I liked this place at first and they have given me good service before but the last few times i went they just didnt deliver good service. I had to go somewhere else and pay double just to get my nail...
I liked this place at first and they have given me good service before but the last few times i went they just didnt deliver good service. I had to go somewhere else and pay double just to get my nails fixed from this place twice. I would rather a nail techician to tell me they can't do what i'm asking for instead of trying and messing up because thats just a waste of money.

This place has really phrased since the last time I was here years ago. Helen gives the best pedicures! Try the hot rock massage. It’s great!

I couldn't even choose the nail color I wanted. Apparently, it's not a good color? LOL Um, thought I was paying 27 bucks for what I WANT...

Totally agree with Yesenia. The manager, thick woman about 40 blonde want to be, is reluctant with everybody even customers! The service, I guess was my bad luck that the person doing my pedicure may...
Totally agree with Yesenia. The manager, thick woman about 40 blonde want to be, is reluctant with everybody even customers! The service, I guess was my bad luck that the person doing my pedicure maybe was training. Very sad experience. BAD SERVICE AND DISCUStING ENVIRONMENT.

I went with the older lady at Glossy Nails, and she was rather rude. She did a bad job on my nails. My nails are rough and edgy on the inside where she left all the glue. My husband got me a gift cert...
I went with the older lady at Glossy Nails, and she was rather rude. She did a bad job on my nails. My nails are rough and edgy on the inside where she left all the glue. My husband got me a gift certificate but I doubt I will be going back any time.

This place was welcoming at first. Then when I thought a customer was walking in the door, little did I know it was the manager. She was rude to her employees in front of customers. My pedicurist was ...
This place was welcoming at first. Then when I thought a customer was walking in the door, little did I know it was the manager. She was rude to her employees in front of customers. My pedicurist was working on my feet and greets her with a hello, then the manager said "what do you mean hello?" And started complaining about things around the salon. I understand if the manager has to bring it up to them, but you do not do that in front of clients. I am not going to ramble on. It just bothered me that the manager was mistreating her employees. None the less the place was not clean as well. They hadn't taken out the trash from the night before. The tables are dirty too. It just needs cleaning up. Oh and to top it off the massage chairs weren't working!
