Linda is my favorite! She always does my nails perfectly, I go and see her every 2.5-3 weeks and if you make an appointment ypu never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The entire place is very clean and they actually leave their supplies on the counter top, so you can see they are clean. They offer complimentary beverages of all kinds, and they have the largest selection of nail colors and types(from solar, acrylic, gel, and dip). i recommend them highly to everyone. Read Less

Ive been here 6-7times, each time worst than the last, now i will not be returning. 1. The owner an old woman is completely rude, very bad attitude. 2. She over charged me on a shellac color change. Normally I pay $15, but she charged me $25, which is the price I pay when in receive shellac MANICURE. No nails cut or shaped, no cuticles cut, nothing, just a simple polish change for $25. Shes a cheat. 3. Last week i received a shallac manicure and it seems like i was given a ve...ry inexperienced tech. She had to re-do my nails 3 times, bc the polish wasn't smooth and guess what, its still not-bubbles everywhere. Then she dropped the polish bottle and paint got in my hands. She was also yanking when cutting my cuticles and i got snipped 3 times. 4. All the techs are yelling across the store having personal conversations and not truly focused on the job at hand. 5. They rush you when picking out a color and just stand there and stare at you. Ok, i don't need an audience, i can let you know when Im ready. Whats the point of even standing there staring? you're not even helping narrow down color options. 6. I love this Nail Bar, they are so nice and helpful, and all the technicians are so nice, This is a beautiful facility to go to for all your pampering, that,most ladies have to have, plus there are always 4 or 5 men in there getting their manicures and pedicures. The manager did a rush job on my solar refill, I've had nails for 20+ years, I know a rush.  If you are standing at the counter she's the boss, the first nail table right in front of you.  She charged my debit card for someone else's services which cost $150 when mine was only $30.  She said she was sorry but it was a Friday afternoon so, even though she credited the amount back to my card, I was still out over a hundred dollars for the weekend since the bank doesn't post a credit immediately.  For most people that's not a big deal, but for me over $100 is a very big deal.  I went back to her on Monday because I had a lot of rough edges on my nails.  She blamed my cuticles (which doesn't make sense) and told me she would be glad to fix them if I paid her again.  How embarrassing.  I walked out and wish I had walked out the moment I first walked in.  I don't post reviews because I'm not really big on complaining but this is a terrible place, unkind people, shoddy workmanship and really bad business practices. If I could give this place less than a 1 star, I would! I went in for a pedi & my issue is not with the nail tech. He actually did a decent job. My issue is that I had a coupon which would have discounted $10 off my pedi but they would not honor their own damn coupon because they said the coupon I had applied to only Monday-Thursday & it was expired. #1) NO WHERE on the coupon I was attempting to use does it say that it only applies on certain days! #2) NO WHERE on THEIR coup...on does it list an expiration date which by the way I received about 1 month ago so the coupon was not that old! When I confronted the lady at checkout about it, she tried to argue with me! I explained to her that this was false advertisement & that as a customer/consumer I could submit a formal complaint about this. All this to say that I DID END up paying full price BUT I AM NOT happy AT ALL about not only the price outcome but how I was treated! Excellent Nailbar that I've been to by far! On Mother's Day we had a party of 9 for pedicures and they took us in with no hesitation. They were very attentative to our needs. Complimentary was Awesome offering us margaritas, water whatever we needed!! All Techs were very nice & English was understandable. We loved that they had great humor. It's very clean & huge! By far the worst nail salon I've been to! Poor customer service! Nail tech tried to tell me what I needed insisted I do my nails her way! Needless to say I won't be returning ever again! The owner was very rude to a customer who went in to purchase some lotion! I even interpreted for her and told her the prices the owner was still rude! Pedicure was not worth the $60! Way overpriced! My sister in law and I were here recently , this is my second time I've been to this place and I payed over 100$ for a crappy job. They were tending to over charge me, the cashier stated that it's was an extra 10$ for taking my nails off since i recently had nails on, lady who did my nails never told me she was charging me xtra money. I went in with a friend & I usually go to Nails Club BUT I decided to just give it a shot! They tried doing my manicure while my pedicure was being taken care of, I said no please focus on one thing at a time. They tend to rush you & the workers seem to be scared of management, which no one should feel like that in a place of work. I got a overlay which is not filed down & it looks bubbled over & when I feel my nails it's just so bumpy. My toes were done very quickly, my big toe looks like they caked polish on. She didn't let my first layer dry enough before going on with the second coat. Probably will never return! $76 for a crap job. Please fix a couple things. Read Less

