VERY rude. My nail tech was named Kim, I believe. I paid $26 for her to remove my polish, do a quick cuticle fix with a 5 second massage. My niece was given a cotton ball to remove her own nail polish. And her nail tech was pausing every few minutes to watch her TV show on her tablet. The place was pretty dirty as well. I normally use a different nail place, religiously I might add, but decided to try here since it was closer to my home on 725. I walked in and the staff seemed friendly and the facility is very nice. The selection of color for Shellac was impressive. I picked out two colors I wanted. I showed the manicurist and she said which one. I pointed to both and she said no just one. I was confused, I explained I wanted both. She said ok then we moved on. She began to foil my nails then moved me over to the pedicure chair. I attempted to grab my thing trying to move and was having trouble with foul on my nails. No one offered to help, finally I was able to grab my things and drop them in the pedicure chair. My pedicure was short, maybe 5 minutes tops, and not satisfying at all. She painted my toes then messed them up trying to put my sandals back on which isn't a big deal since she repainted it. We returned to the manicure chair and she began my manicure. She did not do a good job at all on my cuticles. I pointed out several missed areas. when she began painting my nails I asked her if she got the second color I wanted. She said no you picked this one. I told her no I want both. She began talking to the other girls in their language and grabbed the other color. The colors were very prettying but the quality of paint was not. It was messy, very messy. The paint was bleeding in to my skin, she had a hard time painting my nails. I allowed her to finish because at this point I'm already disappointed. I paid and left. When I got home I noticed there was a clot of paint on thee toe she fixed. Paint on the corners of my toes where she didn't clean it up. The paint was chipping at the tips of my newly painted nails, not even an hour old. I was going to go back and have them fix it but I just don't have the time to go back and have them soak and repaint all my nails. I will not be returning. I've been here about 7x. Mostly satisfied. THIS time absolutely not. I wish I could post pictures oh how horrible my nails look. I posted pictures on the New Braunfels facebook page and everyone has told me they are so bad I need to go ask for them to be removed and start over. I had called for the manager but the lady said there wasn't one there. I asked if there would be one the next day and she wouldn't answer me instead asked what I needed. I said they look awful, she said go back to fix them and when I did she said 'oh you want square not round' wth??? it wasn't the shape - it was EVERYTHING!! looks like globs of paint and I cant even explain how awful they look!!! ridiculous! I have been a repeat client for over a year now. They do the best shellac manicures that typically last me 1-2 weeks, while most other places only last a few days due to the nature of my job. They redid a nail that chipped at no charge since it chipped before a week had gone by. Their pedicures and great too, they never hurt me like at other places.
