Lisa is one of the best nail techs around. When she does your nails, they will look good for a long time. Her husband, Kevin, is pretty good, but not as much pride in his work at Lisa or Coco. You must be ready to wait. Depending on how busy it gets, pedicure and nails can be 4 hours. I have had nails, pedicure, and waxing done there and all are excellent. My only complaints is that there no free WiFi for customers (unless you are a Spectrum customer) and it's the same Spanish station always on the television. Read Less

I called the store to ask when they close and they said 6 even though online and on the store door it says 7:30. I went at 5 and they were already leaving and said I could go back the next day and get a 20% discount and they did not give it to me. They don't even have a set price because I've called several times and they time me different prices. This business is sloppy and unprofetional. Read Less

I got a nail set from coco she tried a different technique on my nails they broke within 3 days mimd u i payed 35 for my acrylic set I called and explained to her what happened I was out of town she told no problem I fix for u when u come back I come back and Lisa is rude as hell when I walk in she starred me down with hate so I sit down with coco then like 4 of them hover over me while she's working on my nails she's being rough talking their language which I find rude for the customers because apparently they speak English they are in our country incase they've forgotten anyways she charges me half of what I paid which is ridiculous because my nails didn't last at all..so why should I have to pay for their mistake and she has the decency to tell me if anything happens when u walk out of here not my problem..so here i am with my 6yr old child and all u hear is bickering between the staff..in front of a child he's scared goes to show how much they value their customers not at all so I eventually get tired she hadn't even started on my nails when I'm embarrassed by their behavior WORST SERVICE EVER..this was my expierience hopefully one day ull see urs on here this place didn't even deserve my REVIEW but hey I thought I'd let the public know how they are word of mouth gets around quick 👎 Read Less

In summary, just don't come to this place. I guess people in the Valley don't Yelp much because it was hard to find a place with reviews; so let me do y'all a favor!First of all, I had to tell 3 different people about the water temperature; it was too cold. I waited a good 20 minutes with my feet in cold water until someone finally got to me and I must say that a simple "we'll get to you soon" or a heads up on waiting time would've been nice. When the older lady that finally got to me came over she was very serious, not even a "hi there!"  Then from what I noticed, they don't use new tools OR AT LEAST keep them in solution to disinfect between customers. I also noticed that the feet scrub thing she used for the bottom of my feet look really, really old, yellowish and even had a long brunette hair on it (the older lady had short black hair). I don't get grossed out easily and I'm very passive so I didn't say anything but in that moment I knew I will never be back and I should write a Yelp review so here it was. PS. Everybody kept coughing and not covering their mouth. And my squared nails with round corners look like anything but that. Read Less

This place is ok. I don't know if I came at a bad time or what, although it didn't seem packed. I came to get a pedicure and they shoved me to the back to sit down in a massage chair. Started the water and I sat down. 50 min later someone finally came to say they where there to do my nails. Honestly if I wasn't in a chair with my feet already in water, I would have walked out. And several people getting manicures did. As for the actual nails, they did a good job. Nothing to be wowed over. Nail color selection was that great either. i really love this place. although they dont have many nails to show, all my friends that go always get nails with awesome designs. i like how they do my nails here they last a LONG time and they give you a card that they stamp everytime you go and  after 5 stamps you get $5 off or a color change or wax or design.. awesome Read Less
