I went there, never have been there before. A man, VERY inexperienced, did my hands and feet. My hands were total garbage. He did them uneven and put random coats on so some were thick and some were thin. He got the polish all over the outside of my nails and under my nails. They were also cut uneven. When he got to my toes, he pulled out the nail clippers and stuff (not sure what they’re called..) and they looked very dirty. Not sure if they were cleaned or not, but I don’t think they were. I went in on Saturday afternoon with my daughter. She got a full set and I got a shellac manicure with a standard pedicure. We hadn't planned on stopping in so I had been wearing sneakers that day. Well when we left, I checked to see if my toes were dry. I should have checked both feet, but I didn't. When I got home, I noticed the big toe had gotten smudged. I went in today (Monday) and told them. I thought they would charge me to fix it, but they took me right in and fixed it. The lady even added some additional coats of color since the pink I chose was kind of sheer. She told me to be careful but did not ask for any payment. That's amazing in my book!!!! I got in really quick & the girl who did my nails was very nice but she did not do a very good job it seems like they more or less just want to get you in and out the door. I have went to this nail salon for years and they do everything to make you happy if you let them know what you want.  the staff is Vietnamese for the most part however they do speak English. Thank god I was only visiting family and this is not my day to day salon. The one star is for how quickly I was seated. I didn't even have enough time to look at the colors so I wasn't sure what I wanted.. so I asked the nail tech to give me a moment to choose a color. He agreed and then I told him what I wanted. I asked for a gold shimmer accent nail and he told me to choose a color, when I chose this canary diamond accent nail... when he was done it looked like I had nail fungus and barely any glitter/shimmer.. I told him I didn't like it and he talked to the nail technician next to him and she looked at me, so it was quite obvious he was talking about me. I don't care if you talk in Vietnamese but don't do it about your customers, atleast give them a chance to say something back. So then I got the ticket to pay for my nails ($50).. I said that was fine with me as long as it was what I wanted. So I sat down and began talking to my friend was with me, and I told her I was unhappy so we talked to another nail tech. They sent me back to the same guy and he didn't even take the old nail polish off, he just painted over it. At that point, I had enough and just let him do it. I am SO tired of the quality of this place. The only reason why I have returned to signature nails is for the convenience, but it is ridiculous that my shellac manicure and pedicure only last 6 days! My shellac mani started to crack on day 4 and my pedicure chipped on day 6. Kayla in particular is getting the 5 stars. I've been here before where I was really rushed through and never really got to relax. But this morning Kayla did an excellent job. She took extra care on my heels (which were very rough) and massaged my feet and legs so thoroughly I was able to close my eyes and relax. Will definitely be seeing her again in the future. Too bad for them, I didn't drink any alcohol & could plainly see what a bad job they had done on my nails. I went once, had a really bad experience.. against my better judgement I gave it a second chance. They have these 3D designs out... Don't get them, they're not qualified to offer this service, I don't know why they would. When I expressed my unhappiness with the quality of the "design" (they're so uneven, it's ridiculous) she said "that's bc they're free hand" Listen lady, I've had free hand designs done many times & they've never turned out this poorly. On top of the designs looking horrible, the job they did on the nails itself (I got the new dipping method) was horrible too. Totally uneven, super thick & bumpy in places. Then they charged me $95.00 and got mad when I didn't tip. This was the first time in my entire life I have left a nail salon without tipping. Fastest, worst pedicure ever. 20 minutes start to finish. I specifically asked to have a little time spent on my rough heels. The tech wanted me to pay an extra $10 for a sugar scrub, which I declined as I knew it wouldn't help my issue. She spent exactly 1 minute using the file (on both my feet) AFTER she sprayed my feet with alcohol and proceeded to "scrap" away!! It was slightly painful and my heels are way worse now then when I went in! A little oil, no lotion, no nothing in the water. I would have complained to mgmt, but the tech checked me out. My friend brought me and a few others from the bridal party to come here and get our nails done before the wedding. It's a pretty good-sized salon and looks nice on the inside. It seemed like they were busy when we came in, however they were able to seat us quickly. First was the pedicure, which was pretty nice, plus I was surprised to see that they had a menu of 5 or 6 different services you could've gotten. They do get a little pricey though, The cheapest was $40 going all the way up to $80. The woman doing my nails didn't say much, in fact she wasn't really even that friendly.  