I would normally be singing praises for this salon for their wonderful pedicures I get every month, but for getting a set of really thin and weak nexgen nails by David and within a week and 1 day have 2 break, that's not right. I do not think it is fare that I had to pay for the repair of the first nail after 4 days of getting the set done. And now my only compensation is 15% off a new set. Bon is amazing and wish I had waited for him, but after coming here since the salon has been open and having to pay double for bad nails, thank you, but no thanks. Went here for the first time last Friday. Was told it'd be 15 mins wait. Ended up waiting 30 mins not a big deal but the lady katie did horrible on my nails i got an acrylic set seems she was in a rush ans ended up filing one of my nails on my left hand completely crooked paint job was horrible. I had my first whole face wax with Hannah.  She was meticulous with reshaping my eyebrows.  I've never had my eyebrows look so pretty.  I always have Bon do my Nexgen.  He's a great nail tech and gives the best pedicures.I've lived in the area for 20 years and finally found a nail & spa business.  I will never search for the best place to go.You gotta go!!! It took a very long ti.me to find a place I really liked this much.  I have been to 2 salons in Farmersville, 2 in Princeton , 1 in Melissa, 1 in Wylie  and one in Blue Ridge.  My experience with those salons were 1 or more of the following:  very poor quality of the final product, waiting 15+ minutes WITH a scheduled appointment, a poor technique, with pedicures in some cases the messages were very light and not done well at all, and finally I had the joy of getting fungus at one salon.I followed my nail professional from a local salon to Palace Nails & Spa.  First, the front desk is super friendly and a year later know me when I call or come in, which is nice.  The salon is very pretty and has a more upscale look to it, new style of pedicure chairs...just super.For appointments...I did a walk in once, didn't wait long...it took about 10 minutes for someone to get started, but I have seen other walk in during a peak period of time and were told it would be about an hour wait.  Now, that may make some angry, but not me...thats what appointments are for.  I also like that they didn't squeeze them in with someone, which in return would make those with an appointment have to wait...a HUGE pet peeve of mine and one reason I left the last salon.All other visits have been with a scheduled appointment, I have NEVER had to wait more than the length of time it took for my nail professional to get what was needed and come back to me.  My Nexgen nails are always nicely done and I receive many compliments on them. I always get a manicure with a manicure and massage and its always great.  When I get a pedicure I get the Palace Pedicure, I get a very thorough massage and I am super relaxed once I leave.  Being that I am single mom of two, one disabled I get very stressed so that is a little treat for myself and when I walk out the door I feel great! My pedicure is done very well, I have an issue with those pesky ingrown toenails and my guy is so gentle, I never feel any discomfort.  My feet are smooth when I leave and my toenails very pretty.  My only complaint would be when I brought my niece with my daughter and I.  She was afraid to say anything, but her nails had several issues, one being that they were not smooth in quite a few places.  The person that did her nails was new.  He didn't seem to know the proper steps and did different steps 3x.  I would've taken my niece back but her schedule didn't allow.  I have not seen this guy again, so I am wondering if maybe he no longer works there.  I have been so satisfied I give a full 5 stars. Inexperienced and unprofessional. My daughter and I went to Palace Nails for NextGen. It was during their grand opening and was supposed to be 30% off according to the banner but they only discounted our price $7 each and I don't remember why. The girl who did my nails spent the first half of the time talking about her financial troubles and her abusive ex-husband. My daughter's nails took 50 minutes. She was cut (and bled) 3 times and the last time it happened, the woman actually laughed because my daughter jumped. I kept waiting for some kind of apology or something, but she just grabbed her finger and kept filing. My nails took an hour and 20 minutes because of mistakes that were made. After an hour, a man (owner maybe? ) comes over to check on my nail tech. He asked me how things were and i told him about the corrections that had to be done. Then he nodded and walked away. He made no attempt to compensate us for the mistakes, the injuries, or the wasted time. They never even offered us anything to drink. The salon wasn't busy but I felt like we were being rushed through. Like the nail techs couldn't slow down, take their time, and do a good job. Like they only had an hour (max) to finish, or else. I'm glad others had better experiences here but there are too many other places in town for me to risk another bad experience at this place. FWIW, I really like Who Did Your Nails on El Dorado. The atmosphere here is amazing! They're very nice & helpful. I had a picture on my phone of a color i wanted & my nail Tech helped me find the closest they had! The appearance of my nails look really great. I am only a little concerned there might have been oil left on my nails before the gel manicure was done. I really want to keep her my little secret so I'll always have no problem getting an appointment with her...but that wouldn't be fair to her or her patrons. Jasmine is AMAZING!!!!! I have only ever had pedicures from her but her attention to detail is great and the massages are OMG!!!! My time with her doesn't feel rushed at all and although she may not speak a lot during the pedicure, she is very sweet and kind. I'm so thankful I found her because my other girl is in Keller that I've been using for 8 years. Tells you how much I'm set on one person once I find the right match for me. I had a great overall experience here. I was a walk-in client for NexGen mani, pedi and brow wax. Wasn’t happy with the color they matched on my pedi so went back the next day and had the polish changed with no issue. This nail place is the worst! I had Katie for my pedicure and everything was going good until a lady walks in wanting a pedicure and manicure and asks for Katie. Katie then proceeds to hurry and doesn't do the stone massage which comes with the package and didn't put a top coat on. Very disappointed that I wasted money on this. Read Less

