Had a date/reservation with my husband and couldn’t find anyone to do my nails last minute. Showed up at 7:18(close at 7:30) and asked if I could get both my feet and hands done. Antwon is the absolute best! Prior to going to Venus signature, I’ve never been to the same nail salon twice. But after going here, having Antwon and seeing what an amazing job they all do- I will never go anywhere else- and I will return every time. I think your experience depends on who you get. I have had the absolute best experience at this place, as well as the worst. now I stick to the same Techs or I wont go. Hanna is my absolute favorite. She is just the sweetest and absolutely amazing for gel/ next gen and pedis! I have also been very happy with Antwan, Queenie and Sky. As for the prices, now that I read the reviews, it seems like they may be sometimes different, but I haven't paid to close of attention to that, but I will in the future. I do know that I have had one tech in particular who was horrible and she still there. she did so many coats on my pedicure that of course it messed up even hours later. someone else did my nails at the same time, with the same pedi color and they were perfect. thats why I will wait for my fav techs Read Less

THEY ARE TERRIBLE. First of all to start off i waited a long long time to finally start my manicure while I came in with my mom and she was started right away. I asked for a Gel manicure, which normally at reasonably priced salons is about $30. They proceeded to start doing the dip nails manicure on me, which is $40 and I did not ask for it. The man I had, I don't know his name he had a sleeve of tattoos on his right arm though, seemed in rush and didn't want to be there or cared to be for that matter. He never did any kind of cuticle care or cleaned under the finger nails. He was overly rough with the nail file where it hurt. Very sloppy work. Never ever coming back here again. Came to do a simple pink french pedicure and the lady couldn't figure it out. After she applied all the white tips was told that she can only do a clear coat!? How is is that possible?  A nail salon that doesn't know how to do a  pink french pedicure! Another lady then came up and told me that the only way to go a french pedi or mani is to do gel. That's not true! So how did a french mani/pedi before gel came along ? I have done plenty of regular french pedicures. I guess she wanted me to pay the extra $40. And to make matters worst, I asked her how come she didn't say anything to the lady that was doing my toes before she started? She said because she was with a CUSTOMER. So I guess I was not customer. Queenie and ALL of the Staff are very friendly and amazing @ what they do! I have been an extremely satisfied customer for almost a year now and would never consider going anywhere else. In less than a month, my friend's daughter is getting married and there will be 12 of us enjoying some girl time at Venus Signature Nails while getting beautiful for the Wedding. It means alot that I can recommend and bring all my friends that are in the wedding party to a place that does excellent work, makes you feel at home, will accommodate all our needs and I trust will not let us down. They were amazing. Seriously, awesome. I had messaged them about details and pricing before I went in,(changed my mind about what I initially wanted) but Miss Queenie was so helpful in answering any questions I had through messanger.
