Absolutely horrible. Tried to tell me nail polish of choice not included. Never got the 10 minute massage with the pedicure. Charged 93 for toes, they broke in two days. Had to go back. They said everyone charges these prices. Uhh, no. They do not. I will never go back! Read Less

I tried this place for the good reviews . I called and asked for a person mentioned in the reviews as being excellent . The person who answered the phone told me she was available . I told him it would take at least half an hour to get there because of the distance and he said no problem .when I got there the person I asked took someone else right in front of me and said there was a mistake. I was offered someone else and for not wasting my trip and time I accepted. The technitian who worked in my nails was very rude and cold . One lady finished her manicure and left and the man that did her nail started talking about her and laugh . Then they all switched for Vietnamese to continue the comments and the good time. I can't imagine complaints about this place. Sitting here now getting pedis and manis with my mom and daughter and everyone is very happy. They are taking their time on massaging and there is no paint on our skin like other places. The place is clean and nicely decorated. They also have kid pedicure seats. They soak your whole finger tip in acetone. The only way I have gel nail removed is to scratch the top layer of gel, top with acetone soaked cotton, and wrap in foil. Lindsey thinks this is the wrong way but, it's the best way! I was charged 80 for simple pedi, limp foot massage, and powder dipped mani. Lindsey does file nails very good. Picasa is my go to nail salon.  It is always clean and the staff is super friendly.  Lindsey is an amazing nail tech.  If you want to see her, you'd better make an appointment because she books up super quick!!  They have free drinks (wine, margaritas, water, soda, etc), so you can prepare to really come to relax and unwind.  Lots of chairs and space, so perfect for a girls day!  They also do lashes, eyebrows, and more!  Love Picasa!  You should definitely check them out. Great place for gels and pedis!!!!I got my gel nails done here twice now, tomorrow will be the third time. I go to a young lady, I can't remember her name, but will edit when I get reminded this weekend. Also have had great basic pedicure and she was very respectable to my tough calluses from running. They have drinky drinks too, which I love to unwind...umm hmmm!!!P.S. Two weeks of gel on and I really don't need to get it taken off except my nails grew a lot this past two weeks...could wait a whole nother week if I couldn't get up there. Read Less

I've had Amy do my nails before and I absolutely loved them! But the last time I came in a guy did them and I wasn't impressed with them and I felt for the fill I got done to cost me $50 was not okay.. when Amy did my new set it was only $45 so how could my fill be more than a NEW full set? I give Amy 5 stars! But my last experience I was happy with him. And I should've said something. But I'm not the best at that. I don't want to seem rude. Stay away. Worst nail salon ever. Nails pop off and they have no customer service. They don't care about the customer. They only care about getting paid and getting a tip. OMG just left Amy's nails! Really when I say that my eyebrows are fuck up they are skinny short thin one up one down!Face is broke out with bumps n hives! N the mess up part Amy looks at what her employer just did n still question me I swear the person that I am I didn't feel like going back n forth with words so I just paid the $25 n left Guess I will go back to threading! Very disappointed after receiving a recommendation.  Nail tech rushed through my pedicure even though I asked and paid for the callus remover. Barely completed that service. Spiders on the nail drying center and the tech could not get the dryer light to turn on so I had to sit for a longer period of time at the spider infected dryer station. Read Less

Been going to Amy's Nails for about 7 months now. Keli does a fantastic job with my gel shellac nails, and is exceptional with different nail art designs. Had a full set of nails and pedicure to match before our beach vacation. Have been in the ocean salt water and sand for 2 weeks; other than growing out, fingers and toes still look amazing! Went in for a mani and a pedi. Started off with some guy that had started with my feet then left me immediately for another customer that walked in the door. Like he LEFT ME and yelled at someone in the back to take over my pedi. This lady came out and did my pedi. Absolute crap. OMG seriously, this lady just keep looking around the room like maybe hearing something?? When it was time to file my nails she barely passed the file over the ends and left dead skin hanging on my foot!! Super half-assed. I could not get out of here fast enough. Ended up with just the pedi & cancelled the mani. Never offered me water, nothing. Didn't even offer to start my chair massage thing. Never coming back. Read Less

Hands down, Best Nail Salon!! I've been going here since 2013 and even referred my mom who's also been going here after terrible mall experience. I even moved to Denver and I commute every 3-4 weeks for my shellac manicure & pedicure. Yes, that's right... My shellac lasts 3-4 weeks without chips, cracks or broken nails! I'm pretty rough & always in water or washing my hands at work, and this is the only place that my nails last more then 10-12 days before needing redone. Amy & Kelly are the best if u want a great manicure or nail design. And for my pedicures, Michael gives the best pedicures! I never have to upgrade to a Deluxe Pedicure with Michael. He really gets the rough dry calluses off my heels, and I'm left with baby soft feet & not to mention his foot & calf massage is Amazing! Read Less

Been here for an hour, was told it would only be 15 minutes. They put us in water after 30 minutes but left us here for another 30 minutes and counting. Got  a Deluxe pedicure ($33.00) here two days ago.  The lady used a cheese grader on my foot and shredded the flesh off my left heel in three places.  I am reminded of her with every step I take. I enjoyed my complimentary Margarita but I will NOT be back. Read Less

My sister in law and I needed to get our nails done while out here visiting family and she mentioned this salon she had gone to once before on an earlier trip. The experience was great over all! Complimentary adult drinks, as well as kid friendly drinks, while the experienced staff did a great job with our mani/pedis.
