Completely rude ‘’manager’ if you even call him that, sat in the front on his phone the entire time. I brought my sister in to get her nails done after reading on the webiste they have 20% off on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. I showed them the promotion before getting my nails done, and they told me they were not honoring that anymore. I said then it should not be on the website anymore. The manager popped off and was completely rude to me. I still sat down and got my nails done, by the owner. She was polite, but the other lady doing my sisters nails was very rude. I had an absolutely awful experience here! I've been in nursing school for over a year, so with graduation around the corner, wanted to treat myself to my first mani/pedi.... in over a year!!! First, there's nothing that sets this place apart from other nail spas, other than it is a little newer and super close to where I live.Secondly, they couldn't understand what I was telling them, and 3 different people had to translate. So we got off on a frustrating start to begin with. Third, I couldn't even enjoy my pedi because the girl doing my mani was all over me at the same time.Fourth, they cut into my cuticle and then just put nail polish over it.... ouch!!The REAL kicker, when waiting for my pedi to finish, the lady doing my mani started trimming her cuticles with the very same clipper she used on me!!!!! The worst pedicure that I have ever had. During my SPA Pedicure, the lady stabbed my toe and on my other big toe, she cut it which drew blood. The way she handled the cut was to put pressure on it then stick it back in the tub while pressure was applied. Then she did apply some betadine. You would think they would make up for the rest by doing a good massage but it was virtually nonexistent. The guy that did my wife pedi was substandard as well. Read Less

I'm here!!  It's probably my 15-20th+ time. Peter is so sweet and takes his time on his pedicures. Danny and Lisa are the best techs I've been to for dipping. It lasts and lasts until your nails have grown too much. You can make it 3 weeks without it looking odd because Danny and Lisa make sure it looks natural. This place is great! I decided to check it out since it is newer. I sat in the pedicure chair and was handed a menu. Took my breath away since the cheapest pedi I saw was $55! Yowza! My feet were already soaking so I didn't want to be rude and decline. I went with the milk and honey pedicure. It smelled wonderful and somehow removed the yellow tinge on my toenails (from always wearing polish).I have never had someone pay so much attention to my feet- so much nasty dead skin (could also attribute to the new and sharp tools and the fact that I've desperately needed a pedi). The massage alone was about 20mins- excellent! The ladies were friendly and easy to chat with and understand. It actually got quite crowded while I was there. No one waited a minute!The outcome was definitely worth all the money (although still a lot for a pedicure). I overheard one of the nail techs telling a customer that a regular manicure is $16, so I assume there is a regular pedicure, too that just wasn't listed on the menu (smart tactic). Poor job by the technicians. Seems like no one at the salon knows how to properly trim & file nails, and treat cuticles. The polish work was crappy too. These people do the work for quantity not quality. I went there twice (thought I'd give them a second chance) and both times bad experience. I'd rather pay more but leave satisfied and happy than pay less and have to redo the pedi/mani myself. Never going there again and would discourage others. Read Less

I received a spa pedicure with sea salt today. My technician was Linda. She did a nice job of the massage with lotion, sea salt, and mud like mask on legs. The paint job was alittle lacking on the sides of the nails. I noticed the men workers watching her so I wasn't sure if she was new or not. I showed one of the men and they pointed it out to her so she could fix it. I also had a bubble that had to repainted. It was a busy place but they had enough workers. The 20% off banner was also nice. They offer drinks with all services. The menu lists soda drinks, beer, wine and water. I only saw water in the refrigerator. When I asked what brand of beer they had, they said they ran out. They have a margarita looking machine in the back but didn't see anyone drinking those. The workers seemed to care and wanted to make me happy with paint job. I'd go back but to a different technician. Read Less

Nancy was awesome!  Been to several different nail salons in NB and so far Mystique has been my favorite.  Actually served white wine in a chilled wine glass with a gold rim not a plastic cup.  Nancy took her time and I never felt rushed even though it was getting crowded.  I will definitely go back! Stopped in for a pedicure, ended up getting the deluxe and it was amazing. My mom and 2 year old went for pedicures also. The lady was so sweet and patient with my daughter and the owner was very friendly. They were super nice and they started right away and we didn't have to wait at all. We will definitely be back. The receptionist couldn't understand me when all I asked was how long the wait was. The nail technician spoke maybe 5 words to me and didn't seem very friendly. It didn't look like any of the other technicians were speaking to their clients either. The place is brand new and does have really nice chairs and equipment. The manager was very nice and helpful though. Just think he needs to teach his co-workers some of this! Read Less
