I have been driving from Fort Worth to get my nails done. Cindy is very professional. She takes her time and does not take any short cuts. High quality work. If you show her a picture of a nail style you want done she will copy it and do it until you are satisfied. I have never had to have my nails redone. I walk-in to have a Polish removed my nails were sitting in hot acetone she took the polish off or so I thought..For the past week I have a blot of Polish still on my nail she filed a nail crooked and my nails have been splitting and breaking every day getting worse and worse and worse.. she started off being very pleasant when I said I didn't want her to cut my cuticles (bacteria) and get a Polish I refuse to have that done because I wanted my nails to breathe that's when she changed her attitude.. Refuse to go elsewhere for pedicures, and on the rare occasion I have to get my nails done somewhere other than Queens, I'm always left wishing I could have waited. Not my usual spot, but was close by. Man, rough experience! I think 4 of my 20 digits (hands and feet) were bleeding! Yikes and ouch! Slow down already! Very disappointed the nail person talked me into doing a more expensive service the dipping nails I have great nails that grow long on there own and have been using the gel shellac that stays on for over three weeks . The dipping takes longer and doesn't look as nice didn't cover my nails and cost more really disappointed and when I expressed my disappointment was basically shoved out the door. I had such a great experience here! Atmosphere is so relaxing & super clean! They always open a new tool kit for your pedicure (I've been to places where they don't do that, eeeek!) They care about the customer, they want to know what you like, & will even advice you on how to keep up with your mani/pedi. So I love there pedi service! But for NAILS it's the worst!!! I came to get a fill and a pedi while I was getting my pedi one of my nails popped off like?? Wtf so the lady fixes it and I go home and like 2 hrs later another nail brakes off so I had to come back and get that fixed again IN TOP of that they made me wait 1 hr to get the damn nail fixed so they wanted me to go and come back since they were "busy"... What a horrible experience. I chose to go here because years ago this was the best nail salon in the area. We went here for prom and every other fancy event in high school. Maybe I was clueless but it seems Queen's has gone downhill. I went to get my nails dipped (the new healthy replacement for gel nails). I am still new to this process and don't have much experience so I was pretty clueless besides one other time. I was sat down in a chair and waited 10 minutes before a man sat down and just began to use the electric buffer on my nails right away.He did not ask what service I wanted or offer me a drink. I immediately asked if this was normal for dipped nails. He stopped and grabbed a bowl of acetone and submerged my fingers in that. I didn't say anything not knowing the process. He kept my fingers in there for 10 minutes and came back with colors to choose from. I complained the acetone was drying my fingers out and he didn't seem to care. He continued to go between dipping my fingers in acetone and using the electronic buffer. When it was time to pay I tried to explain to the front desk my problem and was not acknowledged. I left with dried out skin on my fingers and uneven nails. I will not be going back. Read Less

Favorite nail salon I've ever been to! It's clean, comfortable, and cheap enough that I can fit it in my budget on a bi-weekly basis. My mom, sister and I visit Queen's on a regular basis. We set appointments with our own artist that we prefer and are always able to get in with who we want, what time we want, by the very next day if not the same day. We love Queen's and their staff. They know our family and vise versa. The staff is so sweet and extremely talented! We will be loyal customers to them for our life time. Highly recommend the specialty peddis! I'm torn about my review. I had a wonderful pedicure from one of the girls. It was absolutely wonderful. But then I was given to another nail tech for Gel Powder manicure. I could tell right away that the man didn't know what he was doing. But I didn't speak up. He dipped all my nails several times and seemed to be doing okay. Then he started removing the powder with the electric buffer which is really painful bc of the heat and how it thins the nail. I asked him what he was doing. He said he was redoing the nails. I thought maybe he messed up one and was going to redo it. But then he started removing the powder on several fingers and I asked again what are you doing, why are you removing them? He said something in broken English that I couldn't understand. So I asked the nail lady next to him. She explained that he did it wrong and had to remove all the powder and redo the whole thing. He was already 30 mins into the process! And now he wanted to burn up my fingers by using the electric buffer on all of them? No way. I asked if they could use acetone and foil which is what my usual nail salon does. He said no. He kept trying to use the electric buffer. I asked the lady again and I said no I don't want the electric buffer because it's painful, it's burning my fingernails. So the man stood up and said something in his language and stormed off. Several ladies came by and tried to talk me into getting my nails redone. But by this time I said no I want this awful powder job removed and I'm leaving. So they soaked my nails in acetone and the powder easily wiped off. Why didn't he just do that in the first place? But my main complaint is this: DONT PUT SOMEONE IN THE CHAIR TO DO GEL POWDER IF THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. My nails are so thinned out now they hurt and I have to wait at least a week before I can go to my usual nail salon and have them done correctly. Read Less

I will NEVER visit here again. First impressions are everything and this was an epic fail on their part. I had a pedicure and manicure done. The manicurist was very nice but the lady who did my pedicure had a look on her face like she was disgusted the entire time. I came to Queen's Nails for a Shellac gel manicure and a Queen's Deluxe Pedicure. The service was excellent - the employees were friendly, attentive to their customer's needs, and offered everyone a cold beverage. The pedicure was relaxing. I enjoyed the exfoliating scrub and massage. However, the polish job was below average - the second coat of color was uneven and streaky [see pic below]. Read Less

Just moved to the Pantego area and tried for the first time. Best pedicure I have ever had. Most relaxing leg and foot massage. I could have easily fell asleep and I wasn't even using the massage chair. Little bit of a higher price then what I was paying but well worth it. Let's hope the second trip is just as good. Loved this place. It has a nice welcoming ambience. We were immediately welcomed and seated for our pedicures as we had tried 3 other salons that had 1 or 2 techs working and had no space for us. When chose our pedicures and they brought out trays specific to what we chose. They have massaging chairs and TVs available for every position. The nail techs were great and spent a great amount of time on what we wanted. My polish and gems are still in tact after about 2 weeks. Read Less

I just started going for pedicures and manicures. I've been to this salon only, so I can't compare it to others. I'm told they are a little pricey, but when I price compare it is only by a few dollors. I figured I'd pay that much in gas to go farther away from my house, so I continue to Queen's Nails. I initially went there because I've heard other women recommended it. They recently moved down a few doors from their small, simple salon, into a nice, well decorated upscale salon. They go all out with the free wine (wish I liked wine!) or soda for the younger crowd. I feel happy with all the services my daughter and I have received. I recommend them. Just don't be put off if some of the girls are unable to speak English. Others can help translate. I'm there for the service, not to carry on a conversation! The only thing I don't like, is the lack of direction sometimes, especially since my daughter and I just started the experience of pedi & manicures. Read Less
