I have to say that this rating is not because of the hairstylist. Every time that I went to get my hair done, I was very pleased. Laurie was so accommodating and talented. My concern is the lack of communication. I tried on several occasions to schedule an appointment. Each time I left a message. No one ever returned my calls. On my last message I said " If I do not hear back, I guess you do not need my business." Sadly, I decided to go to another salon.

Nikko has done my hair for 4 years. I have people compliment my hair all the time. She has always done an excellent job with my cut and color. I highly recommend her!!!

My first cut and color since I came to NB from California. Went on the personal recommendation of a lady in our church. I was disappointed with the atmosphere and the cut and style.My stylist was nice, but I am not too keen on a stylist that doesn't really listen and is afraid to do what you acually asked for. A lot of money-- $135 with tip for a lot of disappointment. Going some where else in town for my hair... cuz I want to avoid "bad hair" days like today!
