Good atmosphere near the bar.... But I wanted my nails done a bit longer but the nail tech cut them short anyways. After she cut them I didn't want to fuss about it being too short even though I requested long... Then A DAY LATER one of my my nails breaks off. Doesnt even hurt just *pops* off. Go to get it fixed. Waited TWO HOURS to be seen after being told it would only be a 30-45 min wait. Then she fixes my nail (got a dipped nail) in less than 5 mins. Has me get up and walks away before its even dry. Just says "be careful with it. Still wet." I did like that it was fixed with no charge but it definetly could have been fixed better. And then two days later- ANOTHER NAIL pops off. Opposite hand.same thing. I'm going back tomorrow to get them all fixed because $60 is too much to pay for something that lasts less than a week!!! Read Less

We waited in the massage chairs almost 2 hours for our pedicures then they rushed through our 40 treatment. We were the over 3 hours and spent 200 dollars. We will not be going back to this business for out bi-weekly pedicures. Read Less

I give this place a 3 due to the fact that I went in yesterday morning and got my nails done by a new girl. She was very friendly but inexperienced in my opinion. She did the worst nails! Two of my nails were lumpy and three of my nails were uneven, and didn’t have the color powder on the side she left spots missing. It was terrible. I didn’t notice until I walked out. I returned inside and talked to the I believe one of the managers named Wayne. I applaud him for being so he...lpful. He said he would give me a refund or fix them. It was Valentine’s Day and I wanted them fix which he did himself, and he asked the girl who did my nails to come and watch and see what she messed up on. I’m glad that he did that so she could see what she did wrong and fix it for next time. I walked out with the situation fixed. My girlfriend and i went there a couple of days ago to get my previous nails removed but decided to treat myself and get a new set instead. The price I had paid for my nails was a bit higher than what i was told but these have lasted through some tough work so im fine with it. The nail tech was super cool, he never told me his name but kept up good conversation. The drinks from the bar were incredible. I couldn't just have one haha. The bartenders were soo nice and polite, i had never met such laid back and cool bartenders like them. I'd usually get alot of attitude from every other bar I go to. But not here. My girl ended up getting her nails done too since she saw how nice mine looked. And she loved it too. Definitely making this our official girls day out spot. Read Less

