If I could give this place a negative I would! I just wanted a manicure with clear nail polish and my shellac taken off. These people acted like I was bothering them! There was only one person in the salon! This place isn't even fancy therefore they need the business! The lady who was doing my nails didn't even want to do them. People down south are LAZY! EVERYWHERE! Furthermore nobody does the job they get paid for!

When I started going here a year ago they did a great job HOWEVER thenlast couple of months my acrylics have been chipping easily and the paint chip off only after an hour of having my nails done. They look great for about an hour and then I just want to hide my hands. I'm not going back for this reason.
They are very nice but the quality just isn't there anymore

Went in with my mom and got my nails done today. I broke one a few hours after getting them done and they fixed it for free. The atmosphere is very nice and calmnimg and the price isnt that bad. I will most definitely be going back when i decide to get my nails done again

The place looks clean and the staff is friendly. I went in for a change of color on my nails. I asked for shellac and the lady who was helping was in a rush. She did file my nails down, but they were uneven. The shellac polish was on my skin and I showed her. She tried to correct the problem, but I could tell she was getting frustrated. I was not happy with her work. I don't understand why she was in such a rush? It was just me and one other person. I will not be returning.

I've been going to Opal Nails since 2006. Everyone that does Pedicures are great, but the owner, Tom is awesome when it comes to the solar nails & refills! If I've ever had a nail break, Tom repairs for free. The place is very clean & all instruments are autoclaved for sterility. I've tried other nail places throughout the years, but none compare to Opal Nails!

If I could give this place a negative I would! I just wanted a manicure with clear nail polish and my shellac taken off. These people acted like I was bothering them! There was only one person in the salon! This place isn't even fancy therefore they need the business! The lady who was doing my nails didn't even want to do them. People down south are LAZY! EVERYWHERE! Furthermore nobody does the job they get paid for!

When I started going here a year ago they did a great job HOWEVER thenlast couple of months my acrylics have been chipping easily and the paint chip off only after an hour of having my nails done. They look great for about an hour and then I just want to hide my hands. I'm not going back for this reason.
They are very nice but the quality just isn't there anymore

The place looks clean and the staff is friendly. I went in for a change of color on my nails. I asked for shellac and the lady who was helping was in a rush. She did file my nails down, but they were uneven. The shellac polish was on my skin and I showed her. She tried to correct the problem, but I could tell she was getting frustrated.
