I am fairly new to Odessa, and really wanted to find a stylist who could work magic and understand my hair goals. When I called to make the appointment I requested for them to build a little extra time into the appointment so I could talk to the stylist first. I wanted to make sure that the stylist understood where I want to go with my color and style. I was scheduled with La Shae Reed. During the consultation, La Shae put me at ease right away with her friendly personality, her confidence, and her understanding of what I wanted to achieve. Of course, as the saying goes, the proof is in the pudding. Let me just say that the finished product has made me one happy lady. I haven't had such a good haircut for a really long time. She gave me exactly what I have been trying to get from other stylists but had not been able to. SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED with La Shae's artwork!

Love the quality of work as well as the atmosphere!! Anytime I come to Odessa I have to go by the palms!!

I love to go to the Palms. I love Jenn to do my hair. Everyone there is very friendly and nice and it is a very comfortable place to go and relax and have fun. The energy there is very positive and I just get a charge out of the experience. They have everything you would want and you feel great. All the girls are the best.

Karina is a superb "lash lady" and I am giving her 5 stars for service, price and attitude. She takes extreme pride in her work and I'm so thankful to have found her. Her prices are such a value, especially in the Permian Basin where choices are limited. She is able to give me natural looking, full lashes despite my extra sensitive skin and eyes. Even though I can't wear any makeup, I get compliments on my lashes all the time now!She uses the ONLY "sensitive eyes" lash adhesive that has worked for me - and I've tried at least 2 others that were sold as hypoallergenic in DFW and Austin. Karina talked to me before my lashes were applied and researched the products before putting anything on my eyes. I believe this is the hallmark of a true professional. Kudos to her for being proactive; not waiting for an allergic reaction, then attempting to find the solution. Her aftercare instructions are spot on. If I follow her guidelines, my lashes look great until time for my next refill. It is usually easy to book an appointment even with my crazy schedule. Karina is a very sweet person too! I look forward to my appointments and not just because I get to relax for an hour or so... Her upbeat demeanor and gentle touch around my eyes makes me a happy client.

PATIENT is the girl I have to thank for my awesome haircut. She was so sweet and helpful, I had no idea what i wanted to do with my hair and she hooked me up. My hair was pretty long and I was game for what ever, and I just love the cut she gave me!!! She also suggested that I donate my hair to Locks of Love. I TOTALLY RECOMMED her!!!

Had heard about this salon from a friend. She spoke highly of the place. I went in there to check it out. Not one person acknowledged my presence. The employees looked at me, but never said one word. I stood in there for almost ten minutes to give them a chance. Not so much as a "Hi". Terrible impression. Will not be back.

I am fairly new to Odessa, and really wanted to find a stylist who could work magic and understand my hair goals. When I called to make the appointment I requested for them to build a little extra time into the appointment so I could talk to the stylist first. Had heard about this salon from a friend. She spoke highly of the place. I went in there to check it out. Not one person acknowledged my presence. The employees looked at me, but never said one word.
