Maybe there was an amazing staff in 2014, but January 2016 you cannot even get your own hair stylist, Nicole, to return your call. She is too busy, she told me. When she did finally call me, after I called two more times over 3 days, she was rude and short, and said maybe I was happier with the previous stylist that had moved!! She would not let me talk, and was talking over me. I tried to say, No, you are fine....but she continued talking over me. I tip very well, and I had made the next appointment with her since September. The place is dirty, and run down. The faucet in bathroom, and the bathroom is dirty, is not dripping, it is rusted out and running water all the time. I gave them the name and phone number of my inexpensive handyman/contractor, and they have never called him, and left it just wasting tons of water 24/7. My fist stylist was Amy, until she moved to Boston, and she was excellent. I ignored the run down look of the place, with a wasp's nest there for at least 4 months, right at the entrance, Then, I have had Nicole since September 2015. She has no idea what customer service is about. The girl that answers the phone, rarely answers the phone, and nobody seems to care about their voicemail, and returning your phone call. I have gotten a new stylist at Barry Morris in Midland, and am driving all the way to Midland next week, instead of 10 blocks away. Bonnie sounds so sweet on the phone, and I am hoping for much kinder people that really care about their customers. Read Less
