The service was good, however they charged me an extra $5 for gel polish removal on toes, Went to a salon 2 weeks ago and had same gel polish on hands , it was so quick and I wasnt charged extra, this time they charged and never told me. Also online it says acrylic fill $20 , well there was an extra charge extra $3 they used "special pink powder", when I asked why would they use that, the lady running the place said Im not sure they should usually tell you. I always check inline or ask to kmow what to expect and do notmin paying for services, but I really do not appreciate hidden charges and little extras added on. I will not be back. Read Less

This place never fails - make an appointment though...it's always hopping in there, and for good reason!!  Reasonable prices, friendly staff, complimentary beverages, and a soy wax candle leg/foot massage with hot stones...I won't go anywhere else!! Holly does the best Next-gen, and Kay, Tee, or Jennifer will give you a killer pedicure.  Go when you have time...they tend to go above and beyond here...you may have to sit through an extra-long massage!! The only reason I went here with my sister was my regular salon was closed after the holiday. I can tell you that I won't be going back. The woman who did my pedicure was great, until she did my waxing. I don't know what they used but the next day, I had all these bumps over my eyes and the woman who did my manicure was rude and rough. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!  The lady at the front is beyond ride and condescending.  They could care less about their customers.  They do not sanitize their tools.  I have had two staph infections which required visits to the the ER.  There are many other nail salons in Murphy who will treat you right, appreciate your business, and will not give you horrible infections. Very good service. Gel manicures last for over two weeks. They have also done my eyebrows very well, without any allergic reactions on my skin, and my skin is very sensitive. Pedicures are average. Keep in mind that this places is always packed, you will always need an appointment. Read Less

My self and my wife went to this location to get 2 pedicures. The staff was friendly, had a large selection of polishes. The store was very well kept and clean. There about 40 pedicure chairs, and all were occupied.We got the Murphy Massage and it was only $36 and included- nail trim, cuticle clean up, sugar scrub, 2 long massage session, steam wrap and hot stone session. The attention to detail on Calluses and shine on nails was awesome.The visit included free sodas, water, or white/red wine.The chairs were very comfortable and have several Massage options on them. So disappointed. I have come here for years and recently have been receiving sub par service. In the last 5 days 5 of my Nexgen nails have fallen off clean. Monday I got 3 replaced (the three that fell off). Since then 2 more have fallen off and one is about to. It's nuts, I was petting my dog not even doing extraneous work and it just fell off, didn't hurt or leave damage telling me it was put on poorly (usually if I peeled them off myself my nail was in poor shape and it was really tough to do). This 45$ manicure has left me questioning ever coming back. You don't get what you pay for. Read Less

I've been patronizing Azura for five years and was recently very disappointed when I discovered that they nickel-and-dime over services that have previously been included. I suggest that you pay attention to your check because it's been a few times they charged me incorrectly. The icing on the cake was when I took it to management and she was not honest. This is a great place. I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else. The service is great and your nails last. My pedicure will last 3 weeks or more with regular Polish. My nails will last a solid two weeks to. They get busy sometimes but that's like a Friday after work. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Read Less

