I've been going here for a few years and always go back. Manicure, pedicure, NextGen and eyebrow wax are the services I use the most. Very clean, the wait is minimal and the service is great. Definitely recommend. Read Less

So far I haven't had any issues here. I've had to wait only once or twice in the times I've come. They have a better nail polish selection than other places I've visited in the area.I have natural nails--not fake--and they've always done a good job. I can't speak to the other services where fake nails are involved, but if you're having your own done via manicure and/or pedicure, I like this place. Read Less

Ive been coming to this place for 2 years but only because my nail guy was the best. He left and I gave it a few tries after that. It's horrible. I don't know how they stay so busy. The lady. The owner or manager or whatever is so rude If you are more than 10 minutes late they give your technician away (this has happened several times) but then they make you wait for 40 minutes even when you have an appointment. Not only that but when you confront them and very nicely tell them you made an appointment and you have your daughters birthday party to get to in 2 hours they tell customers behind you "some customers just don't understand" THEN she had the nerve to ask me not to do the nails I was gonna do because it would take the technician too long and put his next appt late!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I've actually had this same experience more than once and keep giving another chance. I try not to bash companies as I am a small business owner myself. Over priced! Lots of up charges. The pedicure technician was so busy watching tv, she put gel clear coat on top of my toenails and 3 hours later is when I discovered this because my nails were so sticky, all the polish came off!My Nex Gen was sanded so deeply. I told the technician it was burning me. He proceeded and sanded a hole in my nail bed-REALLY? I was getting my NexGen replaced, so this was not my first time, but it was my first and last time at Grand Nail Salon!STAY AWAY!!!! Read Less

Very poor customer service I will never return. I received a coupon in the mail from a competing salon nearby. Before visiting Grand nail salon today I called to make sure that they would honor the coupon, as I have been here numerous times and I've always been happy(I was cut numerous times today during my nail service). After I received my services and at the time of my check out I was informed that they would not honor the coupon. It is very disturbing that they would tell you something over the phone just to get you in. Very sad! Read Less

My best friend and I go here once or twice a month. We have never had to wait more than 5 to 10 mins to be seen if that. The owners are very polite and the techs do a great job. Some techs are a little or experienced than others. So, if you find one that works for you make an appointment with that tech. They will remember you and what you like.Read Less
