$50 for a deluxe pedi and mani.  The woman half assed everything!  Salt scrub consisted of her scrubbing the top of my feet for 30-60 seconds. I asked her to do my legs and she ran her hands up then back down to the top of my feet.  Didn't do the paraffin wax correctly (unless it's only suppose to cover my heals )  hot/luke warm rocks rub was maybe 30 seconds. The design on my toe looked like a 5yr olds artwork.  I made her take that off. She left me several times to do eyebrow waxing while I just sat there waiting.  THEN there was the manicure....3 cuts as she clipped cuticles that she couldn't be bothered to push back.  I wanted a clear coat, so she decided the base coat was enough.  ...WTF.  Needless to say she took no time massaging my hands like other salons.  I will NEVER go back. I am a regular, my sisters, close friends and I have been coming here for almost three years and they treat us as if we were relatives. They have us laughing and enjoying ourselves after a long day at work, it makes the environment a lot soothing! My nails always look great and the massages they do are so relaxing! This place is horrible. One lady (who was rude) did my nails so bad I asked another lady To fix them. She said no that the lady who messed them up had to fix them. I went back and asked the lady to fix my nails and she told me no! She was rude! I paid $50 to do my nails and it looks like I need a refill and they have no shape. Never again! Poor service! I went here based on the good reviews and was in need of some TLC with my nails. I can honestly say that the price wasn't to bad and the nail tech made sure that I was happy with my nails. I was goingto the nail shop at Wal-Mart but they always couldn't do what I wanted. By the way I'm very extra so that's just me. But at L.T. nails they captured my"extraness" and did all 10 of my nails with designs and glitter. I also got a pedicure to match my nails. I am such a Diva. The total price even with the designs and take off charge was better than Regal nails at Walmart and South Shaver in Pasadena. It came out cheaper. I definitely will be going back. Amazing job every time I go I'm always welcomed. They are very friendly not a great big selection on their acrylic nails but there friendliness makes up for it and yes they do sterilize their tools after using them. I went to this place more than a few times before I actually learned my lesson lol this place used to be my favvvv place to get a pedicure but the last 4 times i went (with different employees) THEY ALL SUCKED!!
