Can’t say enough good things about this place! I recently came in for a trim with THE nicest stylist, but it just didn’t turn out quite the way I had wanted. A day or two later I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it and Iliana and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I ended up happy with my experience- Iliana met me after hours and made my hair look amazing without ever badmouthing the other stylist and that says something about the kind of person she is and the positive and supportive culture of the salon! Since it’s starting to warm up, I wanted to go a few shades lighter than my natural color, a dark blonde/strawberry blonde. I showed the stylist a picture of what I was going for and she mixed up the product right then and there. She said the picture is of a balayage and that’s what she did. Or tried to do. When she got done blow drying it, I was platinum blonde with dark roots. The picture I showed her had no bleach in it but that’s what she put in my hair. My hair looked l...ike the stereotypical trailer trash hair, platinum blonde with dark roots. I asked her if we could tone it down and her response to me was “I’d hate to mess up what we did.” That’s the whole point - to fix what you did. She tried talking me out of it by saying she thinks it looks good but that’s not a way to win a NEW client over. She “toned” it down and styled it. I thought it was still too blonde but I had had enough and had been away from my son long enough so I paid her and left. It’s been a week now and every time I look at my hair, I get embarrassed and think “am I really going to go out in public with bleach blonde hair and dark roots?” Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back there. I was a walk-in today and only had to wait maybe 15 min, then Letty took care of my haircut and style today and she did awesome! I Love Her! Exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be returning to her for my future hair styling needs! The Salon itself is beautifully decorated. All of the staff are extremely upbeat and friendly! Lovely place and a lot of stylist, and from the looks of them all very busy, BUT do your homework make sure the one you choose is a fit for you and your needs. I have low and high lights and have been told several times what a great color I had, many wanting to know who did it . With my stylist being on maternity leave I needed my roots, only my roots done.  I called and tried to get in with 2 stylist that I knew, both were full.I had a party that night and a graduation that weekend. I was on a very tight schedule.   So I took a stylist I knew nothing about. I had a sick feeling when I saw her and almost made up something and left, but that seemed rude. We went to her station. I told her I just wanted roots, which I have done all the time, she said she could do that then started putting stuff all over my head and telling her co-worker that this was a complete correction, he had came over and started telling her about his client that just left. She told me the girl that took my call should've gotten more details. To make a long story short,  my scalp was burned with product   and I have  sores on the top of my head, and my hair was orange. She put several different products on it and finally got it so it didn't look like a prison jump suit, then came the blow out WOW, I have very long hair, which I normally have round brushed , she round brushed my hair with a 1" round brush, I haven't seen since I wore wings in the 80's  and left it wet in back. my hair kept getting tangled up. It hurt so badly. I was in tears. When I walked in I had beautiful soft hair no damage. I had never used peroxide, which I told her. Now my hair is all damaged, my scalp has open sores from product  . She was very nervous, she smacked her gum the entire time slung product everywhere, It even got on my shirt under the cape, at the shampoo bowl she drowned me. She was very worried about something, just not my hair.  I blame this on myself I didn't do my homework. She was nice enough, I just felt like what I wanted was out of her ream of expertise, just not a fit for me. I like positive, upbeat people. I had been all over Midland trying to find someone to put my extensions back in when I found Misty. I got in pretty quickly, and dropped off the extensions the day before because she offered to clean them and put the tapes on for me. I try to save money by doing that myself, but she offered to do it as part of the service. She did an excellent job and I see her once a week for a wash and style. Read Less

Not a welcoming atmosphere. Not one person said "hello, welcome to Glow". The girl in the very first chair to the right when you walk in was quite rude, offered me no help and forgot her pants. I will not return for services or product. Read Less

Very cute and classy salon! I had extensions put in one week ago back home in LA and needed to have them more styled and blended. WhileVisiting family here this salon was recommended to me because they specialize in extensions. Harley did a great job on my hair and did exactly what I wanted! I had a facial with Karla here at Glow.  She did microdermabrasion and some sort of an enzyme masque.  My skin looked and felt amazing!!  I love all of the products she has ever recommended for me.  I will definitely be back! Read Less
