Would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money in such an unprofessional establishment. I would give it no stars if I could. I needed a solar set so I thought I would give this place a try. For the first time in my whole life I did not tip. I actually almost walked out because the nail tech (with a red birth mark on her face) was yelling at me for wanting my nails more coffin shaped. 2 other paying customers left after hearing her shout. She was rough with my hands and extremely rude. Mind you I kept calm because my daughter was sitting in the seat next to me and this crazy woman had my half finished nails in her hands. I asked her not to scream in front of my daughter and waited until she was done, paid the price, did not tip and will not be going back. If people do not like their jobs they should quit. I'm giving them one star today due to the girl's horrible attitude. I wanted a polish change on my toes & powdered nails & she rolled her eyes and said, "we busy" & I replied and what does that mean you can't help me? Her response was "wait would be hour half". I completely enjoyed my SPA Pedi Deluxe..price is fair and the techs are very sweet and professional. By far the cleanest nail salon I have seen...Very Spacious . Relaxing atmosphere. Powder is terrible and blotchy in color! When I said something I was told that's just how the powder comes and they wouldn't switch the powder color only paint over it with nail polish. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! Read Less

Went to change the tip of my nail which is powder and bc Cindy decided to take not one but TWO customers who didn't have an appointment ahead of me she wanted to soak my whole nail off just to change the TIP color and I was ok paying $28 she wanted to charge me for just to change the color tip!!!!!! I didn't need a refill I just did not like the tip powder color the way it turned out and this is what she had the nerve to tell me. They just lost me as a customer forever! So my wife got her nails done today! And actually left her credit card there by accident for about 30min and had 3 transactions done! This is my first time coming to the nail salon. A very clean place. Very nice and pleasant people. There wasn't a wait because of the time of the day that I was there, so I was able to be seated as soon after chose my nail color.  The nail technician did a great job on my pedicure. It also didn't take a long time to complete them either. The price wasn't bad either, because it was $23 for a pedicure in a massage chair with a salt/sugar scrub. I almost fell asleep. I took a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and they were able to do it with no problem. They were very nice, I even messed up my nail after I left and I went back and they fixed it for me. Horrible!!!!! INCONSISTENT!!! I went one day for a full set paid $22 when for a refill and a lady rudely told me it would be $30 for a refill. I was so confused how the refill price was more then the full set she wasn't willing to explain it to me and I told her that a man did my nails. She said well for me to do it will be $30. I love coming to this nail salon 💅🏻, They have great customer service, the prices are lower compared to other salons around here. When customers come in complaining, they always strive to make it right.... I hear them all the time ask Customer's if they are happy with fixed product regardless if it's the customers fault or not, they make it right. It's very relaxing in this salon vs many of the others I've been in, the music is relaxing and the adult beverages they offer makes my day spa very relaxing 😎. It's very clean. If you are not happy when you walk out, then that's your fault for not saying anything. A clean, nice,an inexpensive nail salon that offers Gel,powder, and Shellac. Anna and Au have done my nails and I have no issues with breaking, cracking, or chips. They Balance the nails out just right not too thick and not too thin. They offer a variety of powders, polish, and shellac colors. They have several inexpensive pedicure options ( I recommend) the works pedicure with lemongrass essential oils. Have a glass of wine or a cold beverage while getting your pedicure and relax. They also offer waxing of the brows, lip, or face. The staff is very friendly and they have non latex gloves for those who have latex allergies. I love the fact they have many options to choose from and they don't rip you off and charge high dollar for the great work they do. I've recommended many friends and family to Nail Works and I have not heard of a complaint yet. It's convenient to get to off spencer and plenty of space to park. They make you feel great before walking out the door, they speak to you like a friend not a customer. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
