I’ve been coming here since I moved to Texas in January. Unfortunately today is the last time I will come. I got a deluxe spa pedicure and specifically showed them my feet before and asked then to get all the dry skin off. After he was done I felt my feet and they were still rough. When I asked if they could do some more the guy tried saying something about he did it once and couldn’t do it again? And refused to. This place is terrible. It all started when I got my nails done for prom 2 years ago. The man that did my nails complained that they were gonna be too long, but they aren’t supposed to do that. So moving on recently, I go to get my nails done and I picked out this gorgeous navy blue, sparkly color. The woman that did my nails kept asking me and pressuring me to get a French tip manicure, and I repeatedly told her no and she kept pushing. And then looked at her co-worker and looked at my friend and I, and laughed in our faces. Not only did she pressure me BUT she put the WRONG color on my nails. Even after I told her it was the absolutely wrong color, she insisted that “it just looked that way because it wasn’t filed down.” I left no tip and left upset. I will not be returning here. I went here with my daughter and the nail techs are clueless when you tell them what you want. My nails are thick and uneven and super short not what I asked for. My daughters nails were supposed to be coffin shape I can't tell you what shape they are but they are definitely not coffin. Waste of money and I will never go back. Read Less

I went in for a full set of Nexgen. I asked for a coffin shape, and even showed a picture for her. She dipped me 4x in the powder, and I asked her a couple times to thin them out on the top. She kept replying, “they’re fine, they’re fine” when they weren’t? My nails look so wide, and they’re all uneven. I went in for a full set of nexgen and the guy who did my nails stunk like smoke for one secondly my nails were wide at the bottom and he tried to tell me it was my nail bed. I have never been so uncomfortable at a nail salon in my life! I wanted acrylic nails and the nail tech kept trying to pressure me into nexgen nails. She charged me 5 dollars extra because of the shape I wanted my nails then said I should just get began again. She complained about the smell of doing acrylic nails and was rude the entire time. Came in with my mom for a manipedi 😂 we both got the works! The Madre is a regular. I was really just seeking some one on one time with my parent, but I was really impressed with the business owner! My service was simply perfect. The reason I'm leaving a strong 5 stars is because there was one lady that walked in and was clearly in need of some relaxation time... To put things simply she was flat-out rude to the entire staff and was Fed Up with some of the staff for not being as fluent in English as she was... I personally was about to say something until the manager had stepped in with a smile on her face and clear the air. The upset lady eventually closed her eyes and relaxed. Ok...I'm a fan but it's hit and miss. They have a few new nail techs that can barely paint polish well. I understand people need on the job training but when I'm paying $35, I'd like that on the job training to not show on my nails. With that said, they have a good number of really good talents here as well. The pedicure selections are the best I've experienced in this area. Usually don't have any issues but whether or not I'm offered a drink always depends on how much money it LOOKS like I have... this last time the man who did my nails didn't listen to me when I was asking for them to be shorter (significantly shorter) and they were so thick it was ridiculous. Within two days I had them lifting off of my nail because he didn't take his time scoring and dehydrating them. Within two weeks they all fell off completely, when they usually last me about a month to a month and a half. Super bummed and just won't be returning to this place. Today was all about a special little lady... I took my daughter to celebrate her 4th birthday with a mani pedicure. Their staff was amazing. If you are looking to do a little girls day with your nieces or daughters they have kid chairs and pampering galore. Nancy was patient and really took her time with my daughter. i went for the first time a few weeks ago and saw CiCi! she did my nails just how i wanted them and she was very polite and funny! went back to see her today and was told she is out of town, so i saw 2 other people for a mani/pedi. my pedicure was subpar with hardly any rubbing/massaging..moreso touching and in a hurry to move on to the next part of the pedi. got the hot stones and same there, barely used them. start to finish my pedi was MAYBE 20 mins total and probably 5 mi...ns total of "massaging" (touching). i asked my nail tech to push down and cut my cuticles to which she agreed and proceeded to do so. she was hardly making contact with my nail and her tool. she then got the cutters out and didn't cut anything, just went across my fingers pretending to trim something? (not