Ive been going for 5+ years to Anahi. She’s use to live in my hometown for a while but moved. Her salon is now 3 hours away from me but that didn’t stop me from going elsewhere. She’s so good that my sister n law & I travel every 6 weeks 3 hours to get our nails done by her. she’s very good!if you want simple, bling, or any design she’s your girl. Best nail tech there is! I’m giving her 5 stars not because she does AMAZING work but because she is an AMAZING person. You can tell that she cares about her customers and values her business. If you are so dissatisfied with your service the best thing to do is bring it up to her attention personally. I’m sure she would nicely take your concern seriously and try to fix it some sort of way. She cares about the reputation of her business like every business owner does. Bashing her and her business on a review is not the way to go. You didn’t even give her an opportunity to fix the issue. By far the worst nail salon. Would not recommend anyone here, service is horrible, the owner was rude, and the place is just plain out dirty. Yeah she might do creative nails, but trust me, it’s not worth your money. They put my tools on top of a trash can, and charged me as much as other places for a horrible pedicure done by a really young girl, who I’m sure doesn’t even have her license to do pedicures. Update: was sent a video of the owner talking rudely about her past client (me) completely saying bad words and what not. If you can talk badly about one of your past (and I say past cause I’ve been there once and will never go again) client and about your associates, then you do not deserve to be an owner of anything. Customer service should be a priority and the way you’re handling all of this shows you lack customer skills and you’re just plain out unprofessional. Instead of talking bad about customers feet, talk bad in how your worker left tools on a trash can. You even said “I don’t care if you think I’m rude, but stupid Kassy little....” I don’t know you nor have I ever spoken to you other than the one time at the salon, but I hope people see the true colors in you. Very unprofessional, this salon does not live up to the hype. i waited for hours and when it was finally my turn the owner left and didn't come back until an hour later with SNACKS. Would give this place 0 if I could. Even though the nails look lovely ladies don't be tempted to go because the customer service is HORRIBLE. Wasted a lot of my time trying to get an appointment. First called a couple of times and when someone finally picked up they said I had to pay some down payment for appointment, which was okay so I went there the next day at 3 pm. Open sign was brightly lit but door waslocked and no one came to the door. Called about 10 times too and someone clearly picked up before the line because disconnected. Read Less

I waisted 40$ on a coffin full set with matte polish. The nail tech spent the whole time chit chatting with her friend and when I had called to make an appointment with Anahi, the owner, all they could say was "she makes her own schedule, we don't know it". Very unprofessional staff. Spend your money elsewhere, it's all really expensive. The owner is no where to be found and when trying to find her working schedule you get no where. I got there at 10 AM when they open and they didn't open until almost 10:30. Ridiculous, try BB Nails on 3 Mile next to Ross. Read Less
