Staying at a lake house for spring break and stopped in for a pedicure. Not that great. Got in quickly which was nice, but the tech didn't that good of a job. Overall 2.5 stars. My color was bumpy on many toes. Had he try and redo it but she wasn't getting it. Then they left me sitting under the light for way too long without saying a word. Love them 20.00 bucks for a pedicure!!!!!! And a good one at that. I got a shellac manicure for 25.00bucks. Omg love this place i got right in and out in under an hour will deftly be back. I really needed to do something for myself so glad i came here! Read Less

Today I had the privilege of having my eyebrows, upper lip, and underarms waxed by Maureen and I love the services that I received on today. She was very professional and explained each process as she performed them. I will definitely use her services again! Read Less

I went in with a budget of 50 dollars and one mission of getting pore extractions on my nose since I have black heads. Maureen decided not to do ANY extractions but instead to give me a moisturizing facial since she thought my dry skin needed it. I was so shocked when she said she was done I jumped up and said" you didn't even do any extractions! You didn't do what I asked!" After she was done I told her it's not fair to charge me for what she had done because I NEVER told he...r to do that moisturizing facial. She started pressuring me into paying 80 dollars and she even blamed me for the "miscommunication" saying that, "I'm the one that came in for a facial and that's what she gave me so why are you so unhappy? I just spent an hour of my time working on you." I can't believe her. She was more concerned with her time being wasted than with actually giving me what I wanted. She is the typical gold digging business owner that took advantage of me for my money. She refuses to give me a refund too. Her unprofessionalism and my being taken advantage of made for the absolute worst spa experience I've EVER had. Massage Envy has a way better staff that actually LISTENS to directions. Actually, im sure ANY other spa in norfolk would be better. I'm still in shock that I was forced to pay 80 dollars for something I never asked for and blamed for it. I had plans and a budget for some skin care to treat myself and now my life is ruined by her, some stranger that pushed me around and used me. I can't afford the chemical peel I wanted to get anymore because I'm not made of money. I had plans on a tight budget. Now my life is ruined. I am the spouse of a man on deployment and I've been taking care of our young baby while he's gone and it was supposed to be a time for me to relax and the first time I've done some thing for myself since my husband left and this turned out to be a nightmare. My friend took our teen daughters to get their nails done here. The nail technicians were extremely unprofessional & rude.  Perhaps they could get away with their poor attitudes since the customers were young. One of the technicians seemed disinterested & rushed & told my daughter's friend she had to hurry because she had other customers.  Really? Guess what, we were customers too.  We paid to have their nails done & it shouldn't feel rushed- or that they were an inconvenience. My daughter had difficulty understanding the technician working on her nails - the technician was laughing at her because she didn't know what she was saying.  What a BIG MISTAKE coming here.  Unprofessional & rude- there are a lot of way better places in Montgomery.  Never going back! If you want a pedicure in a rush (without relaxing) this is the place for you. I came in for a basic pedicure ($20). Ended up going for the $25 sea salt massage pedicure because the basic is simply soaking your feet for a few minutes and doing your toe nails. :( the sea salt massage lasted about 5 minutes :/ then she put oil on my legs and massaged for 5 more minutes. Lightly sanded my heels. Smoothed my toe nails with a file, sprayed an alcohol type liquid on them. And painted them. They opened a new sterilized package and used clean tools. They were very friendly and the place wasn't very loud. It's inside Walmart so I didn't expect a relaxing pedicure. I just needed a quick pedicure and a fresh coat of paint on my toenails before vacation. So don't come here if you're wanting a very relaxing, long lasting massage, with hot towels- pedicure like you'd get from a few other places down HWY 105 heading towards Conroe. The whole thing lasted about 20 minutes. Which is all I needed but I would not come here for my regular pedicures. I went ahead and got my eyebrows waxed ($8) and my lip waxed ($6). Lip was good but eyebrows were not shaped like they usually are and actually didn't match. I'll attach a pic where you can see one is shaped different, angled more?.... I'll fix them when I get home.