The nail technician cut into my skin and now my finger tips are sensitive. I had to tell her she is cutting into my skin and that it hurt 3 times while she was doing my pedicure as well.And no, i am not new to nail salons. I go every 3 weeks since i get shellac. I went in to get regular white tips with natural powder. The lady in seat 7 took me. She did my nails in like 35 min. She seems super rushed. They seemed too thin for me but I didn't say anything. I'm a barber and I like my nails a little thick because I work with my hands so much. 2 days later my thumb nail broke. I worked the next 2 days so I could go in until the 3rd day after. I went in and explained that I needed my thumb nail fixed and I would like them all thicker. The lady in seat 9 took me. They wanted to charge me a full refill. I thought that was ridiculous. I was a regular here and spend at lest $50 every 2 weeks. I always tip the nail tech well. And when someone comes back into my shop asking to change something especially in such little time after I never charge them. I wasn't expecting to not be charged. But to charge me FULL price?? I will no longer be coming back to charming nail bar. Penny pinching almost always cost more than being generous. And it cost them a loyal customer. Read Less

Kathy did my nails. Paid $38 extremely low quality solar nails. I asked for rounded shaped nails and they couldn't even get that right (see for yourself in the pictures). The nail color looks washed out and the nails are completely uneven. She did not even check to compare the nail sizes or the nail shape. I was in the area with a friend and we wanted to try this place out. As I came in I was helped right away and there were many colors to choose from! I wanted to get a mani and a pedi. I had to get my old nail set removed and usually when I get them removed somewhere else it really hurts, but here they make sure it doesn't. My technician was really gentle with the removal and I really do appreciate that! While I was getting a new set, my technician was very gentle and my nails came out beautifully! For the pedi, you have packages to choose from and the price range is 32$-50$. Any package you choose is great! My technician was very attentive to me and the pedi was really relaxing. Was around the area and heard about this place so I thought I'd give it a try. It's one of the largest nail salons I've personally been to, and they had a huge selection of powders and shellac colors. There was actually so many beautiful colors it took me a while to pick just one lol. The place is clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. I'm pretty nit-picky about how thick I like the powder and the length of my nails, and she did an excellent job of shaping them. On top of that, I had a yummy strawberry margarita. Definitely some of the best care I've had at a salon in a long time. I have super sensitive nails so normally powder and fake tips hurt a bit BUT I didn't feel and thing nor were my nails sore after my appointment. I love that and also the store is super cute and friendly inside! Read Less

It's a typical nail salon. It's nice and new and clean (it's only about 2 weeks open). And big,  there are a lot of pedi chairs, but I have no idea if they have the staff to man them all. When I was there, there were only about 4 customers; but, it was mid-afternoon and still new.The staff is friendly. Sufficient amount of nail colors - I've seen more and I've seen less. They have name brand polishes.They offer wine, margaritas and mimosa's. I probably would return and recommend, but not because they were great, but because they were OK, and convenient. Read Less

This place is very easy to find when driving and they are currently running a promotion for 40% off  on certain days! (Very cool) This place just opened so it's really clean and open and airy! There's so many choices to choose from when it comes to Shellac, Powder, and even regular polish. They even give you some margaritas while you get pampered! The staff here is very friendly and the customer service is great! My boyfriend came with me and also and got his nails buffed and also got a pedi. I decided to go with a pedi and French shellac!
