I was told the manicure and pedicure was $35. The polish was too thick and the top coat was broken up on 7 different nails. I hate complaining but when I gave my card over to pay it was charged $40. I asked why $40 if the services were $35 and the man said because of “clippings”.... the only thing that was “clipped” was the corners of my fingernails to make an oval shape I hadnt asked for. Why I left a tip is beyond me. Will never ever go back!

Bad experience. I went in for a full set. She was rough with the drill. I started bleeding on two nails and she cut through the skin on another three. I asked for a matte top coat. I don't know if it was a bad brand of polish, but the polish started to gravitate towards the middle of each nail so the finish product looked bubbly with some parts matte and other parts shiny. Worst experience with a nail salon ever. I will definitely not go back

Never coming back. The man doing my nails criticized me for wanting a round shape because that's for "old women." He kept insisting I keep them square even though I kept saying no. He eventually gave in. Then he had me calling other nail salons around mcallen and even other places in Texas to compare their prices while he was doing mine nails! He said if he called they would have recognized his accent. I came to enjoy my time. Not to be making phone calls for you.

I used to come here when i was young I stopped in to get a basic set of nails with design on one nail and metal bow on another. They couldnt do the design even tho it was simple and basic, then complained to me that they were not stickers so thats why they couldn't get ot perfect. they had a very limited choice of metal bling. And after I took the nails off I realized they filed very very low now my nails are breaking and flesh is exposed on one nail. It was a very bad experience.

I was told the manicure and pedicure was $35. The polish was too thick and the top coat was broken up on 7 different nails. I hate complaining but when I gave my card over to pay it was charged $40. I used to come here when i was young I stopped in to get a basic set of nails with design on one nail and metal bow on another. They couldnt do the design even tho it was simple and basic, then complained to me that they were not stickers so thats why they couldn't get ot perfect. they had a very limited choice of metal bling. And after I took the nails off I realized they filed very very low now my nails are breaking and flesh is exposed on one nail. It was a very bad experience.
