It has been years since I went to VIP nails because they just dont do a great job for the price. I tried them again and regret it. Me and my daughter showed up a little before 6:30 and they close at 7:30. I asked do yall have time for 2 pedicures at this time? They said yes. The whole time they rushed us and even talked back and forth how they didn't want to see any more customers even laughing saying go away...go away. The next day I have chipped toe paint. If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to. I went in to get my nails, & eyelashes done with my cousin in law and she got her lashes done first and I got my nails done and my nail lady was WONDERFUL my nails are great but LINH is very rude. She walked over to my nail lady and told her my Eyebrows were awful and needed to offer to have them waxed. After I was done with my nails I went back to get my lashes done and went in the room my cousin was in to see hers, LINH then grabbed me by my arm to take me to the other room to do my eyelashes. She then started putting wax on my eyebrow before I even said yes to do them. She also offered me a $45 facial because she told me it will clear my pores of all the blackheads and pimples I have all over my face and I’ll be pretty again. So when she started my Eyelashes she didn’t even ask what I wanted and just said “I’ll make them look nice, you don’t want long because you eyes small” I AM FURIOUS BY THEN. She then got clue in the corner of my eye by my eyeball and poked at the clue with the sharp eyelash tool and poked my eye. After being done and almost done with my cousins nails she tried selling my cousin weight loss products that she told us she sales on the side. On Friday July 14, 2017 I went into this nail salon to get a solar fill and cut down. This is my 3rd time going there since I moved to Palestine. It's normally a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere but not this time. I walk in and I'm greeted like normal I pick out my normal mood changing color ME1012 I sit down to get my nails done. 4th seat on the right. She was very nice. But the rude skinny lady next to her in seat number 5 was rude she kept side talking to the lady who was doing my nails about me and I kept asking what is she saying the lady kept saying nothing. Low and behold she wanted her to charge me $50 for a new set because she assumed I was changing the color on my nail. I explained to her that it's mood changing. The skinny rude lady at table 5 kept saying stuff to her so I said you know what I will take my service else where. I spend too much money in there and should not and will not experience rude and poor customer service. There was a guy in there who was bald headed I forgot to get his name he sits in seat number 2 right side. He asked what was wrong and told me he would do my nails. He did a great job and had great customer service. When I was done I washed my hands in warm water and my nails changed colors. They were the same color as when I came in so I showed the 1st lady who was doing my nails she was amazed. I'm a very loyal customer and if im getting good customer service I will return! The owner might want to get a hold on Miss Seat #5 because her rudeness and poor customer service is losing money for there establishment. I love going to VIP its amazing. If your down and out and just wanna relax and laugh go to VIP...fantastic, nice, and friendly staff...clean environment and excellent service....I'm impressed from the work they do...I've had lash extensions, mani and pedis and eyebrows waxed and was very impressed...try them and see. First review I've ever left! Within 3 days my top coat was chipping off of my dipped, three nails just cracked for no reason! I live in athens so I'll go spend the money at Dawns Nails where my last set lasted almost a month! Terrible, worst set I have EVER HAD. My sister had acrylic tips and they never even had her wash hands! Stay away from this place! Read Less

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I know the proper way on how nails are supposed to be done. My manicure wasn't that bad... just very rough and cut short. But the pedicure wasn't even a pedicure. She trimmed my toe nails and filed and then turned the water on and so I went to roll up my pants and she told me not to worry about it, and then grabbed my feet ran them through the water spout and then dried them and painted them..... That is not a pedicure. I will not be returning and just from looking around I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. With or without a trained eye. Read Less

Just needed a polish.  Got tired of waiting (20 + mins) so left to go somewhere else.  One nail tech was on phone while doing clients nails.  That is unprofessional and would have made me angry if it had been me.  Have to give 1 star just because it won't let me do none. Read Less

I'm pretty finicky about my nails and I've had acrylic nails for over 30 years!!! I was visiting town with some time to kill and I'm so glad I did. Lee did an awesome job on my new solar nails! My real nails are thin and badly shaped he shaped my new nails beautifully!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Read Less
