Would not recommend! Horrible service, very unsanitary and unclean. The man doing my pedicure rushed and was literally done in 15 minutes. Hardly massaged and left old color in the cracks of my nails. Rushed me through the dip, which i didn't want in the first place, but he kept repeating himself several times to get him to stop i agreed. Didn't hardly shape my nails, clean from under them or massage or apply any type of oil. They are uneven, and filed down past the nail bed, or half the nail didn't get dipped. When speaking to manager/owner, he began to raise his voice not only at myself but my mother. He reassured that he doesn't conduct business like other places in town, yet was quick to raise his voice and treat me like a child. He said he hates when customers don't follow directions and leave a bad review, he could have handled the conversation much better in order to reflect the benefit of my opinion and outcome of the entire situation.I got there with horrible nails and left with some too. My mother and I went today for her pedicure and my manicure. Patricia did her pedicure and did a 5 star job, she was very patient and sweet and took her time. Q rushed through my manicure and was rough with his tools, but we all have bad days. No hard feelings, but we will only return for Patricia's service. Loved the atmosphere. Read Less

The staff is very rude even if you have an appointment. He stopped doing my nails to go help do a design on someone’s toes. He also kept getting up just to move around. I called at 1pm on a Saturday and made an appointment for 2pm. This was my first time there and I arrived on time. Another guest had to tell me to sign in and when I told the lady I had an appointment she told me to sign in and sit down. After waiting 45 minutes they finally saw me but only after I said something. He rushed though my shellac nails. They are streaky and Polish is on the cuticle! At the point I just wanted out! The pedicure was ok, mediocre at best. I went in to have my eyebrows microbladed with Nia and her and the whole staff were friendly! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their brows done. I love the way they came out! The prices are also reasonable compared to others around town. Read Less

Do not spend your money or waste your time at this salon I had the most horrible experience they have no customer service. Kayden is the one who did my nails he was horrible, he gave me attitude, hurt my nails, and didn't even do my nails right! I would never recommend this place to anybody don't ever waste your money here, they need to get someone with some customer service because obviously Kayden is not one of them. I would definitely never go back! That was the most unprofessional place I've ever been to, and I am so disappointed with my experience. Went this passed weekend for eyelash extensions, pedicure manicure and wax with my mom. She got pedi, mani and face waxes and said she had never had such a good pedicure before. The guy that did her pedicure took out an ingrown nail and it did not hurt for once. They have hot wax for your hands and feet and she just loved it! Defiantly recommend the orcid pedicure. I got my eyelash extensions done here and the eyelashes themselves are amazing it did take about 2 hours to do them but I really love them. The only bad thing, and this is my fault for not telling the lady, was the tape holding down my bottom lashes got into my eye and really irritated them. I should of told her but I didn't realize what was poking me until she took off the tape I thought maybe it was the eyelashes. Ok anyway. I will be going back here is about for my eye lashes but if I do I will update this review. Oh it is a little pricy but the place looks really clean and the customer service was really good. My first time at Louvre, I got a pedicure with a friend and I had zero complaints so I returned at a later date for a dipping powder manicure. Unfortunately, I didn't have such a great experience due to some technical errors made and generally wasn't happy with the appearance of my nails. Despite this, I was not going to complain and just had planned on not returning, but eventually I decided to message the spa on Facebook and received a wonderful reply asking for the opportu...nity to correct the situation. Today I went in and Jin took a look at my nails, called over the technician that had done them and showed him his errors so that he could learn from them. Jin moved me to Lee's station so that he could finish my manicure, and I don't have one single negative thing to say from that point forward. Lee was very gentle, extremely precise and took his time doing my nails. This place truly knows how to do business and prove to their customers just how valuable they are to them. Worst experience ever!!! I could not believe how rude the guy was. I kept trying to make conversation and kept being ignored. He kept pulling my hands roughly and definitely over charged me. He shouted at me in front of everyone when trying to describe what i wanted done. He left air bubbles in my nails. Please save yourself the headache.
