Made a 4:30 appointment but they didn’t actually start until 4:55. They mentioned they are short staffed but that would have been nice to know before we made the commitment. I have lived in McKinney a long time and never tried this place. They are so nice and the place is beautiful and clean! The guy that did my nails was so nice and he did a GREAT job! The owner was also very nice and it was a great experience there ! Definitely my new nail salon! Read Less

I was with my 16 year old daughter when she called at 6:45 pm to get price for dipped nails and the time they close. Walked in at 7:00pm and they close at 7:30. They turned us away. Very very poor customer service. You never turn business down especially when you’re open. I decided to go back to the nail salon off of Eldorado and Central Express Way. They stayed open until all of their customers were seen and they close at 8 pm. Read Less

I came in for a manicure on a Thursday afternoon with my baby... A good manicure takes time, so obviously after 45 min my baby had enough. The owner was so nice. She took care of my baby and walked around with the stroller but I had to leave earlier. I came in two days later with my receipt and the owner took care of me and finished my nails. She was so nice, she really made my day! My nails are beautiful. Read Less

The lady who did my pedi scraped my toe and bleed and some of the toe nails were not even, and some longer than should be,, she couldnt speak english so it is what it is,, Now Queen did my nails and she did an awesome job,, Thankyou Queen!! also had 2 other female friends who had there nails and pedi done and they were happy,,!! I was greeted my the person who made the appointment and got us going,, however just didnt feel the personal connection!! I’ve been coming here for years! Jennifer is the best nail technician I’ve ever had! If you want great looking, professional nails, request her! If you want them thin but yet able to last up to 3-4 weeks, for sure request Jennifer. She is also very kind, personable and I recommend her To everyone who gives me compliments on my nails. On another note, the salon is awesome! The personnel are informative and helpful without being pushy at all!
