I got the Chocolate deluxe pedicure and the smell was AWESOME AND SWEET. Terri was my girl and she knew what was up. She did such a great and gentle job of fixing my ingrown toenails and then the massage and everything else, including great polish was just wonderful. Read Less

Absolutely love Annie and her staff! I have been a regular for at least 6 months now. I am picky with who I trust with my beauty care (I have sensitive skin and nails that damage/hurt easily) but I never have to fret at Annie's. They listen well to what you want done, take their time, and always make sure everything is on point before you leave the salon. I've tried several other places throughout both Odessa and Midland (giving each salon multiple chances to take good care of me). . but no one compare's to Annie's! Read Less

I will not be returning to this place ever again! If you have issues with your employees you should wait to talk to them after working hours not during your business hours while your customers are there. The yelling at each other right in front of the customers & the hitting in the back room it was ridiculous! And getting up leaving your customers unattended was so unprofessional! I just recently moved to odessa and this was the place a few people recommended. Boy was I glad I went. I had to take my son due to my boyfriend being away for work and I had no one to baby sit. I was extremely nervous that my son would act up. But Tina made me feel very comfortable and not one time did I feel like she was annoyed. Actually not by anyone. I didn't get any dirty looks from the other techs for being my son in. My nails look fabulous at the end even with me being tense. I will be going here over and over again. The guy who did my nails was super lazy and rushed to get my nails done so he could get off! Also I was treated like I wasn't a priority! I walked in and all they asked was what I needed. The next lady who walked in they were all over her, so nice offered her wine and all! I wanted wine but no apparently I wasn't fancy enough 🤔. I chose this place because the rating showed 5 stars. I was sorely mistaken. My first mistake I suppose, was requesting the basic pedicure. Apparently that's a sin in salons and anything beyond a smile costs "$7 dollars more". I also wanted gel nail polish, which made it a total of 45 for my pedi. This is generally what I have paid for pedis in the past and they included a leg massage, foot massage and hot towel on your calves. None of that was done here. I barely got a leg massage and no sort of callous removal. Then, while the guy was putting on the polish, he somehow broke my middle toenail, and then proceeded to paint over it. When I saw it, I thought it that he missed a spot, but he informed me that it was broken. Ummm, sir? Can you fix my toenail that you broke please? At the end, I asked him to just file it down, but he somehow didn't understand' me and tried to fix it was acrylic, which would have likely been "$15 dollars more". Trying to explain to him that he could just file it became an ordeal and it was a situation where everyone was just staring. No one else had a problem with their pedi, hot towels and all. I guess the trick is to pick off the menu because I'm pretty sure the basic is on there, along with the hot towel. Read Less

This is the best Nail Salon I have ever been to, they are also the friendliest.  They have a nail system called SNS that is really awesome! Tina takes care of my nails each time and she is Super Sweet and very good at her profession!! My friends are now all going too! Read Less
