I went yesterday for a pedicure and got the lavender pedi. Wasn't relaxing at all. I wasn't given the choice of mask or wax like it said on the description. Also the massage was nowhere near the 10 minutes it was supposed to be. I honestly feel like I wasted my $30!!!! Also a couple other customers had wine ... They didn't even wash the glasses with soap, just ran them under some water for a spilt second !! I definitely won't go back ! Read Less

I love Rose Nails and Spa.I went there with two other people, and we were in and out. There was no wait.The only problem we had was the girl doing my friend's nails was a bit rough and made two of her nails bleed.She also missed spots on painting them. Other than that it was fine. Read Less

My oldest daughter and I went here today for the first time on the suggestion of a friend. We both loved it. Very courteous and profressional staff. They offered us a drink when we were first seated, that was a first for me and I've been getting pedicures for years. They were very attentive the whole time. I don't suggest anyone to come here. Came for the first time today and as soon as they were done with my pedicure my right foot was in pain! When Ⓘ got home I found bruises on my foot. So I go back to show them so they can be aware of what happened and all I get is attitude by the manager and practically get called a lier. They weren't one bit concerned. So be aware if they do hurt you all they will tell you is that, that has never happened before. Clean and friendly and they always offer a free drink water/soda/wine. I've been here several times and they are pretty consistent on their service with pedicures. I also get eye brow wax from time to time and I have always been satisfied. Which says a lot because my skin is pretty sensitive but I've never had a problem breaking out after coming here. The Salon is clean and open with a well decorated area for the services rendered. The equipment is very nice and well maintained. The staff properly handles and processes the their instruments to assure client safety. The staff members are all so friendly and go the second mile to assure each client's experience is exceptional. Their techniques with sculptured product and gel is excellent. The product has adhered very well to my nails each time without lifting. The Salon offers : 1.