Next was the manicure. I got a full set. And she did an alright job. Somehow though, I do have bad luck with going to salons who like to nearly scrape my fingers off with the buffer. After I had put the first coat under the dryer, someone was coming to sit in the chair next to mine. I grabbed my purse to move it out of the chair and the woman doing my nails snapped "You're messing it up!" Woah there. No need for the 'tude. She could have nicely asked me to be careful rather than yelling at me.  One thing that probably gave my review an extra star was the margarita machine... She rushed through my pedicure. As soon as I sat down in the chair another customer walked up asking the tech how long she would be and she said 15-20 minutes. I figured someone else would come finish my pedicure and that surely it wouldn't only be 15 minutes! The massage was terrible. I was in the chair for a total of 20 minutes and she didn't even let me sit next to my mom while her pedicure finished. My moms pedi started before mine and finished after mine. Terrible job! This is the only nail salon I've been to that actually is 100% (from what the customer can see) sanitary. I got the least expensive pedicure and it got the job done as far as callus removal and a longer than normal massage. The technician was very attentive and careful. She took extra time around a wound I had on my toe to keep acetone out of it. There were quite a few extra staff available so I was taken care of immediately. The salon itself is beautiful also. I am only giving four stars because I wish they had more shellac colors to choose from. Read Less

Go here when they aren't slammed with customers. If you go to ANY business when they have more time to breathe, it'll be better. People, in general, are not very patient. When they have 15 people waiting for a pedicure, they have to go faster so people won't complain. Go when they have gotten past that post-work/dinner rush. This goes for any service place though, honestly. I'm from Michigan, and every time I get my nails done here I miss this place. I went on a calm Sunday evening after a miserable day of traveling, and I got the best pedicure I've ever gotten. It lasted over a MONTH without a single chip. I would put zero if I could. This place used to be really good but I ONLY went to a GUY all the women nail techs are feisty and are pretty much wanting to fight with you. They get pissed off bc you have to constantly tell them what not to do or how you want your nails but towards the end they are kissing your ass bc they want a tip... Well I like stiletto nails and I like them thin. But no so thin that everything I touch or grab makes them pop off!!!!!! And I always get shellac this lady "LYLA" did not know how to paint I have air bubbles all over my nails and the shellac is already coming off. Also the two ladies on each side of me we're getting into it with their nail tech and one nail tech yelled at the client! Like wtf. The FIRST DAY of having them on my thumb nail broke when o tried to get something out from under my other thumb nail! I mean come on! By the 3rd day 4 of the tips broke. I needed my nails done, it was Sunday and surprisingly Signature Nail was open. I was offered a drink, selected my dip powder color, and the nail tech started working with no wait. Everything seemed fine, the color looked good, I paid my $45 and went on my way. Taking a closer look on my way home I noticed that all my nails were different lengths and were really ragged, rough, and uneven on the ends...no biggie, I can file them when I get home. I get home, fold laundry and feel a snag on my nail, look down and my middle finger nail is chipped, which should NOT happen with dip powder since it is a hard shell and not a polish, especially a mere 30 minutes after getting them done. Again, I extend grace and decide I'll come back Monday afternoon if it bothers me. Monday morning, 9:30am...my index finger is chipped and cracked. My $45 dip powder manicure that should last 3 weeks hasn't made it 24 hours?!? I work in an office, there should be no reason for my nails to crack and chip. Now that I think about it, I don't think they were done correctly. My last dip manicure at a different salon used at least 4 different polishes and a special top coat. She only used 2 types polish and used a regular clear topcoat. I am going back today to see if they will fix these 2 nails for free because I am certainly not paying anything more for an already overpriced, shoddy manicure. Read Less

I like this place because they have so many people available for a variety of services. They are on the pricier end but you are paying for the extra cleanliness here. Disposable bags is standard for every pedicure. I leave with my nails feet and hands looking clean and it last for days. My gel manicure lasted waay past two weeks and my cuticles didn't start to dry fast like I have had at other places. They take time to massage the hands and feet. Went here 4weeks ago for pedi.  Was shocked to see the girl use a drill on my toes. When l told her not to because it hurt , she  continued and said  she would be careful. Well, 2 weeks later....toe nail on big toe split up and down. I lost half my nail!  Dont go!! I wish someone had posted something about drills on toes...l wouldnt have gone there.The other thing and of course , this is pretty typical of Asian pedicurists .........why do they speak in their language and laugh the whole time they do your nails?  