My first time here today and I love this place. My nails were exactly what I asked for and turned out better than I imagined. The pedicure was the best I have had in 20 yrs. They take their time and are not rushed. They are constantly checking to see if you are ok and getting great service. The massage was amazing. They were both not only friendly but funny and playful. Yeah, I’m not recommending this place at all. I’m visiting from Georgia and called to see if they took walkins because I needed my eyebrows done and I was told yes by a man that I could come in at any time. So tell me why when I walk in NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES LATER I’m told by the lady that she doesn’t have time for me because her hands are full right now?... when the place is EMPTY. It takes all of 10 minutes at the most to wax eyebrows. Highly UPSET. I definitely will not be coming back here ever again, visiting or not. Read Less

Being in the area for 2 weeks I regretted not getting my toes done before leaving Houston. I looked on Yelp for a nail salon and found Splash. I drove by, inquired within about a pedicure and she said it would be about 15 minutes. I asked if I could soak for 15 minutes and she said yes. I was able to finish some business on my phone while waiting and then was treated to the most wonderful Citrus Organic pedicure I have ever had.  The aroma of the fruit and the oils used for the rub was magical. I noticed a pretty design on the photo of nails on their menu and asked if she could do that on my big toe and she did . . . It is beautiful!If I lived here I would return. Amazing pedicure! Loved the whole thing normally one part of a pedicure is nice but maybe the paint doesn't look great or they paint really well but you get a wimpy massage.  Not here get massage excellent paint job, all the tools were clean the spa was clean the staff was super friendly too! They even gave my mom a good recommendation for lotion, not trying to sell a product either just a hey this is a good product and told her it was available at nearly any grocery store. Great service, horrible quality!! I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and had a lot of fun with the girls there. They were hilarious, however my nails were VERY uneven and looked really bad. I also paid for my friend I was with and her nails POPPED off 2 days after getting them done. Mine popped off a few days ago. Typically I can get acrylics to last 3-4 weeks and these barely survived a week and a half. I'm horribly disappointed! We paid a lot of money to just joke with some people. Will not return. All I can say is wow!!! I always get really bad ingrown toenails and no other place has been able to get them out the correct way, well Dana did just that today. When I tell you this was the BEST pedicure I ever had and she also did an amazing job on my nails!!! Her hubby helped with the pedicure and he was great as well. As today was my first time here this review is based on a first impression, and we all know that's the most lasting! I was referred to this salon by a friend as I was in desperate need of finding a new nail salon after "breaking up" with my old salon due to a very bad experience that crossed the line. As soon as I walked in the door everyone was extremely welcoming. Big smiles. I explained my bad experience from my old salon and everyone introduced themselves, which I really admire because I would potentially be building relationships with these people just like I would with a hair stylist!! Needless to say all of my needs were met. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with my service, which today was just a pedicure. But not just any pedicure! The massage was very relaxing and not rushed at all. They even told me they don't like to rush through their services because they want it done right. The personalities, service, atmosphere and satisfaction of this Nail Salon are a thumbs up in my book and I certainly didn't mind the bottomless mimosas either!! 5 stars!!! Read Less

We have tried most every nail place in NB, and this one blows them all away. It is a little pricey, but the nail techs are awesome and careful not to be too rough. They take their time and do an great job with the polish. We will be back for sure! Read Less

This is such a great nail salon.  David gives the best pedi  I've ever had.  His massage is very intense and he takes his time with it.  Polish is always perfect.Kevin does beautiful nails.  I was having tips done for a while with him.  I can't have them now because of work, but will go back to him when the time comes.Implements are clean (I'm an esthetician and own 3 waxing salons in San Antonio, so this is the first thing I look for).  They obviously follow TDLS's  sanitation requirements.May be slightly higher in price than some places, but you get what you pay for.    Mimosa's and wine are great.  Busy on Friday/Saturday.  I usually try to get in early in the week when it's slow, or make sure I have an appointment  on a busy day. I have to agree with the first review.  Now that the new owner has taken over, its calm, has soothing music playing, everyone speaks to everyone.  Amazing what some new paint and a gracious new owner can accomplish.  Lived here 7 years and have almost tried all nail places.  This will be mine from now on!  Excellent job Suki!