I like how they do my nails here, they are too fast on the pedicure I wanted to enjoy it longer so other than that the quality is great but do not speak native language in front of customer that do not understand you, because it looks like if you are criticizing their nails or feet.. Great salon! Does get busy but they do a great job and well worth the wait. Always expect it to be busy during the holidays. Great salon! I've been going here since moving here about 4 years ago! I will not go anywhere else in town. Everything is sterilized and clean. New massaging seats are great. They just added a bar which is fabulous and great to enjoy and relax. The service is always great, there can sometimes be a wait but they work as fast as possible but still work to ensure the quality is good. If you gotta wait, now you can have a drink while you wait. My usual nail salon was backed up and I couldn't get in so I decided to try Bellagio based on a recommendation from a co-worker. It has a nice atmosphere and they were putting in a bar the day I was there or putting the finishing touches on it. I noticed they have chairs for kids to get pedicures which is nice if you're looking for something like that. They got me in right away but I have no idea the name of the man who did my nails because he didn't say a word to me. I had a French gel manicure done and he kept forgetting to turn on the UV light, I had to tell him a couple of times it wasn't on. I did have a sore spot on my pinkie from him filing but the pain went away after a couple of days. I went on a Thursday and was surprised how much more expensive they were compared to my usual nail salon especially since he spent very little time massaging my hands/arms. The manicure looked okay when he was done so I paid my $40 and left. On Saturday I noticed one of my nails had a chip and by the time I had an opportunity to go in and talk to them it was Monday and more nails had chipped. I didn't have the time to have them redo my nails that day so I made an appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday I showed the man (again I don't know his name) how many of my nails had chipped and he said it had been a week. I corrected him saying they started chipping Saturday and even when I was there it hadn't been a week. (Gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks for me.) He began filing my nails and it became obvious he was going to just paint over the old paint job and I protested saying that you don't paint over a bad base. He kept telling me he could fix it and it would be fine over the old manicure so I told him I didn't pay $40 for a manicure that doesn't even last a week or to have him paint over it. I finally got up and said I would just dispute the charges with my bank and leave a bad review. It was only at this point a woman (again no names given) stepped in and told me I don't need to get angry (?!) and they would fix it. She fixed it but was still combative with me saying I didn't need to get angry but I only got angry after they were refusing to fix it the right way. She did an okay job, I'm still not real happy with it as I have rough spots and bumps on the nail so it's definitely not worth $40 to me especially seeing that I had to argue to get it fixed correctly. You can also tell from the picture posted that I took on Saturday that my nail overall looked bad and it's not from a lack of care on my end. I put lotion on my hands all the time and work hard to take care of my manicure but this was a bad manicure from the start. I definitely won't be back and I can not recommend anyone go there. I came here to get my eyebrows waxed as it's my usual place. However, I will NOT be back. As I tried to pay, the staff started having issues with their credit card machine. After demanding I pay in cash-which I didn't have because, well, who carries cash anymore-the older lady became really agitated and started acting like I was trying not to pay them (even though they had my debit card in hand). After arguing for a few more minutes about my lack of cash, and even showing the woman the inside of my wallet, she pointed and demanded I sit and wait until a repair man could come fix their machine. My child has a game tonight, and I have better things to do than sit and wait for a repair man over $10. I offered to send the money via PayPal, asked about the nearest ATM, everything I could think of but nothing was satisfying that woman. I arrived at 5:30 didn't get seen until 6:45. Being that they closed at eight the nail tech rushed my process by ripping off my worn overlay versus soaking them. When told that it was a discomfort she would say "We'll skip this one". I won't write the place off for one impatient tech. I just know to schedule an appointment in the future. Week old full set. I am a regular and usually love this place but the last few times I have had to wait 20-30 min to get a pedicure. Today I set in the pedicure chair for a full hour waiting. I used to never have this problem but it seems to be getting worse. Looks like I will be fining a new salon. Read Less

Long wait times! I only use this place for an absolute emergency *aka* when my regular place is closed. Mediocre service. Family members have had toe nail infections with pus, after pedicures from the chick that digs, and, digs for non-existent ingrown toenails. I most certainly do not recommend this place for any type of diabetic foot care. Read Less

Really enjoyed our pedicures at Bellagio. I didn't expect such a place in Midland but I was truly blown away. Great service, clean and large color selection. The best part was that they were absolutely willing to go to town on my 84 year old grandma's feet. Cheese grater and all, they did the job and she was happy with it, as were we. Read Less

Went to this salon on Wednesday with my Mom and sister.  We went for mani's and pedi's. I thought we were getting a decent job until a few days later. My Mom actually gets the gel with her pedi. I only get the gel on my nails.  My Mom actually had a big chunk of polish come off her toes. And I had a big chunk break off one of my nails. We had only had this done two days prior to this happening. I went back in that Saturday when they opened at 9. We were on our way out of town. The receptionist told me to sit down and wait on a tech. I asked her why they weren't there yet as the salon was already open. She said they would be in there in 5 or 10 min. When someone finally got there, she proceeded to make the repair. Only problem was they could not find the color that they had used a couple days before. So I had to get a different color on the one nail. I would never go back to this salon. My nails are all lumpy and not pretty at all. Read Less

This is a very good salon. They sterilize all their equipment after each use. The people who work there are friendly and good at their profession.  I get the shellac polish on my nails and I great luck with this type of polish. It lasts sometimes over 2 weeks and doesn't chip. Read Less

I'm wasn't too pleased with my experience. You can have the nicest salon in the world, but if you have crappy customer service it's all for nothing. While my mom was trying to enjoy her 60 DOLLAR pedicure Mr. Raymond kept sending texts every 3 minutes.
