Had to go to another nail salon bc I do not trust these people any more. Second time here as a recommendation from my relative and I enjoy this nail salon, I've gone for the SNS dip nail service and they have a broad selection of color dip powders. You are greeted by someone at the front desk, I went with Tuan, who my cousin referred me to. Luckily the first time he was available the second I had to make an appointment, Because he was busy. The first set of dip lasted 2 weeks, could of definitely gone longer but I had a bit of growth did not get photos. The technician was polite and gentle with the process of removing my previous acrylics from a different nail salon. I'm a bit traumatized with that process from other technicians from different salons being so rough to remove acrylics. But greatly satisfied with the removal technique at this salon. Which they soak in acetone and buff off very gently at least with nail tech who rendered my service. The length is short because that's my preference. The price is what SNS usually is average cost $40, which is what I expected. And the whole process took about 45 minutes. The location is very pretty and clean. They also offer drinks. Read Less

This is the only place I trust with my nails! They are always so friendly and they ALL do a great job. I've had somebody different each time I come here and I've loved my nails every single time. I've had bad experiences getting the 'dip' nails at other places, but they have always done an amazing job at them for me! On top of all that, the atmosphere is great and the prices are good as well. Tuan was excellent. He is a sweet guy with 7-8 years experience.  He owned a nail salon in Memphis, TN and relocated to PEARLAND because he was recruited here by his best buddy who opened Cinderella.  He did a great pedicure and did my overlay with pink powder and painted white tips. He was gentle and cautious with my nails.  It was not painful at all when he took my old nail powder off.  I took my stepdaughter and she enjoyed her princess pedicure.  We were greeted and served water and soda.  This place is very clean and organized.  Tuan said there will be a new cinderella location 288 518 coming soon. I've been here twice, neither time wss I satisfied with my mani/pedi. There was polish left on my toes & the design on my fingers looked nothing like what I showed (and it was a very simple design). I spoke with the girl at the front desk and she thought everything looked fine. It wasn't a good experience all the way around. Walked in Saturday around 1130 with no appointment and didn't wait more than 5 minutes! Got the SNS nails, so far so good - I will update in a couple weeks about how well it lasts. My Technician left a bunch of nail glue underneath my nails. It's more annoying than anything, I would just ask them to fix it before I left next time.Was charged $45 for dipping powder. My pedicure with Cookie was amazing, my glass of wine was tasty, but my full set of SOS dipping powder nails ($45) with Holly is trash. This is the worst set I have ever had. My nails are uneven, thick and then in different areas, parts of my nails have no powder covering them and the file and finish are not neat. Ok....I'm changing my review to one star because yesterday I went back to this nail salon to give them another try. Only because the owner or manager emailed and offered for another nail tech to complete my service. Well when I got there no one at the front desk knew what I was referring to, Jenny completed my nail service and although she was nice and quick my nails were ruined. See I don't wear false nails and she filed my nails to different lenths ans others were crooked as well as the colored powder used was lumpy. I'm out $60 dollars this time....NEVER GOING BACK!!! I've tried out several nail salons and after coming here I've become a regular . When I come I get a pedicure and sometimes a shellac manicure . The outside of the salon is nothing special and is in a strip center . When you walk in you are greeted , which I will note one of the things I appreciate is the hostesses are young girls who speak English , so there's no language barrier which sometimes you find at nail salons . Their prices are average to high , depending on what type of nail salon you're used to visiting . Quality overall in services is good . Sometimes I leave blown away while other times I leave and am a little disappointed . Sometimes when I come I feel like they aren't spending as much time on me as I'm paying for ( being rushed out to accommodate the crowd ).Make sure when you come to book an appointment as it does get crowded and sometimes even with an appointment you are waiting 5-10mins . I felt like they just wanted to sell me things and take my money. I went in to get a gel manicure but the guy technician I had talked me into getting dip nails. They might be good for people who like fake nails but I hated them. I didn't know what dip nails were, I asked the guy if it would feel natural and he said yes. He also said it was less damaging than gel and it would last longer. I was expecting something that felt like having a gel manicure but more durable. On the contrary it's more like having acrylic nails, I couldn't stand them so the next day I went back and had them taken off and got a gel manicure like I originally planned. I paid $45 for the dip nails and another $25 to get them taken off and a shellac put on. Keep in mind that I did get a 20% discount the 2nd time I went in. Kim was awesome. She explained to me that wherever I went before they used uv light on my top coat for my dip nails. She said that is not right. The whole point is for dip nails to be organic and nice on your actual nail, the uv light defeats that purpose. She said let me show you the right way. I walked in, immediately got taken back. Went to Cinderella nails all the way from league city because I heard from other people they were really good but I didn't have good luck, asked to get the dip in nails and the lady (Vi) asked me what shape (I assumed it was part of getting the nails done in there) I said coffin and they ended up looking like everything but coffin, they don't look good at all! When I went to pay they were charging me $5 extra for the shape and I told them the lady never mentioned it was extra plus they don't even look like coffin so they ended up not charging me the $5  and even they agreed they didn't look like coffin, they were very nice and did offer me to reshape them but I really had to go. I feel bad spending $45+ tip on something I don't like but it is what it is. Oh and she didn't removed the cuticles :S Read Less

Cinderella Nails was wonderful! We had a large bridal party there all getting our nails done, and because of the inclement weather, every one of us was late, but they never made us feel rushed or out of place. Everyone loved their nails, and the bride was really happy with her treatment. One of the ladies in our party was in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate her, without making it seem awkward. It's set up very well for large groups, and making a reservation was easy!
