Got my nails done on Friday 3/30 by Saturday one fail off and I couldn’t come back due to being out of town. Monday they couldn’t see me because they were booked. Tuesday I go during my lunch hour by then I had 3 nails pop off. I only wanted my money back there was no manager supposedly on set. The owner wasn’t there either. They finally contact the owner and refused to give me my money back. I wouldn’t go again for a manicure they do not last. The man I spoke with was very rude kept saying he didn’t know how to do anything and walked Away while I was speaking with him. I finally found a place that put a gigantic smile on my face. The lady who served me was amazing, she paid great detail in painting my nail. I get compliments on my nails by all my friends. Definitely an amazing find! Read Less

My first time here on a Saturday with my cousin. It's a great place! Didn't even have to wait! She also was so graceful and fun. Also, she made sure my nails were done right. As for the salon it is gorgeous and high class. Would definitely recommend and return!!! Read Less

Very very disappointed I went in to get a mani and pedi and I walked out like if a 3 year old did my nails I had the polish all over my skin so I went back cause I did pay 105 bucks and they refused to fix them because they were too busy so I took it off in the store myself so they refunded me for the mani but when I asked them to fix the toes they refused and didn’t give me my money back I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place because they were talking about me in their language I also asked for the owners number and they gave be a bogus number Read Less

I typically wait for my usual nail tech, but needed my very-grown-out nails to look nice for a weekend event so i decided to give this place a try. I got "shellac" done at Bliss Nails And Day Spa about 5 days ago. As a walk-in, I was treated superb! All of staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. My nails exist to 3 weeks. Bliss Nails And Day Spa was by far the best nail salon in Midland. Perfect environment. The owner gave me a bottle of water after walked in the door, VERY friendly. My friend and I both had pedicure done here. We thought the experience was pretty good except they were quite rough when working with the big toes. My toes were a bit sore afterwords. The next few days it got worse and both of us had swollen, red and throbbing toes. They were so infected they were pussing. Mine are pussing today and I had this pedicure almost a week ago. I am querying the sanitation procedures as well as the level of training... I am nervous as she had tried with 'helping' my ingrown toenails. Would not recommend after this experience. Read Less

Not satisfied at all went cause my daughter and myself had gift card from my dad and step mom. Went in asked for color changing polish picked it out idk if he put correct one on cause he had several bottles of nail polish on his table. Needless to say my nails do not change colors. Some nails are shorter than others. My daughter showed them a picture of nails she wanted nail tech just did what she wanted my daughter was very upset. Will not return. Do NOT recommend. Employees constantly try to sell you "shellac " on your nails and also on your toes. Told us it was the same price as a regular pedicure.. We paid $85 (which if it was the same price at the most it should have been $65) and then they charged my debit card $101, added their own tip!! Read Less

I've been coming here since they opened about 5 months ago and NOT ONCE WAITED! They do a really FABULOUS job! I love the "dip" type of polish they do here--they have a large & trendy color selection and they take their time to do a thorough job. Worst experience ever!!! We walked in and had to wait forever after not being told anything about a wait time. One nail attendant attempted to do all of our nails at the same time, she rushed and made one of us put their own cuticle oil on and forgot the shellac top coat. The whole salon was dirty, the nail tables were covered with food and the restrooms were disgusting. After seeing the restrooms two of us decided not to get our nails done there after already waiting an hour. $40 for half of the top coat and putting on our own cuticle oil is not worth it! The pedicure was good but the dip mani I got chipped four days later, normally it lasts me until I change it. When I went back to get it fixed they were rude and told me it would be 45 minutes to fix something that would take two minutes. I walked out and went back to my normal place, I won't be back. Nice people just horrible work. My nails turned out great but then one of them broke when I was trying to open a door so I went back in and got it fixed. Then about 3 days later 3 more nails broke just from pulling my laundry out of the washer so I went back in and asked for them to shorten them and the lady kinda gave me a little bit of an attitude asking what I was doing to break them so often and that I had asked to have them shorter. She went to take one of the broken nails off and actually caused my fingernail to bleed from ripping it off and she just put a nail over it so I can clearly see where it's ripped. Then yesterday another nail broke. The fact is also its not hurting when I break these nails so something is not being done right because it would hurt otherwise. Will not return to this salon! Waited for an hour in a pedi char, and was only helped after I tried to leave. Two hours later I walked out paying more for a set of dip and a pedicure than I usually do. My cuticles were filed raw on every finger on one hand. Not impressed! Being new to the area and the lack of yelp reviews for a good nail salon, I was in despair..until I found this place! I tend to be very particular with nail salons and this one hits the mark. The tools come in sanitized bags, this place is clean and doesn't smell like nail polish. I've been here twice now for manis and pedis and haven't had to wait too long. They have an extensive menu of services so take your time deciding which pampering treatment you want. I always get the deluxe pedi with either cucumber or mint. It comes with a paraffin treatment and massage with hot stones. They have a lot of nail polish color options too including shellac/gel. They also do eyebrow waxing and it was pretty good.
