First time here. Not really a fan. Got a pedicure. When the tech used the foot file (cheese grater thingy) she put my dead skin back into my foot water?! What?? That’s so not ok! Next, I had a skirt on and didn’t want to feel exposed. I tried to fold my skirt between my legs. I was never offered a towel to help me feel more comfortable. I sat under the light to dry my toes then my tech proceeded to spray down the counter with what smelt like windex..really?! Haven’t I suffered enough? The back door was open and the guy was constantly smoking! Yes at least twice! Yak! Who wants to breath that while trying to get pampered!?!

I got the dip for acrylic nails and a lady here did absolutely HORRIBLE. I came in before Christmas Eve and I wanted to try the coffin shape and she did them very crooked and thin. She rushed and she cut all my cuticles and they were bloody after. Will not be returning.

The first time I got my nails done here with the dip powder my nails started breaking and chipping off within a week which shouldn't be happening so I thought maybe give them another try. I went and got the dip powder again not even a week ago and the same thing is happening now. I would not recommend getting the dip nails done here other places that I've been to in Midlothian that are cheaper have done a way better job no problems with my nails so I will not be returning here.

Took my 2 daughters here last Sunday, and and they rushed getting us done. We all 3 got gel manicures & gel pedicures total of 226.00 and usually they last us about 3 weeks at other salons. Our first visit here and tomorrow will be a week and our gel manicures and gel pedicures are coming off already. Very disappointed. Will NOT be going back here.

After a year of looking, I love this place. This is my 3rd visit and I can say each time has been wonderful. Sandy did an amazing mani/pedi and took time to do them the way I asked. She was very careful and did a wonderful job. They seem to always be busy so you might want to call for an app before you and several friends want service. I will be back.

I would give this place 5 stars, but I have only been once....Pat was amazing! He was concerned about my approval on the solar nails and pedicure he did! I was relaxed and felt pampered! The pricing is straight forward and no surprise add-ins to dispute! Very happy with this place. The longevity of my nails will determine if I make this my new nail place!! Give them a try! Far cry from the other Midlo nail salons offered!

Absolutely disgusted with this salon today. After THREE attempts of fixing my manicure, (and by attempts, I mean just painting over the messed up part of my nail and sticking my hands in front of a fan) my technician just grabbed her iPad and sat in a pedicure chair and watch movies for 20 mins!! I'm graduating on Saturday and now have to do my own nails after WASTING $45 at this place!

I love coming into this salon. It's clean, bright and the staff is always so welcoming. They make every effort to see to the comfort of the clients. Wide variety of pedicures to choose from (lemon is my favorite). Includes massage, hot wax treatment and of course a wide variety of polish. I've never gotten a lot of mani/pedi's but I find myself coming more often because it really does make the feet feel soft & wonderful.

Best customer service! Best dip nails I have ever had! They last me well over 3wks! Love this place! Mai is wonderful!! The whole staff and owner are great! I won't go anywhere else!

First time here. Not really a fan. Got a pedicure. When the tech used the foot file (cheese grater thingy) she put my dead skin back into my foot water?! What?? That’s so not ok! The first time I got my nails done here with the dip powder my nails started breaking and chipping off within a week which shouldn't be happening so I thought maybe give them another try. I went and got the dip powder again not even a week ago and the same thing is happening now. I would not recommend getting the dip nails done here other places that I've been to in Midlothian that are cheaper have done a way better job no problems with my nails so I will not be returning here.

She was very careful and did a wonderful job. They seem to always be busy so you might want to call for an app before you and several friends want service. I will be back.

I would give this place 5 stars, but I have only been once....Pat was amazing! He was concerned about my approval on the solar nails and pedicure he did! I was relaxed and felt pampered! The pricing is straight forward and no surprise add-ins to dispute! Very happy with this place. The longevity of my nails will determine if I make this my new nail place!! Give them a try! Far cry from the other Midlo nail salons offered!