I stopped here to purchase a gift card for my wife. The place had good Yelp reviews so I gave it a shot. I stood at the front counter waiting to be assisted for a while. There were employees passing by but no one seemed particularly in a hurry to help me. A  lady, who I can only presume was the manager by the way she was barking orders at other employees, finally came up and rudely asked what I needed. As I explained that I needed to purchase a gift card the phone rang and she picked it up. Mid sentence she picked up the phone and I had to stand there waiting again. I finally gave up and left. By far the busiest salon in town. Try to always RSVP. It seems like no matter who I get, I always get a good experience. It's a full service nail salon so there's lots of pampering to be had.Weekends are crazy here so I try to avoid that time. Love the drinks that's always offered and the  vibe here. It's clean, and smells nice, (that's a big deal for me... Strong fumes give me a headache!)The girls are really nice, too. The first time I went here, the service was great and my pedicure lasted nearly four weeks. We were offered water (I typically take my two daughters with me), which we accepted. However, after my last two visits, I won't be going back. Both times, my pedicures barely lasted two weeks before they started chipping. And, I upgraded and got the paraffin wax treatment. The first time it happened, I thought it was just bad polish or a fluke.  Or, I just had a bad nail tech. Sometimes these places can be hit or miss if you don't get the right person. But, my last visit was awful. The woman doing my nails literally said to me: "Long time since you got pedicure."How rude! I resisted the urge to cuss her out and leave. "Um, no - actually. It's been three weeks, and you all did my last one." She was also clearly talking about me, or my feet, with the woman next to her (who was doing one of my daughter's nails). When she was done, my polish had a rippling, uneven effect. I could have done a better job myself. The service was also mediocre. We weren't offered water during this visit, and the techs we had weren't friendly at all. You would have thought they were doing us a favor. Do they not realize there are hundreds of other nail spas we can go to instead? We won't be going back. Too bad for them. We live a few miles away and could have been regulars spending $120 plus at each visit. Also, note: if you try to get a pedicure at 5:15 p.m. on a Sunday, they will motion to the five people waiting and the people currently getting pedicures and tell you: "We're too busy! This isn't my normal nail place, but I went here bc I recently moved and had a recommendation for Azura. I got a nexgen manicure and an upgraded pedi. i also asked for them to trim my cuticles. Honestly, the service was good. I have no complaints about that. Also, the salon was clean. My complaints are for: I was charged for a cuticle trim , which I feel like that shouldn't be an up charge if your already purchasing an expensive manicure. I also got tips on a couple of my nails, but they were no longer than a few millimeters long. I was charged for them as well. -I know this isn't out of the ordinary, but for one-she talked me into getting them, (I didn't want them initially) and they were so short, I felt like she could give me a price break on either the cuticle trim or the tips. My nails and toes looked great after my service, but they did not last. My toe nail polish began to chip after a week.2 of my nexgen nails popped off after a week as well. I get nexgen frequently and this is the first time they haven't lasted. Usually I can keep them on for over 2 weeks. I won't go back. :( Read Less

I am not one to ever leave bad reviews. Typically, if I do not like a place, I would just not come back. What I experienced here was unacceptable. People always wonder whether the ladies at nail salons are talking about you behind your back. The ladies here did that to me. I am Vietnamese and I understood everything they always talked about but I never told them I knew Vietnamese. I went here really often. I would always get a pedicure and a gel manicure. One day, I decided I just wanted to give my nails a break. I came in to have my gel removed and requested just a clear coat after. The lady who was doing my nails was kind but it was the lady next to her that quickly answered after hearing my request, "She has no money." I was furious. I stood up in the middle of doing my nails and told her, "I understood what you said and that was completely rude and uncalled for." As I was telling her this, she did not even look up from what she was doing and did not apologize. I stormed out and the owner asked me what happened and I told her. She verified with the lady that was doing my nails and she confirmed what the other woman said. The owner was nice and continued to apologize to me even as I got in my car and offered to give me any service for free. I politely declined her offer and appreciated her apologies. Read Less

I went and got a mani pedi with my mom. This place is awesome. One of the best nail salons I have found in this area.  It's a little pricey but well worth it. All The nail utensils are clean and they use plastic lining in the foot spa. The nail techs are amazing and they take time to do a good job. Read Less

I think is important for you to know how bad this place is.Today I asked for the a design I was very specific I said I want exactly this and the lady in the front who didn't even took a good look said of course we can do it. We will do it with powder. I said use whatever you want I just want it to look like this. If you guys can't do it no worries I rather not to have anything done. No, no we can do it.I got something completely different horrible and not even well done. The technitian was nice but clearly doesn't know how to do it. The nails were way to short. ( I did tell her short. But not so much) It really is not ombre, the shape is wrong and it just looks awful. Have to say that this time the place did not over charged me. Like the first time that I took a picture of a design. That again the same person in the front  told me that they can do it. Of course couldn't do it and instead of charging me 25.00 just for change of color I ended up paying over 50 for stupid little charges and I DID NOT EVEN GET WHAT I WANTED IT EITHER TIME.!!!This is so frustrating how your establishment lies to their customers.
