I absolutely enjoy Indulge. I come every 2 weeks, and I am generally pleased with their service. Love that there's no TV in the area; good time to shut off the outside noise. And I dont know any other place that has 10+ technicians working nonstop. Most of the technicians do an excellent job; I've only had one incident when my gel polish cracked. I'd tell you my favorite tech but then he/she might not have time for me!NOTE: They are popular and generally super busy on weekends, and they wont tell you a wait time. So be honest with yourself; if you come in on a Saturday, and you see several unattended customers waiting in the pedicure spas, it's likely you'll wait 15+ minutes. Today was the first time I visited this nail spa... best experience I've had in a while! I received the Green Tea pedicure with gel polish. I also received a gel manicure on almond shaped nails, by a great technician named Andy! He fixed my acrylics that I had previously gotten done at another nail salon, and because he did such a good job... I came in today with my sister at 6 20, and it took about five minutes for them to call her name. I waited for them to call mine but they never did. Around 7 30, when they close they all finished up the people they were working on and some even finished early. However no one ever called me to work on me. They all just started getting ready to leave. I am very disappointed and won’t be coming here again. Read Less

SO disappointing! I have been going to Indulge for awhile now, and this past Sunday I went for a French pedi gel set. I sat there for AN HOUR AND A HALF and the only thing that was done in that time was the polish...and then another person had to step in to fix the mess the (very sweet) young lady made of my toes. I had to leave after 1.5 hours - no massage, no lotion, no hot towels...and they charged me $47.00! I don't mind paying for a good pedi and do so every month...talked with the manager and he refused to listen to the story of what transpired here...seriously? Terrible service. No desire to save a loyal customer. Shame on you Indulge Nail Spa. Wasted afternoon and lost time with visiting family. Ugh! Read Less

I love this nail spa! I come here every other week for a shellac polish change and pedicure and it's absolutely wonderful. I have been coming to this salon for 3 years, and I'll never go somewhere else. The staff is friendly, and they offer a wide variety of pedicures and manicures. There's definitely something for everyone. The job that is done is high quality, and I never wonder if their supplies are clean. They use plastic bags in their pedicure machines to assure cleanness and change it out after every pedicure. They open the bag of tools in front of you. I absolutely love this nail spa!! Read Less

Although I'm pleased with the result which is well done, my pedicure was painful! I was cut, and actually bled, twice. The filing and brushing and scrubbing was rough and hurt. Not impressed at all!!! Don't know what all the hype is about with this place. I treated my daughter and myself to pedi's and decided to come here after all the good reviews I read on FB, big mistake! I sat in the pedi chair with Luke warm water for about 20 min before someone came to start my pedi then the gentleman finished filling the tub with warm water and began to do his job. The man rushed through the scrubbing of my feet and didn't even work on some of my callouses and don't even get me started with the scrub and massage. I personally love Indulge Nail Salon and have been going to this Salon exclusively for the past 3 years. I went in today and decided to try a new pedicure they had, it advertised a 10 min scrub massage, and 10 min lotion massage. This was exactly what I had needed, due to my extremely stressed out body and very tense feet from wedding planning. I had to go with someone different, as my usual nail technician was busy. He was very kind, and did an amazing job on shaping my nails and painting them too. However, I was very disappointed with the massages. The scrub massage only lasted 2 minutes, and the lotion massage only lasted 4 minutes. My feet were not relaxed and were still very tense, my fiancé actually had to massage my feet when I got home to help relive some tension. The pedicure cost $57, which is a lot for a full time college student who is getting married soon, and I wish I would have gotten what I paid for. Also, the pedicure comes with a mud mask that the new nail tech didn't apply correctly and was very watery. I know the pedicure and nail tech were new, but I am disappointed in the quality of the pedicure I paid for. The nail tech messed up the polish on my pinky toe as he was putting my sandal on, and did not fix it. I also got a shellac polish change, and the nail tech did a wonderful job on that. The technician was very kind and respectful, and he did an amazing job on my cuticles, nail shaping,  and polish. I just wish the quality of massage would have been better, and my pinky toe would have been fixed. Indulge nail salon is an amazing place, and I have enjoyed going every other week during the spring and summer months for the past three years, and have rarely had a negative experience there. I just moved to New Braunfels and decided for the first time in 2 years I wanted to splurge and get my nails done. I chose Indulge because it is right down the road from my home. I consulted YeLP after I made my appointment and saw that it only had 3 stars but I decided to try it anyways.  I was greeted and helped promptly and kindly which is always a plus. However, that is where the positivity stopped. I showed the tech a picture of the design I wanted and he just said "no". I thought maybe they didn't have the polish to do it so I found another picture and asked if he could do that. I don't think he spoke any english so communication was impossible. Another woman came over and helped pick out colors for the second design I had chosen she talked down to the man who was going to Do my nails and made it seem like he wasn't very intelligent...even though it was clearly just a language barrier. Anyway a few minutes into him working on my nails I could tell the colors she had picked out weren't going to look good together or like the picture I wanted at all so I asked him to paint a solid color with some glitter to make it simple. He did as I asked and my nails turned out very lumpy, and peeled off after only 1 week! I was terribly disappointed.  Not a professional atmosphere at all. No one even asked my name. Overall Indulge Nail Spa is one of the better nail salons in the New Braunfels area. I take my girlfriend here every time she needs/wants a pedicure. In the past two months I've gotten 4 pedicures, 2 regular polish manicures and a shellac manicure. In August, I got a full set for a wedding I was in. All the work was great. I usually go on Fridays between 12 and 2. There's always someone available. Each technician has their own strengths and weaknesses. Some don't do a massage as well as the others, but it isn't anything to fret about in my opinion. Everyone I've had has done a fine job. I'll be going again tomorrow to get a new shellac color on my nails. :) Read Less