I asked for hot (not like warm) water for my pedi. Got it. Professional service and my nail tech (Tammy) was very friendly!! The place is SUPER CLEAN!! The massage chairs are basically brand new. I liked it for the most part and I forgot my nail tech name but she was super SLOW I was in there probably about 2 hours myself. They had pretty decent customer service the manager hooked me up on the wine which was good but my specific nail shop was a little too distracted with everything going around her that she couldn't focus on getting me out of there. My friend came with me and we both got nails and toes and brows done at the same time and my friend was finished before me. She had people that were focused. They did give me discount which was fine and I would go back just hoping next time is better experience. So disappointed in the quality and service of this salon. My daughter and I went in to have nexgen done and both of our nails turned out really badly - not worth even the discounted price I paid. The tech seemed very inexperienced and took forever (90 minutes) to complete my nails and they are so uneven - thick in back and thin at the tips, bumpy on top, and most of the nails had a weird dip across the middle where the tip was attached to my nail (which she tried to fix by adding more layers but that only made them worse.) It has been 10 days and I've lost 4 tips, probably because the nail is so thin at that point. My last set of nexgen (from Who Did Your Nails) lasted a MONTH before they had to be redone. Read Less

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to.  I went in for a pedicure and gel nails on a Sunday afternoon.  I have had to return 3 times to have my nails redone all in less than 7 days.  They have broken, polish peeled completely off and are chipped.  I told them to not use the file drill or nail file on the top of my nails as I have had to return for the 3rd time and they are now very weak from all of the filing due to their poor work.  The manicurist, Phillip, (on the third visit) says he will make it all good for me.  Well, 2 more have broken and another has chipped.  Needless to say I will never return to this salon for anything.  If I were you, I would look elsewhere or take your chances. I was just in on Monday to receive a Gel mani. They had started chipping already so returned today (Friday) to get my nails fixed. My friend had joined me to receive a mani at the same time. She sat and waiting for over hour to receive her service while other guests were coming and going. We were so dissatisfied with their customer service we ended up leaving without her getting her nails done to get serviced elsewhere. They did not even apologize or acknowledge anything was wrong after we mentioned several times she is waiting to get serviced. The whole time other guests where being serviced right away. I got a pedicure and a pink and white fill. My pedicure was nice.. But my nails not so much. She cut me two times and I had her fix them at least three times due to the shape, not enough white on the tips and bubbles or holes left on the nails. Also I had to tell her to drill out all the crud left over under my nails. These are just things they should know to do This is their profession .. I wasn't very impressed. I really like my nails , but there's some things that could be fixed ... she burned my nails a lot and did leave me For about 10 minutes and didn't tell me why just Said she would be back. Then they didn't even give me a full 30% off and she did leave some residue on my nails and when I told them she said I must've misunderstood and that she told me she was going to put oil after it dries but she did not tell me that.. overall it was ok. Went in and got NexGen and a pedicure and a gel manicure for my daughter they were able to seat us  right away even though they were clearly busy. they did a great job on my nails and my daughters nails and when I went back because I didn't like the way two my nails looked two days after the fact they offered to do a whole new set on me and I was only looking to repair the two,   I think that's customer service going above and beyond this will definitely be my new go to place, plus they're  doing 30% off till March 15 Read Less

Great location! I called and made an appointment about two hours prior so they were able to take care of me right away. Overall the staff was friendly and I love my NexGen nails! The best nail salon I've ever been to! They just opened a week ago and will do very well! Great location, great service! I've been to many nail salons for pedicures and honestly stopped because the pedicure was not relaxing- scrub too hard on my legs, my nails felt ripped out and this place changed that for me! It's so elegant and classy- they have 24 pedicure chairs and several manicure stations. Nicky was my pedicure nail tech and she did a phenomenal job! They listen, do not try to upsell you on services. All understand and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The salon is clean and smells good.
