I've been going to this place since it opened in Mckinney. The receptionist and the staff are amazing and talented, however, i don't think i will be going to this location again. When i was getting a gel manicure the technician had started the gel process while my finger was bleeding. my finger was bleeding on the side of the nail after he was doing the cuticles but it was starting to get on the actual nail. Whenever this happens the technicians usually put alcohol on it and clean it but this one didn't. he started putting the layers of gel on without even cleaning up the blood which was getting mixed with the gel on the wand. I feel sorry for whoever is getting gel done and had to use that same bottle on their hands. I still love the company but i think i will start going to the Plano location instead. Read Less

Tram is awesome. She is the best nail technician I know. Better than any other technician I've ever used at any other nail salon. She's very pleasant, and wonderful with shaping the nails. I would have given them 5 stars, but I hate that they've had to change their hours. The later hours were so convenient for me. I can barely get in sometimes now. I'm here every 2wks. My tech LISA IS WONDERFUL. She does my 2 daughters as well. I ♥️this place, the service, atmosphere & staff. The guy at the front desk is patient, funny, & most of all FRIENDLY. ALL the TECHS ARE GREAT & I suggest you make an appt.They are short staffed & try to accommodate everyone but sometimes that's impossible when it gets really busy. Read Less

We went in at 7:30pm and the man at the front said he would have to see if anyone wanted to stay.... he came back and said no. So we were there 30 minutes before close and they refused to do two pedicures. Never again! Read Less

I came in 30 min before closing, not realizing their hours had changed from being open till 10 and now 8 on Saturdays. Originally they only had time for a pedicure but a nail tech finished early and offered to do my hands as well. The guy who did my pedicure was great, great massage and great paint job! He took his time and I didn't feel rushed at all. The woman who did my hands was also great and didn't make me feel rushed. I really liked the customer service I received when arriving, during and at check out. The facility was very clean and they had a wide variety of polishes.I got the Lavender Spa Pedicure and the powder dipped nails. I can't wait to come back here again! Read Less

I love this place! I have been a customer here for 9 years. My nails always last and the product is top of the line. The new SNS system or dipping powder is amazing! The nails are three times stronger and actually grow in stronger under the product. The girls and guys are hospitable and have even fed me lunch on occasion when I was stopping in between errands. Van gives the best pedicure I've ever had, complete with wax, stones, clay, and massage. Even if you go for the basic, she is the best. This is five minutes from my house, and (with one exception) the technicians are excellent. My favorites: Van, Jimmy, and Andy. Read Less

Not my favorite place. Service was unfriendly and felt very uncomfortable. Nail art was ridiculous even though I had to pay extra for it. Had to have my teenage daughter fix it to make it half way presentable. I won't be back even though its conveniently located for me. Read Less
