Very polite and professional. Had a standard pedicure and they did a great job. ( You'd be surprised how many places I've gone to and they messed that up) They even managed to grind off my calluses without being too harsh or cause any burning with chemicals. They also do children's services, so my 6 year old got a pedicure with me. They were very patient with her when she was being ticklish and squirmy. They only have one child's chair so if there's a person in the chair next to it you'll have to wait till they're done, so they don't separate you and your child. Other than that they have many technicians so they wait isn't too long even on busy day like Friday afternoon.

I'm new in town and I have been looking at all of the salons Facebook pages, and the reviews on Yelp, Etc. I finally found Diamond Nails and they did an amazing job. The place is clean and organized. Did a great job on my nails which looks horrendous when I got here, and the pedicure was so reasonably priced that I went ahead and got one of those too even though I hadn't planned on it. Both the manicurist and the pedicurist had amazing personalities and were great conversationalists. Never once did I feel ignored rushed or talked about. I will be back and I will recommend this place to all of my friends who are also new in town. They turned a bad day into a a pretty good one

This is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to!! Michelle did a wonderful job but not only that, she is a wonderful person!! Everyone there was so nice and that really makes a huge difference in your day to day life. I've been to other nail salons in odessa where the people were either rude or they just weren't very nice & I never realized how something as little as that can impact your mood. I left diamond nails today feeling very happy. Great nails & great people. Definitely choose them over any other salon!!!

Very polite and professional. Had a standard pedicure and they did a great job. ( You'd be surprised how many places I've gone to and they messed that up) They even managed to grind off my calluses without being too harsh or cause any burning with chemicals. They also do children's services, so my 6 year old got a pedicure with me. They were very patient with her when she was being ticklish and squirmy. They only have one child's chair so if there's a person in the chair next to it you'll have to wait till they're done, so they don't separate you and your child. Other than that they have many technicians so they wait isn't too long even on busy day like Friday afternoon.

I'm new in town and I have been looking at all of the salons Facebook pages, and the reviews on Yelp, Etc. I finally found Diamond Nails and they did an amazing job. The place is clean and organized. Did a great job on my nails which looks horrendous when I got here, and the pedicure was so reasonably priced that I went ahead and got one of those too even though I hadn't planned on it. This is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to!! Michelle did a wonderful job but not only that, she is a wonderful person!! Everyone there was so nice and that really makes a huge difference in your day to day life. I've been to other nail salons in odessa where the people were either rude or they just weren't very nice & I never realized how something as little as that can impact your mood.