really sure) then she asked for my other hand??? again, i'm confused at what's going on at this point. I stopped the nail tech to show her how i wanted them to be pushed down on my nail bed and then trimmed. I told her it does NOT hurt me, to press hard & that i do it every 3 weeks with my manicure. so she started over and still only applied very little pressure. i said "you can go harder if you want" and i guess this prompted her and the girl on my feet to start laughing at me. at this point i was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the service i was receiving so i cancelled getting the gel polish on my hands and told them i was ready to check out. the manager asked why i cancelled my polish and if everything was fine, but i was so ready to get out of there i just said everything was ok and paid and left. i would go back again, but only to see Cici. This is a clean, very fancy type of place with tons of chairs. The staff was not personable at all  and when my friend and i both requested the basic pedicure just to try it out... we were highly pressured to upgrade to the next level. When we kindly declined,  another person came over to push us into it. We said no and had very short pedicures. definitely the fastest pedi i have ever had and did the absolute basic in the fastest way. basically this was a foot cleaning and polish... not even the things listed on the nail.menu! Really great overall quality and good value for money. I got a mani and a pedi here. The pedi massage part was really great but the actual nail color application could've been done better. I have tried this place twice and struck out both times. I get nexgen French manis. The techs I got both times were awful. Uneven lines and bumpy despite my complaints. First time white was really thin, second time comically wide. I asked them to do the cutting technique that the tech was doing on my friend but she refused so mine looked awful while hers were nice. Also, inconsistent with their teacher discount. There is a reason Serenity Nails down the road is always packed and diamond is not. I have been here a couple times. First time was great. Julie did my nails. She did a great job. I got the chrome nails. They lasted a month!  Fast forward to the next visit. They were nice. Accommodating. But less than a week later my nails started chipping and lifting. Went in to get them to fix them. I couldn't recall the colors I got, because I mixed a couple. They wanted to only take $10 off the price because I wanted a whole new set. I asked if she would only charge half since they were all lifting. She refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Getting cut with that drill bit while getting my nails DRILLED OFF! JOKE!Wrong NexGen color!!! JOKE! Hot Stone massage lasted 1 minute, JOKE!Children's Pedi lasts 5 minutes, JOKE! Sitting in a chair waiting for them to get done while making a JOKE out of a pedicure and scrub and massage is the most awful thing to have to go through. I am actually PAYING for this nonsense! I have an idea... how about actually scrubbing the customer's feet and actually massaging them instead of TALKING the entire time! I paid $60 for my mom because she asked for a longer massage, I paid $60!! for WHAT??? All these damn nail places are a freaking SCAM!!!! Let me give you some "BLOODY" detail... I SO badly want my money back! The lady cut my mom with that drill thing, she was bleeding then they all proceeded to make a HUGE deal and start scampering around her and making excuses like it was her fault she got cut. Everyone was staring at us. How embarrassing!! What really got me upset in the beginning was how awful the children's pedi is. Sure they have really cute children's pedicure chair but they charge you $13 for my 5 year old to sit in it and get her nails painted for 5 minutes! 5 freaking minutes! They didn't offer her any drink and I would have paid extra, even double so she would have had a nicer experience, they didn't even put water in the bin for her, they literally just painted her and walked away. We are not sub-human species, this place literally makes me feel like a sub-human species; SO uncomfortable! This is the second time I wasted my money. The first time, and I was never going to write a review, the dude put the wrong nexGen color on my nails, I wanted a natural look and I got TOTAL opposite, my nails were WHITE when I walked out, I could have gone to target and bought fake nails and put them on myself. And I NEVER say anything to complain, well, you can hear me complain on YELP then!  This time I had them take everything off and decided after a long (and by this time my daughter is really bored) and subpar pedi. to not get my nails done anymore from ANY place! I do a better job myself. I am TIRED of going to these places and feeling like a sub human and these people talking in their native tongue and whispering and laughing. I gave Diamond Nails three tries at doing NextGen on my nails before I decided I would need to try someplace else.  Every single time, regardless of who did my nails, they were subpar.  