I gave this place 3 stars for the personality and sweetness of the ladies. They are soooo nice and polite  and make getting my nails done comforting. However, I went in there earlier this week to get a stiletto nail look. Key word: STILETTO.As in, I wanted them extremely pointy. However, I received a round point almond stiletto hybrid. Which I dislike highly. I guided the nail lady on how I like to do my nails and she still couldn't grasp the concept that I wanted my nails POINTY. Trying to tell me "oh that's too sharp" ....ok but that's what I'm paying for though?ok.And my foundation of the powder on my nails are EXTREMELY lumpy and uneven. Like it's so ugly I'm about to take them off. Then I came in the next day to get my toes done and honestly because I just assumed they didn't know how to do the stiletto so I wasn't going to stop me from giving them another chance.I walked into the nail shop at 6:09pm, already knew what color I wanted (the same color I got the night before on my hands) there were about 3/4 people before me getting pedicures. I understand. But I wasn't even HELPED until ATLEAST 7:15 and all I wanted was a polish change  I waited an hour 15 minutes plus just for a 2 minute job. The speed of service was absolutely awful. I was given a warm welcome and seated for my pedicure immediately. I was offered a drink from a selection of soda, water, coffee or wine. My drink was served with peanut butter crackers and a granola bar. The salon was very clean and the implements were sanitized. There was a menu describing several different types of pedicures to choose from. Donna was friendly and professional while taking great care of my needs. This place is fantastic! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the amount of time I had to wait. I was immediately welcomed and seated in a spa chair upon entering, but then sat with my feet soaking in the water for over an hour. During that time, my massage chair was turned on and they kept the complimentary wine refilled. When they did finally get to me, they really took their time and focused on me. Someone came by to soak off my gel polish, and a few minutes later someone else finished taking them off and filed my nails. Lan was meticulous with both my pedicure and the remainder of my gel manicure. I've always had problems with calluses building quickly on my feet, but Lan took the time that most people won't to remove them. The inside was very nice and clean. They're new so that's a plus. It was relaxing, they had good music playing, and the ladies were very friendly especially the cashier girl. They sat me down right away, I had a manicure and pedicure. They sat me down at a massage chair, soaked my feet, and massaged it! It was one of the best treatments I've gotten. I had a young gentleman, forgot his name but he was gentle and funny. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a good deal, relaxing atmosphere, friendly faces, and a great spa experience. I found this place on yelp and couldn't be happier. The place is clean, friendly, and comfortable. Their pedi chairs are new and very comfy. The nail tech I got, Donna, was very friendly and helpful. And she did a great job on my toes. Not only did she make them look great, she also cut them correctly, so they don't grow out causing pain, which has happened to me at every other nail salon! Do not come here! The nail polish stained mine and my friends nails. I told the manager and they wouldn't offer discount for just a polish change to fix the problem! She said she "can't control what product she buys". AND two of my nails started peeling after just a polish change!! And they need more staffing but of course they are still new. Read Less

Absolutely best in the area! Definitely our go-to place for a bit of TLC when needed. The ladies of Pantego Nail & Spa are always professional, courteous and do a fantastic job restoring your hands, legs and feet to a presentable state. Being a guy, I generally don't like anyone touching my feet, but I genuinely enjoy and look forward to getting a deluxe pedicure (and leg massage) in the comfort of their wonderful massage chairs.Highly recommended! Very relaxing and clean salon. Love this place! Staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend Shayla as I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now. She always makes sure I have everything (wine, magazine, pillow for my lap :-) and hand and back massage) to relax. Everyone here does an amazing job and the prices are very competitive!! Everything is brand spankin' new, bright and clean. The pedicure chairs are fantastic and give a great massage while you're getting polished up. I've done gel manicures, dipping powder and regular polish here. My favorite is the dipping powder polish. If you haven't tried it, you MUST. It lasts forever and doesn't chip or lift. Frank did my dips both times and he does an excellent job. Lan gives wonderful pedicures and they always provide more service than you're expecting. A nice surprise. The people here always remember my name and make me feel very welcome - like family. Oh! I almost forgot they do waxing, as well. I have been very happy with my waxing services. They have a nice, clean back room where you can have privacy whilst getting cleaned up. I always think my brows look okay but after getting waxed here, I KNOW I need to keep them cleaned up. Can you say bush baby?! If you have special requests, they'll handle it with no problem. I'm torn because the prices are good, but I had to have my gel nails redone after just a week because they started lifting. When I came back to show them my nails and request the polish be redone one of the ladies said they would only charge me to redo the polish. I had to tell them it should be free because the gel nails should last 2 weeks at least. They didn't charge me, but it was like they were doing me a favor. I went back yesterday and told one of them the name of the polish I needed and she said we only go by the numbers. It's a nice place, but there are a few frustrations. Read Less
