Im so dissapointed in this place. I took my 15 yr old daughter to get her toes done & she comes out with a bleeding toe that ended up with fungi and infection! Now i have to pay doctors to help cure it. Her cuticals were cut so deep that its taking weeks to get better. Ill never return to this place again. The girl who did it realized she messed up & didnt bother addressing it & had someone else check me out. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Best nail salon in Odessa for quality and price, the most recommended. They usually have the newer trends first, the wait can be long but worth it. They last long and are affordable. Staff is very nic...

Went in for eyebrows and lip, the girl who helped me was nice, but she burned my lip and not just like a little my whole freaking upper is still burning! I didn't feel it then, but as I'm writing this...
Went in for eyebrows and lip, the girl who helped me was nice, but she burned my lip and not just like a little my whole freaking upper is still burning! I didn't feel it then, but as I'm writing this I can feel the pain. It also took about 30 minutes before someone helped me.

They are really rude and rush your nails set! They obviously don't like kids because they are always complaining. no where do I see a sign with " NO KIDS ALLOWED " , my eyebrows came out uneven! If I could give less than 1 star I'll do so! Never going to this place again sad because of some people that work here I would never be going back this use to be where I always use to do my nails NOT ANYMORE new staff is extremely rude and suck at doing nails!! And to add on they don't even go by the sign in list !!! PLACE SUCKS 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I came here for a fix on one of my nails. The woman did not even match them up put the tip over half way down my nail bed..it looks horrible. Worst nail salon EVER!

I've been going to Hollywood for over a year now and never had much of an issue. I guess they decided to stop sterilizing their utensils properly which lead to my mother getting an infection on her toe that caused her toenail to completely fall off. Something started growing on top of my toenail after a pedi. I had stopped going, but decided to return for a set of nails. One of my nails broke so I returned to fix it. I waited for over 30 minutes for one small chip on the corner of a nail. I went to ask how much longer I would need to wait for one nail and was told to just sit back down. I asked again, and was told I would need to wait for the three other people in front of me to get full sets done before I could get my one nail fixed. I don't really understand why I'd need to wait for over an hour for something that would take about 10 minutes to fix. I'm fine with waiting my turn, however I've seen this salon allow people who need a quick fix go in between people to get in and out quickly. I walked away and will not be returning to this place.

Im so dissapointed in this place. I took my 15 yr old daughter to get her toes done & she comes out with a bleeding toe that ended up with fungi and infection! Now i have to pay doctors to help cure it. Her cuticals were cut so deep that its taking weeks to get better. Ill never return to this place again. If I could give less than 1 star I'll do so!
