Gave me the best pedicure I've had in a long time. Expensive though. Update: Went back a second time and they were sloppy and rushed. There was no one else in there, though. While cutting around my cuticles on my toes, they clipped skin and it started bleeding a little. There was no regard taken for that, and it burned when they kept using the products. I have not ever left a bad review for any place of business but this was my absolute worst experience ever. My mom and I both were having pedicures done, I soaked for about 45 minutes, before I received my approximate 12 minute pedicure, start to finish. My mom asked her technician to please cut her nails down just a little more and attitude was thrown right back in her face. We will not be going back nor recommending this place to anyone. Read Less

Very poor service and sloppy work considering how expensive it is. Both me and my daughter did not get the design on our nails as we requested due to not understanding English. I was told half way through mine that he couldn't do it and for my daughter he just did whatever design he wanted to. Should have looked at the review before I went in. This place was awful or maybe I should say the guy I had was awful. Every time someone came in they would ask if they wanted something to drink. This dude never said a word to me, completely unprofessional , will never go back . He could have cared less what kind of job he did, needless to say he didn't get a tip. Read Less

I got a basic manicure/pedicure done here last week and it was awful. The man that did my nails got angry after I told him he was hurting my toe. He sat there mumbling under his breath until I finally asked him to stop. I told him it was ok for me to say he was hurting me then he hardly spoke another word to me. My toe actually still hurts from where he was digging on it with the clippers. My manicure was a mess! By the end of day one the polish had come off two of my fingers and had chipped on three other ones. I would have gone back to have them fix the manicure except I was from out of town. This review is regarding the "spa" in midland. I had been there a few times and early after their opening they'd even offer something to drink, water, coke, even wine or a margarita, especially if there was a wait. My friend and I thought we'd have our mani/pedi together about a week ago, Sunday afternoon. Walked in, freezing outside, wearing flip flops, was told 10 minutes. Sat with our feet in a cold, empty tub for 15, should have been a clue right there. They were busy so, benefit of the doubt. Mistake. Finally some water! Cold from the tap and had to bring hot water from the back room, too hot! Sat there for another 20 minutes. Now we're stuck. Had to ask for the fragrance which is part of the deluxe mani I was paying for and next thing I know, the whole experience was over sooner than my friend's and I paid more! There isn't even a clear top coat! Worst pedicure I've ever had. My friend's experience was just as bad. The tech practically threw her purse at her to move it out of her way and during her manicure jerked her hands around.  Maybe they overheard us say we would never be coming back. NEVER! Read Less

I'm writing this review for the Oasis Nail & Spa salon located in Midland. I got a regular manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The same nail artist did my mani and pedi. On both my feet and hands she cut my cuticles too hard/rough and they bled. Three of my fingers and a couple of my toes were affected. It's been 5 days since the service and the cuts are actually much deeper than I thought because they're still hurting and are not healing. I have never in my life received a mani/pedi where I've been cut so much. The person's name was Mi, I think. She never introduced herself to me and I only saw her name written on my receipt (so I'm not sure if that's her actual name). What amazes me is after she saw my cuticles were bleeding, she continued to be rough and cut the same. Maybe her cutters just needed a good sharpening, I don't know. I'm very disappointed. The service itself was sub par, I thought I'd be getting something extra with the 'deluxe' purchase but she breezed through like she could care less. She spent the whole time talking to another nail artist who just sat in the massage chair next to me. Although it wasn't very busy when we came in, this seems unprofessional to me. Normally, in my experience, people who work quickly and efficiently usually have lots of experience under their belt, they KNOW what to do.
