This place is hit or miss. The last time I went on a Sunday I got a girl name Tiana. It was a great pedicure and she did a wonderful job. I always get a basic pedicure because I don’t like the smell of all the extra things they put on you. It’s not that I’m being cheap I just don’t like all the extra lotions and socks etc. but sometimes I think they take it as you won’t tip good and so they don’t do a good job . I went in today and had one of the worst pedicures ever. There was nothing done as far as exfoliating and she left the hotels on for five minutes and disappeared. The polish on the big toe at the end had a mark but because I cannot see that well I couldn’t tell. I just wish nowadays with all the nail spas they will go back to one price for a good pedicure. I don’t know why they have gone to all the menus with so many options except a good pedicure without all the extra add-ons!

There are no such people that have worked there in over a year at least. Some reviews are associated with previous owner Tina. Helen is sweet and tries to make sure you are happy with the service you received! I can't say enough about her. I found my forever home with nails.

My first time and Mimi gave me the exact full set of white tip acrylic nails that I requested. Mimi was thorough, quick and very attentive to my request that I did not want thick, fat frito corn chip looking nails, but that I desired my nails to look long,sleek and elegant. Mimi went above and beyond giving me one of the prettiest set of white tip acrylic nails I have ever had and at a bargain of a price.She was easy to talk to and really listened to me I will be sure to return to Mimi for a refill.

I Dont want to HAVE to do my own nails anymore. After my last visit to Pro Nails and Having Helen put a set of White tips on me..I am going to HAVE to start again. She glued the white nail tip half way between the quick of my finger and the Cuticle.! YEAH.. Pretty Sure I won't be Going back even for my free Pedi I earned. I Have to soak these off, and redo. They look like I have no unsolved. Becky is a sweetheart, but Dont let Helen touch You! The only good part was when I filed the sides so they weren't fat! Horrible Job!

Nope - never again. I called here and 2 other salons, inquiring what the cost would be to remove gel nail polish from my real nails. All 3 places told me $5, w/no mention that I'd have to get a manicure to get that price. I went here b/c its closest to my house. I told them I'd called & was told $5. The girl was halfway thru taking it off and another employee came over and said it would be $10 unless I got a manicure. That's just wrong not to honor what was quoted. No wonder there was no other customers in the place. Now I have to go fix my nails b/c they were left all jagged.

The nails are glued to my fingers. Just seemed to rush through all of it but of course charged us like crazy. Paid over $150 for me to be embarrassed to show anyone my nails. Very disappointed. :(

I went to pronail about two weeks ago with my best friend. I was getting her nails done for her boyfriend to propose to her that night (which she didn't know of course) Becky was our nail tech and she did amazing she was so friendly and told me so many tips to try and stop bitting my nails which are basically non existent. I had to go back today because Becky had enfused the dip powder with calcium to make my nails grow and now they are longer then they have ever gotten. I am super happy with my experience here and I for sure will return very regularly

I always have the hardest time finding a good nail shop however I went in the other day and was taken back right away to start my pedicure as they were not busy. He really took his time and did a great job. I also had a fill done as well as my eyebrows waxed and the girl who did both did an excellent job on my nails and brows. Overall I had a great experience with this nail shop, my only complaint would be the price. Normally I pay $60 for a basic pedicure and fill with gel polish at the place I go to in north Austin and here they ended up charging me $95 for everything which was a little more than I care to spend.

I must have had a fresh out of school technician. I requested the dip polish, when given the color options I felt like I was being rushed by the technician only for her to take over 2 hrs to do my nails. The dip polish was way too thick and she cut my cuticles with the drill on 6 of my fingers and then had the nerve to tell me that I was "sensitive". Who wouldn't be sensitive if the technician keeps hitting your finger with the drill and cutting your cuticles. I used to recommend this place, but after today's experience I say go elsewhere. I wasted $45 on crappy nails that look like someone who is barely learning how to do nails. If you value your money and want nice nails try somewhere else!

They were gracious to remove my moms long overdue gel polish without a full mani and tamed mine and my sisters eyebrows... hooray! Great place, highly recommend.

Not to happy with pro nails. The place is clean but their prices are ridiculous. The last two times I went I got guys who just didn't do as good of a job. I didnt get what I paid for and when you're paying $50 for a pedicure you expect it done correctly with no missing steps and a massage. Paid $35 for a manicure and no hand massage. Didn't understand what I wanted so did whatever he wanted instead and charged me $5 more for sparkle polish. Total rip off. They also have a high turnover in staff. It's very hot in there as well.

The first time I went here service was great! Got a shellac manicure that lasted and I was thrilled. I went back again for a manicure and pedicure and treated my mom to one. I made appointments and about half-way through, several people walked in. They rushed to finish up our pedicures and rushed through, I mean RUSHED our manicures. It was not the best service and we both left disappointed. It appeared that they were short staff, but I made appointments for a reason. I most likely will not be returning.

The polish was very sloppy, and you could see the different coats as she tried to fix them. All in all it turned out okay after asking her, however I don't think I will return.

I requested the dip polish, when given the color options I felt like I was being rushed by the technician only for her to take over 2 hrs to do my nails. Not to happy with pro nails. The place is clean but their prices are ridiculous. The last two times I went I got guys who just didn't do as good of a job. I didnt get what I paid for and when you're paying $50 for a pedicure you expect it done correctly with no missing steps and a massage. Paid $35 for a manicure and no hand massage. Didn't understand what I wanted so did whatever he wanted instead and charged me $5 more for sparkle polish. Total rip off. They also have a high turnover in staff. It's very hot in there as well.

The best nail experts anywhere! My wife and my mom come here regularly. Love the girls who work here.

Not a fan, my nails are rushed and he cut my skin multiple times. The place it self is quiet and smells off. They also don't seem to sanitize everything properly

The first time I went here service was great! Got a shellac manicure that lasted and I was thrilled. I went back again for a manicure and pedicure and treated my mom to one. I made appointments and about half-way through, several people walked in. They rushed to finish up our pedicures and rushed through, I mean RUSHED our manicures. It was not the best service and we both left disappointed. It appeared that they were short staff, but I made appointments for a reason. I most likely will not be returning.

Not the worst of places but I have definitely experienced better. They were not busy at all but the lady who was doing my nails seemed to be in a rush. The polish was very sloppy, and you could see the different coats as she tried to fix them. All in all it turned out okay after asking her, however I don't think I will return.

I love this place! Pedicures and every service are great. My nails can go on for weeks, doesn't lift. They do great brows. Great massages and they don't rush! They take their time. They do good work. ...
I love this place! Pedicures and every service are great. My nails can go on for weeks, doesn't lift. They do great brows. Great massages and they don't rush! They take their time. They do good work. Been coming here for 4 years! On busy days might be a little wait but it's worth it!
