I had gone to this place months ago and it was wonderful. Clean, organized and relaxing. Tried again today because of the high rating and previous experience and it was not good at all. All their supplies were in the middle of the aisle, was very chaotic and worst of all the girl hurt multiple fingers on my hands. I will probably not be going back here. Do not go to Tina. He attitude is horrible! My nails were uneven and lumpy, I had told her twice while she was doing them that they were crooked but she was in a rush to leave. When I went back to have them redone she suggested a simple file would fix them.. I said I wanted them redone & she rolled her eyes. HOWEVER, I went because of past experiences. This is the only place I go to in Midland for my nails-I always have Brenda do my nails -she is literally the best! She always takes her time to do a great job, is very skilled at application and designs, and makes sure you are happy with your nails :) I tried dipping powder for the first time here and it's awesome because it stays on and doesn't chip at all even over 5 weeks! Moved to midland at the end of December 2017 and I have been doing my research on a good nail tech/salon and I found the right place! My first time getting my nails done in midland (always drove to my hometown once a month so I can get my nails done 5 hrs away) at Venetian Nails and WOW! I'm sooo happy with my dip set! LOVEEEEE Brenda & Eddie!!! Just got my nails done and I'm so in love with them! I usually don't get my nails done because I've been to lots of places with high expectations and then been let down but that was definitely not the case here! I came here 2/13/18, and they might do an average job however all they want is your money unless you are to naive to see it. I wanted to get JUST a manicure and she asked me about five times if I wanted dip or gel- my answer for the FIFTH time is NO! So, since she did not get the answer she wanted, she just rushed through the manicure. Again all those pictures below of the "fancy, fake" nails are all over 50 dollars at "least". My mom and I went to this place for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. My friend suggested me a certain nail design and I happened to look online and luckily this place did what I was looking for. They took us in with an appointment quick and I had Eddie and my mom had Brenda. THEY ARE THE BEST! So careful, honest, detailed, and hilarious. Definitely the 2 hours we were there went by quick because of their awesome energy and communication with us. Definitely a recommended place to go! I haven't had a pedicure their yet but my nails look breathtaking. And to think that I'm not a person that likes long nails but these semi-coffin nail shape, Eddie did goood! 1/29/18 **UPDATE** This was Mom and I's third time in 6 weeks going here and having Tyson and Trish.  I just can't believe how amazing it is each time!!! I love how they get to know us and remember things going on in our life.  Tyson and Trish took the time to make sure Mom and I were very taken care of and everything was just perfect!!  Of course, the place was clean and friendly atmosphere!  They are always funny and make sure we are happy every step of the way.  And I love the way they add special touches :)  My Mom had not had her nails done professionally in 17 years before finding Trish.  Now she can't stop herself from getting the shellac from Trish because she is careful, gentle and does an amazing job.  And I can't say enough amazing, wonderful things about Tyson.  Refer to pictures to see his wonderful work.  If you want a relaxing, friendly atmosphere with amazing associates such as Tyson and Trish, definitely go to Venetian!!!Tyson and Trish were great!! I was visiting Midland from Houston for Thanksgiving. Decided to get my nails done. Saw this "new" place advertised 25% off services 11/09 - 12/01. Today is 11/25 so headed over. When we arrived we were told that the advertisement was from last year and the owner wouldn't honor the discount. They apparently have had that online for a year - luring customers in under false pretenses. I am sure I am not the only one suckered by them. Total bate and switch. Just went in to get a new set. First time even stopping by. I sat down and since it was my first time I asked the guy that was going to do my nails if he knew how to do them. I simply asked him nice and his response was "I don't have time for your comments or stupid questions. If you don't trust me then leave". I had never met someone so rude or have experienced being treated bad by any nail spa. Why did he get mad if I'm paying for a service and are just simply asking a question. I came here because the reviews were great and I just wanted the best nail job I could get. There were many other cheaper places, but I thought this one would come with quality. WRONG. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. I came in and asked for a refill with a specific nail polish. The nail tech was rude from the start and kept trying to tell me to get shellac instead. By the time I saw how she ruined my nail shape, I didn't have confidence that she had the skill worth paying extra for shellac. I kept telling her to just use polish, and she finally said something along the lines of "I'll use polish since you can't afford shellac." It was the most irritating thing ever. At the end, I came out with a nail shape that was allegedly "coffin" but actually ugly and tacky. I also came out extremely irritated from how rude she was. I'll never spend my money here again. I just moved to town a couple months ago and have gone to a couple different nail places. One was decent and one was terrible then I found this place. This is the best place I have ever been too.  Everyone was great and the pedi and mani were AMAZING!!!  Stephanie was my tech and as long as I'm in Midland I will NEVER go anywhere else!  Even the customers are friendly.  I have recently had surgery on my foot and have no feeling on my heel, but that was not an issue once I told Stephanie.  She was very attentive to make sure that she was not hurting or irritating my foot.  To be honest I have been scared to have a pedicure since the surgery, but because of Stephanie and the spa I'm not worried anymore.  Thank you guys so very much!!! I never post reviews but I thought I should this time. My daughter called they had already closed but they stayed open for her, she needed her nails done for prom. We arrived and they did her nails, mine and my 4 year olds. They ended up staying an hour and half later than they had too. They were very kind and talkative. Had my first dip manicure here from Eddie.  The challenge, I'll be out of the country for a month so I need it to last. He took his time and gave me a French manicure so grow out won't be so obvious.