I was on the other side of town and decided to try a new place for a pedicure. Indulge Nails is in the same lot as HEB off Hwy 46. I went at about 4pm on a Saturday. At that time  I was the only customer ...3 employees were sitting in pedicure chairs... I'm ok with that since there wasn't any business. No one bothered to get up from their chair, one woman yelled for me to pick out my color, so when I looked around for the polishes she yells "behind you". Hmmm.The lady who did my nails Ling ( not sure if I'm spelling it right) was very  sweet and came up to me to suggest a color. At the start of the pedicure she let me know if I needed anything to just tell her " let me know your demands so I can fill them", sometimes a hard time understanding her but she was nonetheless polite, bubbly, and talked if I wanted to( important trait for a hair & nail person... Talk only if your customer wants to. 4 other customers came in within 10 minutes of my arrival during my pedicure, and they were offered a glass of wine ( they were on the other side ).  I came in  with a huge Sonic Route 44 drink ,I figured I really didn't need a glass of wine,but If I wanted one  I'm sure she would have given me a glass.. Maybe next time. What I liked about this place that I have not seen at other nail places, is that she opened the package of sterilized nail cutters , scissors, etc in front of me. I have gone to several places where they just pull out nail implements and you wonder if they are clean. So I really appreciated this. The business looks clean and pedicure chairs look new. I have gone to Indulge Nails for over a year and a half. Ben always did my nails and he was amazing. Last week I went in and was told he moved to Gonzalez. A man named Hung did my nails. I always get the solar nails with pink powder on the tips. They looked very poor but I'm usually not one to complain. Problem is they started falling off. First one on day two and second one on day five. I pay entirely too much for this not to mention I tip extremely well. I went back in today and nicely explained the situation. Hung was very rude and short with me during the process. I was going to pay to have them all redone due to the quality. You can see the pictures for yourself. After being treated rudely by him, I decided to just get the two fixed. The two he "repaired" are not the same length as the others and they look even worse. He got up and left me before I was done with the gel. Then he charged me $10. Horrible experience and he should not be working with the public. I told him when I left that he was horrible at doing nails but his attitude was even worse. I am a store manager myself and would want to know that someone like this is representing your business. HORRIBLE- came in here with my boyfriend and his mother, they are white, I am not.  All 3 of us sat down to get a pedicure.  The lone white girl working there Kelly sat down to do my pedicure and an Asian man sat down to do my boyfriend's mother's pedicure. As soon as Kelly sat down to do my pedicure the Asian man told her to do my boyfriend's pedicure and I was left waiting another 10 minutes. The Asian man who finally came to do my pedicure then proceeded to do a horrendous job. They are suppose to wrap the towels around your legs, but all he did was wipe my legs down with the warm towel and half-assed everything else.  Last time I checked  my money was the same as white people's,  but obviously Indulge thinks white people have better money. I consistently go for mani/pedis and have never experienced inferior service.  The personnel are VERY courteous.  Every aspect of my pamper time is exceptional! Pros:  I think the quality is actually very good.  Cons:  I usually go when they open at 9:30 on Saturday and there are usually several clients waiting and the employees are always late.  They saunter in 5, 10, 15 minutes late.  It happens every time which is just bad business in my book. I have gone to this salon a few times, but I'm sorry to say I will not be going there any longer. I got a simple manicure, and was extremely disappointed by the quality.But that wasn't what made me so upset. A woman was picking out her nail polish when she accidentally dropped a bottle and it shattered on the floor. Instead of immediately going over to clean up the mess, none of the workers did anything. The woman kept trying to catch someone's attention without any luck. Finally, after about 10 minutes, a little girl came out with a bottle of polish remover and a rag and made the woman clean it up herself! She was on the floor, in a business suit, cleaning up this giant mess.HORRIBLE service. Read Less

Brought my girlfriend here and had a great experience. We did the basic pedicure (yes, I got one too) and then she also got the basic manicure. The staff was nice a did a good job. Do not let the nice atmosphere of this place fool you. The service was rushed even though they were not busy. Only a few days after getting a fill and pedicure my polish and fake nails were chipping off. I have never had that happen. If you are looking for a good experience and long Lasting polish this is not the place for you. Read Less

Consistently crappy service- yes I know.. shame on me for going back after I was dissatisfied, twice.ALWAYS understaffed- not once has this place been clean and tidy... towels and random nail polishes line the pass-through separating the pedicure chairs from the manicure tables.By the time a nail tech gets to you the water is freezing and you can't find anyone in  to do anything about it.There are usually one or two young men who.. I think.. are suppose to be helping keep the place clean, coordinate the clients, and assist their fellow coworkers... instead they are on their cell phones, lounging around proving to be worthless. When I was finally able to speak to a manager I was given a 1/2 off my next pedicure.. yea, like I'm going to come back for crap service.Three words: Lack Of Management. Read Less
