I called, last minute, and was luckily able to get in. The staff (Kim) was professional and personable. The pedicure/massagers chairs were heavenly after a long days Xmas shopping. I used to love this place. I've been a regular since they first opened but after my recent visit this past sunday I will never be going back as well as my friends; I even went in person to voice my complaint and the outcome of losing customers but still they showed no sympathy or any concern. The customer service was horrible. I came in for a pedicure and fullset and only came out with a pedicure because they were to lazy to complete my request of wanting a fullset as well. The staff here instead of treating the customer with respect and patience they treated me disrespectfully and impatiently. By them wanting to close up right at 445 (when they technically don't close til 5) when I arrived at 330 with plenty of time I was rushed to pay, while I had just started drying my nails. Before getting hung up on twice I even spoke to the manager on the phone "Bella" and was not given the decent respect of a sorry but instead was hung up in then told she was busy to be on the phone. Sang Vu at Digits has done my nails for the better part of 17 years. You will not find a cleaner, more efficient business with more skilled artisans. Digits leads Billings on mastering & offering the newest techniques & products. My nails, whether acrylic, gel, acrylic dip or polygel always last 40 days between fills. I work my hands HARD with landscaping, moving rocks, handling mechanical issues & whatever may come my way. I am not careful or "easy" on my nails...they work a...s hard as I do...and they last without chipping, breaking or peeling for a full month plus. Products are products, but the mastery of the application determines the length of their life. Sang is a master and an artist. My nails are as beautiful when I leave with a new set as when I walk in to get a fill. I receive compliments constantly. If you like original painting & artwork, then Digits is full of honest artists. I don't get mine painted, but I have seen some of the most amazing hand-painted artwork on the tiniest of little baby toes. They don't rely on gadgets & stickers here. They create miniature masterpieces on a daily basis. Han, Sang's wife is a true & unbelievable creative genius & real artisan. No matter what services you seek at Digits, I hope that you come as I do, with a smile & open heart. If you do, you will find family here; from prankster Don & his mischief to Sang & Han, some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. No matter your worries when you come through the door, you will leave relaxed, improved & feeling pretty and honored. I love, love, love this place & these people. You will too. Can't say enough great things about this place! Yesterday I made the decision to finally get my first pedicure with my girlfriend. I play a lot of basketball so my feet had callouses and were to be honest in very bad shape lol. We walked into the nail salon and there is a nice gentleman who greets you and asks what service you would like today. You can choose from the paper and then he sends you to a certain station to be taken care of. If you are like me and just get the pedicure it's $25. My girlfriend and me were placed side by side which was really nice. The chairs you sit in are SUPER comfy! They are message chairs that really do a good job. The lighting in there is very nice as well, dimmed in the work stations and light where you pay. Very nice setup in my opinion :)    The ladies that did our feet were great and very professional. A friend and I went in and got our nails done. We don't normally get our nails done. I've learned nails can be sore afterwards. Okay. Although, the lady who was doing my nails didn't understand English. She didn't understand when I told her I wanted my nails shorter. She didn't even talk to me. Just awkwardly sat there while she was putting my nails on. My nails are way to long, several flaws, and my fingers ache super bad. I can't even button my flannel. I will not be returning. It's taking all I got to not call and demand a refund. I have to go somewhere else now to get these fixed. So, now I have to spend more money.Read Less

I really a love this place my nails tech is Kim she's great. Since I move to Texas I went to several different nail shops and I wasn't please with their work. But Kim help change that and I'm so very thankful for her. I travel 30 minutes  to get to her as I pass 12 nail shops on my way there. Read Less

I was referred here and was very happy I was! Super pleased with the time and effort the nail guy (I forgot his name) gave to fixing a botched overlay. He practically did a whole new set with shellac, and it was only 30 bucks! I tipped him well and will definitely be back! Glad to find a spot on this side of town that actually appreciates customers! I love the place itself, but the women that do our nails don't seem trained or experienced. My daughter has problems with ingrown nails, but they don't seem to know what to do about this. The Manager stepped in and fixed it for my daughter (the manager is great, she is involved and tried to correct any problems immediaitely). On the other hand, I don't have ingrown toe nails, but after my last visit I have one!With that said, I love the special holiday designs they have - creative and different. Where has this place been all my life! Finally a nail salon that gets people want to relax and enjoy their mani pedi. The atmosphere is tranquil. Low lighting, soft music, staff does not conversant with each other only with client for their needs/wants. They set a timer to ensure no rushing. Tons of colors to choose from. Their facility is very clean. The customer service is wonderful, they really want to be sure you're happy with the service you get and if you're not, they are always willing to fix it so you are. They have a huge selection of shellac nail polish, which I really like, and are always willing to take you even if it is getting close to closing time so long as you at least call ahead, and even if you don't, you can almost always still be seen. I'm very comfortable coming here and am glad to have found them. Oh, and they do cute designs too. :) Read Less
