Went in for a basic pedicure. Gave the nail tech a regular red, and they ended up putting a dark purple/red. She didnt paint the side of my toenail completely. The cuticle wasn't removed properly. Ingrowns hurt worse the next day. Read Less

I was in town visiting family and friends and was in need of a fill and pedicure. I was recommended to this salon. So I decided to check it out!! Upon my arrival I liked how I was greeted and treated and the place seemed extremely nice. I told them the service I was requesting and they quickly sat me and began working on me. I was asked if I wanted a beverage and was brought a margarita. I did like that. They offered several pedicure packages. None for fills. There were no prices. I proceededTo stay anyway. Here's where we run into a problem. I was getting my fill and the lady doing my pedicure shook my leg and it caused the guy doing my fill to cut me with the nail drill. They tried to play it off and wanted me to not notice. I remained calm and they began to finish up my services. As I was getting moved from the pedicure chair to the seats where your hands and nail dry I messed up a toe. No problem they fixed it. Well as I dried and prepared to go and pay I was charged an extremely large amount of $71. My pedicure was $41 which I had selected bug you charge me $30 for my  nails that you only did a fill and no design on? Highway robbery. I think because they knew I was from out of town they ripped me off. If they cut me and made me bleed they could have at least let me have half off. Or offered me some resolution. I love this place. I get my nails done only here. I love Mindy, and Henry. They both do an amazing job. I always get small designs that are sometimes complicated but they always do exactly what I want. I would recommend it!Read Less

I have been a very loyal customer for many years. What I experienced this morning from Mindy was uncalled for. Mindy started my nails and another lady walked on requesting Mindy and the lady DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I wasn't asked if I minded switching to another nail tech. Mindy moved my stuff! My pedicurist did okay. The place is really small. Seems like they pack you in. There are not many pedicure options. I got the basic pedi with scrub, and I never got my scrub, but she was in such a hurry, so I just paid and left. Disappointed.Read Less

Awesome!!!!! The best place in Odessa, Texas to get your nails done! I have been going there since they opened up! They treat me like royalty and my pedicures and nails are always perfect!!!! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails! If I break one I go back immediately and they fix it and will not even let me pay to have it repaired!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family. Mai is my favorite, but Tim and Henry are also the best! Love all of them! I walked in and told them that I wanted them soaked off and she still tipped them off and mad me bleed twice!! Started on my pink and white and in the pink was a speck of black so I told her and she got mad that I told her, after putting the pink on and putting the white on she cut me with the file machine, I paid and walked to my vehicle, after sitting in my vehicle I realized I had a strand on lint or something stuck in my acrylic!!! I went back in and told her and another lady said something in Chinese and the lady doing my nails just laughed and I told her to forget it that that was ridiculous and very rude and they looked like crap and left!!! Horrible service!! Think twice before going to get a manicure and pedicure. I was on vacation from out of state and wanted to relax and be pampered. DEF NOT the place to go. They did not have any variety of nail polish colors. Mani/Pedi gone wrong;They weren't careful on cutting my cuticles, their painting nail techniques were horrible (I could do a better job), when I asked to even all my nails they had a difficult time to shape and even them out, while doing my feet they did not relax me at all they rushed right through the pedicure.
