When you have been going to a salon as long as I’ve been here you develop a certain level of trust that you are going to get what you pay for or expect. New girl last week...I was handed off to her while Ken gave her instructions on how to do nails. She completely skipped steps and Ken had to try and salvage the job and then ended up telling me to come back at my convenience so he could start over. My time is extremely precious to me right now as I have to map out minutes of every day. I returned today to have him redo them. Not only did they charge me, as they said they would not (because I paid for that shoddy job last week), but he knowingly overlooked this huge gap in my nail from the tip....which is a huge playground for fungus to grow. Went in an got a mani and pedi. Waited 30 minutes in the chair for someone. My toes looked fine but my nails are all cut uneven and I told her to fix it and she didn't understand. Also the paint on my fingernails is very choppy. I'm not impressed at all and I will not be back. Read Less

I use to love going to "my new place"..but, think I'll will start finding a new one... I don't know why I waste my money and yall supplies on higher prices packages when it's NOT worth it!!! I got the $45 dollar package I picked and I swear, I timed it....by the time the sugar scrub was put on both legs "massaged" it was less than ONE MINUTE .... What was the point.. I asked her, was that it? She said yes, the massage is last.. what was the two sec sugar scrub for?... Don't get me wrong, they are all SWEET, but the service for what you pay, not worth it!! I went in for a manicure and pedicure yesterday because I like trying different nail salons. I liked their prices for their different levels of pedicures. I was also able to get eyebrow waxing done. I really enjoyed the warm neck wrap with the massage chair. It was very relaxing. Everyone was friendly. The big flat screen tvs were a nice touch too. A friend and I went in bc she wanted to try this place ( I always go to Elite nail- and never have any issues). The place is very nice , very clean , the ladies that did our pedis were sweet and nice, but the over all experience was not a good one. I opted for the white shellac and it was ok, I wasn't very satisfied with the scrubbing procedure bc my feet usually are left feeling super silky, but not this time. My friend however choose an "Orange aura" shellac tone and it loo...ked orange and pretty on the sample pallets they let you choose from. Once it was on her toes though it was a straight up Barbie pink. She doesn't care for pink and it was not the color she was led to believe. The whole thing could've been resolved with a better attitude, but instead the lady in the front decided to be very rude about it. It's not like my friend wanted to be comped of the whole pedi, only the extra $15.00 she had to pay for the shellac color that clearly was not the color advertised. So if you're trying to get the aura orange bc you think it's an orange color, don't. It's pink. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't trust any of the colors except for white. I went in because they were the only salon open when I wanted a pedicure. I was blown away! I was offered a drink and they had different levels of pedicures. I had an amazing experience and I will tell whoever I can that this is the only place I will go to. I was also able to get facial waxing done and I will be back! Best service I've received out here in this area. The girl that did my nails was excellent. She seemed nervous but was very polite and took her time. Entire staff very friendly.
