I went here again without an appointment because I didn’t think it would be busy... oops. Last time I had the owner and she was great but she was busy. I got a young man to do my pedicure and at first I was like ok. But after the whole process I was amazed. He pampered me like a queen! Refilled my margarita and his massage was to die for! He spent more time on the massage for me. My toes look like a new set and were so soft. I almost fell asleep during the massage though. He was funny and made me feel so comfortable! The older gentleman that started doing my pedicure was literally texting whilst he was trimming my cuticles. He not only did a horrible job, he cut my toe and I sat there bleeding while he poured super glue on it and then some other unknown stuff from a small blue bottle. I had to make him stop and told him to leave me alone after he told me to dip my toe into the water he has been using to clean my feet. I refused and made him leave me alone. Worst experience EVER getting a pedicure. So awful and very unprofessional. I'm from out of town so I will never return to the shop and I believe that you should avoid it as well. Read Less

I was looking for a good place to get a gel manicure and my eyebrows waxed and I've found the place! When I walked in they were very friendly and immediately had me sit down to begin the manicure. I didn't catch his name but the young man was very friendly, nice to chat with and most of did a great job! I have never done a French manicure before (not a fan but my boyfriend likes it) so I decided to have him do it. He did a fantastic job and I actually like the results. The girl that waxed my eyebrows did a fantastic job and even tried to fix a previously bad waxing. She suggested I put coconut oil on my eyebrows to help them grow then come back to have them shaped again. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism and the fact that the salon was very clean. It's also the first time that I've had my eyebrows waxed and didn't breakout afterwards so bonus points to them. I highly recommend this place and I'll be back. Read Less

Best place i have been to in this area. They take there time and make sure they get things right. they dont try to rush you out the door just to get another customer ( i have seen a lot of that here). Everyone is super nice and make you welcomed. The pedicures are amazing they removed all my ingrowns which most places do not anymore. And an awsome message to boot. Honestly the best experience! We don't live in Odessa, so we just looked for a place that was rated well. As soon as we walked in the staff was so friendly! When my 1 yr old son got fussy everyone offered to help, but he just wanted mom! I was able to sit in a pedicure chair to put my son to sleep and they began my nails. When he woke up, Becky stopped so that I could take care of him. There was never a time that the staff became impatient or frustrated-- if I am ever in Odessa again, I will be coming here! I'm torn between 2 and 3. My pedicure was fine, nothing earth shattering but no complaints. My manicure looks pretty terrible. Admittedly, I have "crappy" nails so I just asked her to file them short. Here's my beef:1. They're not even. Some are square, some oval, some squoval. 2. She didn't push my cuticles back nearly far enough. Like, hardly any pressure at all. 3. She went to town trimming my skin. Not the cuticles, my finger tips etc. I flinched a few times because it hurt. Then, she took a good-sized chunk out of my thumb. I yelped. It hurts like hell. 4. The paint job is sloppy at the cuticles, probably because they weren't properly pushed back or trimmed, and thick in other areas. She kept touching my already painted as she moved along to the next finger so used more and more and more polish to fill in the dings. I have searched all over Odessa and San Angelo and tried MANY nail salons that offer the DIP powder. Everywhere has been a disappointment. They're always un-even, bumpy, slanted, and don't last. I bumped into a girl that had the DIP powder on her nails, and they looked AMAZING!!! I asked her where she got them and she told me about this place, my mom and I  went and got our nails done, if you know me you know that Iam very observant and notice everything. The woman who did my nails did amazing. Paid attention to what she was doing and was gentle to not cut my cuticles. They also had me take a picture of the color I got so that if I need to go back because a nail broke we wouldn't be sitting there wondering what color I had. Screw Legacy and Oasis nails. Bunch of hungry non english rude and fake people. They treat you according to the crowd. If its busy then be expected to be herded like cows. I understand that with every business upselling is a must in order to make money. But these people have absolutely no clue on how to explain to me what is in the damn pedicures that costs around $50-$80. If you want me to put out that much money then be able to tell me what is it. Just don't be mumbling the descriptions to me. Ugh! Jimmy and Becky have worked in odessa for more then 5 years. And damn it they are damn good people. And guess what ??? i Think they have recruited such an awesome staff. All speak perfect english, young, experienced, and fun. Now and days its hard to get good quality work. I've never had a problem with them, honestly they are very nice people and always try to keep me and my friends comfortable. They keep their supplies very clean and neat. They have a nice system going on, yes sometimes they get confused but they always strive to meet my needs. I recommend going here. Very nice, soothing place. Nice atmosphere and nice music. They don't understand English very well but they have a nice young lady who is there often to translate. Love it here. Coming back soon! Read Less

Do Not Go Here!!! This place was run by Kim and Chay. They had the salon in Wal-Mart until they opened up a shop by Jersey Girl Pizza. I had been going to them to get my nails done for 8 years. They were like family and it was a real positive atmosphere. Everything changed when these new peope took over the place. They give you fake names becuse they think we are to stupid to say their vietnamese names. They leave right in the middle of doing your nails to go smoke or talk on their cell phones. They constantly have their earbuds in so even if you wanted to say something they wouldn't hear you anyways. They fight with eachother on whose turn it is to help the next customer. I don't speak vietnamese but you can tell when someone is having a civil or hostile conversation. They spent all their money to make the place look like some big time spa and let customer service walk right out the door. They act like they don't understand english when they are trying to push more expensive services on you. I'm pretty sure "No" is a pretty easy word to pick up. They do it anyway and then have no problem asking for the $100 in perfect english. After 8 years of going someplace you would think that would mean something. They can't even remember what name they give themselves for each customer so it's different everytime. I also wasn't thrilled when my 2 year old was with me and they offered to make me a margarita. Yeah have a few drinks, get your nails done, and drive your kid home. That makes a lot of sense. Read Less
