Teddy did my pedicure and he was very nice and did a great job. However i paid $20 for shellac and by the end of the night i was missing the polish off one of my toenails so i had to drive to odessa from andrews to have it fixed the next day. Not even a star gives them Justice... Worst experience of my life. They lady actually cut off my natural lashes before making a comment on how pretty and long they were. I just wanted some volume. Been here several times since they opened and usually disappointed when I leave. They either can’t do what I ask for or are rough, been cut twice during pedicure and 2 weeks later it still hurts and shoes rub on it making it hurt ... gave them plenty of chances bc it was a nice atmosphere and they’re usually friendly but deff stick to one person if you can find one that can do a good job. The people in this nail salon only do good service when it’s convenient & if you’re going to do a full nail or pedicure. I went it to fix a nail because I barely had a week with them & it fell off. I had them done in my hometown but I just wanted my nail fixed so i wouldn’t have to take all of them off after only a week. The nail that was done there is literally crooked & it looks like no effort was done just cause I didn’t get a full work done. She only filed my nail for like a second. I could also see there was no effort with the nail tech as she was doing my nails. Very disappointing. I know I didn’t get all of my nails done but they should have done good service regardless. I had my nails done on Friday. The nail tech was extremely rough. I mentioned it to him multiple times. After washing my hands I realized there were thousands of bubbles in the SNS powder. My nail beds were bleeding in a few spots and my thumb even has blood dried under the powder. Several of the nails also have red glitter in them, though I asked for a French tip powder. They offered me to come back and have him redo my nails the next day. When I woke up my nails were extrem...ely sore, and there’s no way I could let anyone redo them. Much less him. I called, and spoke with the owner and asked for a refund. Due to the fact that I’d rather not let them touch my hands again. She again offered for them to be fixed, and said refunds aren’t offered. I’m taking it as a loss and will NOT be getting my nails done there ever again. Yes, they offered to redo my nails, so that’s why I’m rating a 2 not a 1. I usually visit this place on the regular and have never been disappointed. However, last week I had the worst experience while visiting Lavender. First,I made an ppointment with Vicki who always does my nails and when I came in for my appointment she was unavailable. What’s the point of making an appointment when your nail tech isn’t the one who does your nails because she occupied with someone who didn’t have an appointment? (simple math) Second, I noticed how the owner/manager little boys were having a field day roaming around the facility. Isn’t this not a nail spa? Mind you I spend on average $120 everytime I visit any spa. A nail spa should be a place of serenity especially when a service is rendered. Third, I noticed how Trish’s attitude kind of stinks. If you pick who to be nice to then you will always have unsatisfied customers. I could have been anyone. Maybe someone who could impact your life. Some people lack character. Forth, I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 min before anyone started my pedicure. (Again I had an appointment!) Fifth, I have been wearing my natural nails for a long time & im very picky on the shape and length so when my nails are continuously filed and I leave with them shorter than what they were when I came in then that consults a huge problem for me. I was so upset with services that day that I made up in my mind not to ever return again. Customer service is customer service & I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I work in the oil field so I will take my oil field money right back to Houston when I return home. I used to go here all the time every two weeks but I stopped going because of one guy that didn’t want to to my meals everybody got mad here because I am very picky with my nails and I like the misandry because I am paying a lot of money for my nails to be done every two weeks I like my nails perfect and they would get mad for no reason because I was picky there was only one lady that used to do my nails but then she always started to get busy I even referred a lot of people here and brought them business but that’s OK I will never come here again and now that people ask me I will tell them that I don’t come here anymore. I went in there for the first time ever yesterday and the atmosphere is nice but I am not very pleased with my nails. They have bumps and over all not worth what I payed for. But what really has me on here is that they told me they were going to charge me $40.00 but my card shows I was charged $48.00. I was lucky to find Lavender Lashes & Spa after having a ugly mani from other nail salon in Odessa. This place has stolen by my heart. They greeted me as friendly as we have known each other for a long time. My nail technician was very young and very funny. They did a work with sterilize equipment. My nails are crisp with the color. Ted was the best!!! He does not rush and does a really good job! I showed him the colors I wanted and he matched them perfectly. He treated me like Royalty from beginning to end. They made a point to remember me, love them!They were very nice and accommodating.They seemed to have a hospitality attitude towards their guest. Equipment are sterilized by staff after each used. I've been coming to Lavender Lashes & Spa for over a year every two weeks. I went ahead and took a shot at coming there. The staff were very nice from the moment we walked in. I was super impressed, and this is my favourite manicure … ever . Everyone that as done my nails has been very nice and very good at what they do. My daughter and I are regulars and we love the atmosphere. They take good care of you, often give you advise on different services they have. Alex is very sweet, outspoken and she gets the job done. Kelly is also very sweet, and take pride in her work. It can be a little pricey at times but sometimes you have to pay a little more to get quality work. I can go 3 weeks without having nails fall off, which has been a problem at other places. Jimmy is great with his pedicures...he has a saying "happy feet" and that's exactly what he gives you when he's done. Give them a try you ll love it !!! Read Less
