I have beautiful powder dipped nails and pedicure from this spa. We had set an appointment and as soon as we walked we was escorted to the pedicure chairs. They have a menu to choose from of the many treatents they offer. So much to decide from. Drinks ate offered also. My nails were done while I was getting a pedicure. This is a win if you are in a hurry but not as relaxing. Honestly waited a few days to write a review to see how well my nails held up to my daily chores. They are still perfect and I get compliments on them. Staff was friendly even though there is a language barrier. The whole atmosphere is calm and everything is very clean. Fancy interior, well staffed, well ventilated, very comfy mani and pedi chairs, average prices. 3/4 times I've had tip and acrylic nails done here, I was very displeased (bulky, bumpy, wide/unnatural shape) and when politely ask to fix (thin down or narrow shape) they get an attitude and refuse to do the job or halfway pretend they're trying to fix it then walk away so I can't say anything else. Also, unless you want your natural nail drilled off to where you can feel the heat from the drill tool, sternly request they use another method for removing polish. I love the colors they offer for dip and regular polish-I'd go back here for that. They have "mood changing" colors available that are pretty cool! Read Less

This place is very new. My first visit here went well, the lady who did my nails was kind and did ok work. Nails were a bit wide but not too bad. My second visit was not good, the man who did my nails was sick and was blowing and picking his nose as I walked to the chair. I thought he'd wash his hands and instead he immediately went to work on my nails touching me with his germy fingers. He rushed through the work and only shrugged and pointed to let me know when he wanted me to move or whatever. Worse than the germs, he somehow glued the skin under my fingernail to the nail itself. So the next day up until now, 2 weeks later...my skin will tear and bleed as the nails grow. The employees were also talking bad about a new girl that was working there. Won't be going back ever again! Not recommended at all! Very rude! And the manager shouldn't ever grab someone's arm! I went in to get my nails and toes done. I am in a cast on my foot so I know I can't get it wet and I told them that. Took 25 minutes for someone to come over to me. Yanked my foot around (the casted foot) several times. When I complained about it as I was paying I told them it was rediculous for the lady to be that rude, yanking my foot around and getting the... bottom of my cast wet because she sprayed water on it. Paid $38 for one regular pedicure (for one leg), a fill on my 2 big toes and painted. When leaving the manager (I guess was the manager) came running out saying to come back in, and she would give me a refund. After hobbling back in because I was already getting into my vehicle, she talked to the lady who did my pedicure then grabbed my arm and started pulling me to the register saying "I give you $8 back"! I've been to her 5 times now and she's just as meticulous now as she was my first visit. She's fast, friendly and professional. Me and my sister came for mani/pedi's and had a great experience!! Personally, I had Annie for my pedicure and she was amazing!! Very sweet and sensitive to my needs. I had Long for my dipped nails. I am in love with how he did my nails but he wasn't as friendly. My sister had Amy and Karissa and she loved them as well. The environment was so cute and trendy! Ellite Nails is great if you get Annie. She is very sweet and personable. Always makes sure you like her work and takes pride in what she is doing. Been several other times and not all have been great of an experience. Some are very rude while others are somewhat nice but for the money you pay it should be way better and should treat the customers better. Received couple pedis that were very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. If you have a place this nice and charge these type prices it should be way more inviting and should be relaxing, it is considered a spa. I was looking for a new salon, went to a different one first - walked out they were so unfriendly. Upon walking in this place I was greeted at the door, it looked very nice and clean. After that it became kind of rocky. There is a language barrier, makes it difficult to communicate what you want. I had an issue I told the tech about up front, he did not take care of it and on top of that ran a nail tool through my toenail just above the cuticle. Then they seemed aggravated that I wanted it repaired. Had old fingernails soaked off and new set put on. They look ok, not great shape to them. My nails are so sore though, never had this feeling after getting them done (been getting nails for years). Don't think I will be back. Read Less

Although the person I set up my pedi and dip with, on the phone last week, screwed up my appt, Tina did a nice job on my pedi yesterday and today I went back for Annie (who I'd specifically asked for, but wasn't booked with) did an awesome job!! I went in today for pedicure and dip. Annie took wonderful care of me. I explained some challeges I had and she greeted me with a smile an extra care. She took the time to listen to me!! She was concerned for my comfort first & foremost!! And then making sure i was satisfied as a customer I did not feel anxious ~ she made me feel right at home.
