I came here with my mother on a Wednesday afternoon and was not impressed. There were only three other people there and it took about 15 minutes for them to start my mom's pedicure. It took a long time for them to get the water to a normal temperature, not scalding or freezing. The guy doing my mom's pedicure kept complaining about his stomach hurting and would stop and make strange faces. Great service ! Extra friendly. They stay open close for me I called 20 minutes before closing and they told me they were a little busy for being Sunday but that they will call me when someone was available and they did. I had the best nail experience that I've ever had in Midland at Oasis. I've been to gala, langs, h20, the mall salons, etc. and this is the cleanest salon I have ever come across. I was greeted and throughout the whole experience I never felt rushed. My three year old daughter was with me and they made her feel like an absolute princess. Other salons have treated her like a nuisance in the past, so I really appreciate when people go that extra mile. While chatting with them, I was told that they were under new management. I highly encourage anyone who has been here before and did not enjoy it, to give this place another chance because I am extremely picky and i believe the service will impress you. Today was the worse experience I have ever had!! The employees are miserably unhappy and they show it the entire time you are there. The guy that did my pedicure was clipping the cuticle around my right pinkie toe and ripped it away from my toe and it started bleeding instantly.... He started talking in Chinese to the worker next to me and obviously said he needed some blood stop to put on it because she handed him the bottle and he got a piece of cotton to put on the cut. It hurt! He didn't even think of apologizing or even an 'oops!'.....The female coworker he was chatting to looked up at me to see my reaction and she started laughing! I said what is this revenge? He just chuckled and she was laughing and nodding her head saying "yes". I am very disappointed in this place the tension was so thick in the air and one of the workers was talking back to the lady that runs the place she was very disgusted with it as well. I would not recommend this experience to anyone else I would not refer anyone to oasis Day spa and I will never consider returning there again. I do not even want to give this place a one star rating it should not even have any stars next to it, but I am sharing my opinion of this business to everyone that will take time to read it. and the pedicures are not good quality at all. It is not worth your time or money. I have been going to Lily here for months. She is absolutely the best in this salon. She makes my nails appear more natural, just how I like them. She will even come in on her days off if I need her. I like getting my manicures and pedicures here because you can walk in anytime and the main reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's kindve an ordeal communicating with the people that work here because of their limited knowledge of English. Went tonight to get a Pedicure, Shellac Manicure and my eyebrows waxed from Oasis Spa & Nails in Midland. I got there about 5pm and was meeting a friend. They said the wait wouldn't be long at all and to go ahead and sit in the pedicure chair. They turned the water on and had me wait in the chair. My friend arrived about ten minutes later. Waited and waited and waited and waited... no service. Other people came in and had their pedicures during this time and they did not have appointments either. Finally after asking how much longer it was going to be a gentleman came over at 5:45 to start my friends toes. I asked if my water could be refreshed because at this point I sat there for 45 minutes in cold water. 6 o'clock, one hour later and with really pruned feet, my girl finally came over. I chose the classic basic pedicure that is supposed to last 25 minutes. It was only 15 minutes and the polish honestly looks like I did it (and I cannot paint my own toe nails). When we checked out, they over charged me and I had to ask for a refund. I did not get my manicure or my eyebrows done because at this point, I was way too frustrated and not trusting their expertise. Just took my daughters there and it was terrible. The staff was rude and did not try to engage with us at all.  The color choices were poor and they put a thinner in our polish.  There was an up charge for everything.  They did not clean up the polish around our toes.  They didn't massage our legs or feel.  We felt very rushed and wished we had gone to our normal place that was full. My dad and I both got pedis. They did a good job for a reasonable price. But the nail techs could not speak any English so there was no communication. I will not go back to this salon for this reason. Read Less

I got shellac on my hands and a pedicure. The shellac began to peel off after a week and was done horribly in the first place. The friend I went with got a fungus on her toes from getting a pedicure that she had to treat with an antibiotic. This place is terrible. I DO NOT recommend going here. Read Less

So the atmosphere and the color selection is wonderful. Their prices are reasonable and you generally know up front what you're going to pay however here is a big caution I had to ask for my cuticle clippers to be cleaned   Her kit did not look like it has been sanitized. Read Less