You just know they are talking about you.....am I the only one that's noticed this ? Horrible experience! I have very thin nails, hence the need for nails. I had them done in Webster 2 1/2 weeks before walking into Signature Nails. I was seated and a very young man came over and insisted I had to remove the previous set, although everyone else just clips back the bottom edge and the tips. While ripping them off he hurt me several times. Seems he was taking off the already thin bed of my nail! I get the french tip. I did not need to have this done, but that's how they jack up the price on you. Anyway, barely 2 weeks into this nail, I stubbed my long finger on the dryer door and it snapped up from the nail bed. I have never had this happen with a quality nail. Further, the nail looked dead under their product. it has large white patches. I asked specifically if they used a pink gel powder and they say they did. Well it was only sort of pink. When I complained to the young man, who was very abrupt and rude, he said it would be pink the second time I had it filled. Not likely! I have an excellent person who does my nails in Webster and she uses the same product each time. It is a lively pink base, not this dead mackeral color they used. I need to have them refilled now, but I sure will not be going back to those folks! $45.00 for this agony, plus the tip! And the fingertips are still tender from where he ripped off my natural nails to shake me down with this stuff. Read Less

I go in for an occasional pedi or eye brow wax. That is it. I believe you get what you pay for in price and that is the case here. The more expensive the pedi the more quality you get. They workers are mostly Vietnamese and talk to each other during your services. I know this is a big turn off for many. However, if you talk to them, they will talk to you. If you say nothing, they will talk to their neighbor. The staff is generally nice. They are busy on the weekends! They offer free beverages too. Place is generally clean. Nothing over the top but it also doesn't suck either. Read Less

I went here last Saturday needing to get a shellac color change for a wedding I was attending later that day. Unfortunately I left wishing I would have left the original chipped paint I had on. I had been here before and though that they had not done a good job, but everybody has a bad day here and there so I was willing to try them again. The gentleman working on my nails was very friendly, but that's about all I can say. First, they used the acetone to take my original color off - very standard. After that was done I literally watched him pour the dirty acetone he had just had my hands soaking in back into the large community bottle...it took all I had not to call a manager over at that point. Funny because I looked at their business cards and their motto is 100% sanitary. Moving on to painting the nails, my color came out clumpy in some areas and then almost transparent in others. When I asked him to fix it on one hand he only did two coats and on the other he did three - oh that's okay, the color on my hands don't need to match...I just had to laugh at the time so I wouldn't get upset. At the end I looked at my nails as the color was not only on the nail but all over my fingers surrounding it - looked like I had splattered paint around my nails. Despite my better judgement, I paid and just left. I will have to go to a real professional nail salon that is actually sanitary this week to get my nails fixed from the job they did. I went to this nail shop to get fills on my white tip nails. I have had my nails done for years and went here only because my normal nail person was gone. Horrible nails I had to argue with the guy to get what I wanted my nails to look like and then he still didn't do it and within an hour of leaving I already had a broken nail because he did such a poor job. He was very rude and let me know he didn't like me telling him what I the customer wanted for my nails to look like. I called them the Monday after I had been there on a Saturday and was told if I would come back that same day they would fix it for free otherwise I would have to pay again which for fills and pedi I paid 79.00. very poor customer service. herded in and out like cattle. tony w feauhawk never spoke except to as what color. pedicure and manicure together were 30 minutes...hand masage was no kidding 10 seconds for both. although there were left over drinks all over the salon which were not cleaned up and a selection of wine when you walk in, i was not offered anything to drink....its a 110 today water would have been nice. people spend money for manipedis to feel pampered...not like an inconvenience...omg he took his phone out of his pocket 3 times to check it while i was sitting there. This is a salon on my ""bad list"" for sure. When I went there with a friend, she wanted a pedicure and I just wanted a quick fingernail paint. They took her first but she sat in the pedicure chair for more than 10 minutes, even telling someone she was still waiting before being helped. I waited a full 30 minutes until we relized THEY FORGOT ME. We told them and they said in a minute. I looked on the list and they had already crossed me out! I finally go ""Forget this"" and as Im leaving they say ""Dont you want your nail done?"" and I was so fed up and tired I said no and left. The worst part? THE PLACE WAS CLOSE TO EMPTY!