The salon is clean and the workers are nice, but that is not enough of a reason to go back if the nails don't hold up.One time, after having my nails done, I asked for an eyebrow wax.  The woman did not completely wax/shape up the area on the underside of my brows and never offered me a mirror to double-check the work.  She also did not clean the wax off when we were done.  Very dissappointing. I found this place b/c they were open until 8pm and I'm going out of town for a graduation and needed my nails done last minute it was 7:30 PM and they told me no problem come on in when I called. My nails were done by a guy name voodoo who has the best personality and sense of humor but more than that he did an amazing job on my nails he suggested something new that I was very much against for my occasion but he was so confident I would love it and he was absolutely right! My nail place had a huge wait so I decided to try this place for the first time. I was VERY disappointed to say the least. I walked in and immediately felt strange. There were so many people working there yet it took over 5 min to even be greeted. Once "greeted" more like a "what do you need done" I was told to "go over there and gets color" from across the room. After about 5 more minutes a women gets off her cell phone, looks at me and goes "right here" as I proceed to walk over to the pedicure chair. The water was scolding and they never asked if it was ok. The lady started my feet as another came over and I showed her a pic of nails I would like mine to look like. She then had someone else come over who looked and my picture in disgust and proceeds to talk to the lady in a Asian language with the look of disgust on her face. It made me feel awful but I didn't say anything. She started my nails and cut me not 1...not 2..not even 3x but 5x as she tried the skin around my nails. She took over 2 hours then said I need to wait for my design I wanted. After waiting for someone for about 15 min, the lady came over and did my design not even close to what I had asked. Plus the lines she made were not straight and pieces chipped off before I could even get to my house from my drive home. I'm usually pretty easy going and don't expect much but this was a nightmare.  I paid 85.00 excluding tax and will not be back. Read Less

Came in on a Friday afternoon after calling and requesting an appointment with CeCe. Got there and they said that she was not available.  I was in a bind since I was going out that night with friends so I needed my nails done. So an older man did my nails. By Sunday my thumb nail had peeled off from top. So I came in on Monday and they fixed it. By Tuesday another peeled off and another on Wednesday. Very disappointed:( I will never go back! Love My Nails!!!!!!!Been searching for a nail salon that do designs and finally found one. Coworker recommended her guy, Vu. Said he is "da bomb". She was right!!!!I've been there twice and have been very happy both times. I'll definitely keep going back. Vu does great designs and is extremely creative. Tried this place on several occasions since I lived around the corner, the location was great. Had nails done the first time & they looked nice. It was a bit pricier than other nail salons. My next visit was a bit disappointing because my male nail tech seemed ill & couldn't quit coughing. My nails were uneven & the application on powder nails didn't seem to last more than a week (this was about a year ago). Over a spring weekend this year my girls were bored so I decided to try again because they had openings for all of us. Well I have specific instructions about my 8yo daughter & her friend to the nail tech. Given my back was to them as I got my nails done. To make a long story short, I got charged almost $200 for all 3 of us. Apparently the children's "pedicure" allows add ons (nail art, stone massage, & a manicure!) by children no matter what the parent instructed the nail tech. VERY disappointed & will never return! The  first time I came in I was in a hurry. They greeted me and got me in a chair with a color picked out and wine in hand I was good to go. They were nice helpful and my gel Polish stayed on for a good amount of time. I got many compliments on it. Second go around was not as wonderful. The service was okay. Had to ask for wine this time and the lady was rushing on my nails. The next two days the gel polish starts to come off of all my nails. I noticed it felt thin. Third time I come in I'm the only person there. I tell the lady I want white finger nails and toe nails. After it takes her 15 minutes to set up she starts my nails. No wine. Didn't even feel like asking. When they are done I notice my toes are a yellow off white color and my finger nails are a light blue shade. I've sense gone back about 6 times and have had really great experiences. All the people who work there know how I like my nails, wine and they are very friendly. Besides the service the product they offer is nice. They have great powder nails and a large range of colors. I brought a friend here and she absolutely loved the power nails.
